Excellent nursery with amazing caring staff! My daughter struggled a little bit to settle in (after spending a year just with me stuck at home amid lockdowns) and the nursery team went above and beyond to help her (and me!) feel comfortable. I very much appreciate daily updates and photos and I can see how my daughter thrives in the nursery.

Our son has been at the nursery for nearly a year now. Since settling in, the staff have been very warm and welcoming. While it took my son some time to settle in, they were supportive, patient and encouraging. He loves going to nursery now! The level of communication with parents is very good. They are also very accommodating of specific requests. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was a year old. The staff are so lovely and my little one loves going to nursery. She’s so happy here and settled in so quickly.

Fantastic nursery. My son has settled in really well. The nursery did brilliant settles os my son and I were both confident and happy leaving him. The staff are fantastic. Really friendly and knowledgeable and really seem to know and understand my son and his needs. He always seems to be doing really fun and varied activities in the day. The communication between staff and parents is excellent and any concerns or questions I have emailed are replied to very quickly. We are very pleased we chose this setting.

Amazing. Love the nursery and staff and have found everyone to be professional and put my daughter's needs first. Management is really professional and I feel my daughter is in safe hands.

We are extremely happy with the care and learning provided by Bright Beginnings. Our daughter has enjoyed her time here form the first day and the Manager and her team have all been excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend the nursery. Our daughter was initially at another nursery and the difference between the two has been significant. We can see the positive changes and confidence that has happened since the move. Lovely staff and both my boys love attending and both developing and learning at the right level. I trust the team with my boys. The range of food and drink is excellent. Great value for money.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery. He has developed in leaps and bounds since he started, he adores everyone who works there and I feel like he is genuinely cared for. They provide a broad range of experiences and learning programme.

My child has been really happy ay this nursery since he started at 10 months old. The settling in period was handled in a very organised and sensitive way, so I was able to return to work confident that my child is being well looked after. The nursery seems to be very well managed, the staff are caring and friendly and I'm kept fully up to date on my child's development.

We credit the nursery in particular for making our eldest an extremely sociable, outgoing child who is exceptionally kind to his peers and great at "sharing". Owing to the nursery's busy town centre location, it is very limited in its own outdoor space, but great use is made of a range of nearby public parks with excellent staff protocols in place to ensure safety at all times.

Our daughter absolutely adores nursery. She settled in really well as the staff were really caring and friendly. Information about how our daughter has got on each day is communicated really clearly and the staff maintain a high level of professionalism and health and safety making my partner and I completely at ease with her being there. All the staff know all the children and our daughter is greeted and spoken to by all.

Bright Beginnings Day Nurseries Twickenham is an exceptional nursery and I couldn't recommend them too highly. The staff really take the time to get to know each child and adapt to their individual needs. Their focus, energy and care really helped our son to come out of his shell and he has developed so much since he started there. We get lots of feedback from the fun and engaging activities and day trips. The dedicated sleep rooms are also a big plus for making nap times easier.
