Kids Planet Tong

Our four year old loves his mornings at nursery. They do a variety of activities and he gets all the messy play he wants. He is always trying new food and loving it. The staff are really friendly too. All-round great place for my kid to spend his early years.

Kids Planet Tong has been fabulous for our daughter. She has developed in so many ways and has really enjoyed every minute of being there. Thank you!

Everything about Kids Planet Tong is amazing. The staff are so caring, welcoming and know all of the children (and parents) very well. Our daughter has learned so much and has progressed academically, socially and emotionally whilst at Kids Planet. Our experience has been extremely positive and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My child has attended Kids Planet for three years and I can honestly say it has been wonderful! The team are fantastic and have taught my child to be loving, caring and helpful. She will be going to school in September and preschool has prepared her for the transition. She loves her time there and it will be sad when she does move on up to school. My son loves coming to nursery, there's lots of fun stuff for him to do, the staff are great always helpful, and the nursery itself is very flexible as I work shifts, there's a good range of different foods my son gets to try and he always has a smile on his face for the staff when we arrive in the mornings

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Tong highly enough, as a place that knows its children and families really well and strives to provide the best for them. All the staff are warm, engaged and caring and have lovely bonds with the children. My son has sometimes struggled to settle on a morning, and each time the practitioners in his room know just what to say to bring him round! The online system is great for keeping parents informed - we love seeing the pictures of what he has been getting up to during the day! Excellent in all areas!

I cannot rate this nursery more highly each child and family is treated like family and is given the highest quality of care and support to achieve their full potential. The staff are warm welcoming and supportive and make an effort to get to know the family, not just the child. The activities and resources are exciting and enticing and provide amazing experiences for the children. The management is of the highest quality and involved in all aspects of the nursery and is always a friendly face. The children are settled in really well and parents and carers are kept fully up to date. The nursery is clean and well presented and one of the best around.

Since we started at the Kids Planet Tong nursery the team there have been extremely friendly and welcoming, it’s always daunting taking your small children somewhere new but they have all made it as easy as possible. Everyone is incredibly professional and approachable at morning and afternoon handovers and at updating the app with my children’s activities, meals etc. throughout the day that they attend. I always feel extremely well informed of what they are doing and how they are finding it. I would like to thank all the Tong team for making the first few weeks at the nursery so easy for my children and me.

The nursery is always well maintained, clean, bright and managed well. The staff are always warm, friendly and welcoming. They take time to get to know you and the children as individuals and cater for their needs specifically. The food options are always excellent and mixed to give the kids a varied menu. This is our second child going through this venue, and we couldn't speak highly enough about the care, education and attention they both have received from some wonderful staff. He is definitely developing at an advanced rate due to attending. Our oldest still has a strong bond to his former key worker and still enjoys seeing her at drop off and collection time. Would highly recommend.

Kids Planet has been brilliant for my two boys. From Kinder Haven to Kids Planet, the transition has been seamless. Both boys love coming and I feel safe when they are here. My youngest has come on so much. Since starting, the extra support has been amazing and his development has been phenomenal. The whole team all care so passionately about all the children.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was six months old. She has developed socially and intellectually. She is given lots of varieties of food which she loves. She does many activities and playing out is her favourite. The staff are all polite and happy to help.

My daughter started at the nursery ten months ago and she's loved every minute. All the staff are so warm and welcoming, the managers are always visible and available and my daughter's key worker is amazing, she loves her! My daughter is gaining confidence and social skills and is always so happy at nursery. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I cannot be more grateful for the level of care my son has received during his time at Kids Planet Tong. The staff have been beyond understanding and supportive, especially when reassuring us with regard to our son's medical needs. We really value and respect the staff who go above and beyond in their feedback from the daily sessions and we could not be happier with how much he has thrived.
