We were sad that a move meant we had to leave Twickenham Park - but would absolutely recommend to others considering it.

This is the best nursery I've come across. It's such a special setting, with incredibly nurturing teachers. My daughter has attended for the past two years, and we'll be very sad to leave this term.

The love, kindness and quality of teaching she has received has exceeded all our expectations. The children develop so much during their time there, and the balance of independent learning with gentle, calm support from the teachers is outstanding.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly - it truly can't be faulted. I've never felt more comfortable dropping my daughter off, knowing she will be happy, safe and so well cared for.

Riverside, Grosvenor House is a lovely setting in Twickenham both my children have attended this nursery since they were 10months old and I speak of it very highly.

Every morning my little girl runs up the path and I often don't even get a wave, she's straight through the door looking forward to the day ahead.

Staff - all the staff care deeply about the children. A special mention to Dana who leads the Willows room (2yo-3yo), my daughter often mentions her at home so I know she has a special bond with her children in the class.

Learning - they share your children's learnings through the app. They include next steps for learning to help encourage further learning. They've recently had hatching eggs my child loved watching them change to chicks in the nursery and a chance to be up close with little chicks.

Location - they have an outdoor area which the children use everyday. And go on walks to York House, to the river and to the park.

Bottom Line: If you're looking for a nursery that treats your child as an individual and fosters a genuine love for learning, look no further. We couldn't be happier with our choice, and I can't recommend them highly enough to any parent in the area.

I have had 2 children at Riverside Holly Road and a 3rd will start soon. There are great facilities, imaginative activities, plenty of outside opportunities in the local community green spaces. All boxes ticked, but the staff are everything. Kind, fun, engaging.

Both my children went to Grosvenor house and although there have been some bumps in the road in the recent years, from spring 2025 when my second one started going there it has been absolutely amazing! The teachers are kind and attentive, they have great activities throughout the day and spend a lot of time outside (their garden may have limited space but they are making a great use of it). I feel my child has been supported from the very beginning and is now well settled there, enjoying going to the nursery and talking about his friends and teachers at home. He also enjoys things like yoga, didi dance and music and I really think this is a great nursery now. In the end I feel my child is really cared for and I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter absolutely loves going to the nursery. She is super excited about spending time with her friends, doing various well thought out activities and enjoys all the crafts they are doing! She loves learning phonics and other activities they have like forest school, yoga, didi dance and spanish. She is well settled and comfortable with her teachers and I would absolutely recommend Holly road as a nursery!

Our daughter joined Grosvenor House just before turning one and moved to Holly Road last month, so we've experienced both teams. I can honestly say they are all attentive, caring, and full of creative ideas for arts and activities. She has attended full-time for over two years and absolutely loves it.

The team always listens to our feedback - for example, when we worked together to adjust her nap schedule, which was a great help. For her third birthday, I wanted to give her some tangible memories and I printed photos from the app and felt quite emotional looking back at the past two years: her happy faces, experiments, time outdoors, dressing up, cooking, role playing, concentration faces, the change of seasons, art projects, the clothes that don't fit anymore, etc

Our son Luca joined Riverside Grosvenor House this month and we couldn't be happier. The team are incredibly attentive, keeping us updated during the day and sharing lovely photos afterwards. We've already noticed a big change in Luca - he's more talkative, outgoing, and clearly benefiting from the fun, engaging activities. We were initially concerned about the longer hours (8-6), but the team have been so supportive, letting us collect him earlier while he settles in. The variety each week is fantastic - outdoor play, dancing, music, yoga and more - making every day exciting. We're so impressed with the care, thought, and energy that goes into everything. Highly recommend Riverside Grosvenor House to any parent. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Both our children have attended St Margaret's Montessori and we absolutely love this nursery! What makes it truly exceptional and special is the staff - they are incredible. So caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child. I completely trust them with my little one and I think that is hard to find. They live and breathe the Montessori approach and both my kids became so much more independent and confident during their time at the nursery.

There are also lovely extras like forest school with the brilliant Scott, football coaching, yoga, and the intergenerational project where kids visit a local care home. Not to mention the brilliant garden, which is massive, and the kids spend loads of time outside learning and exploring. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough and we'll be so sad to leave when our son is ready for school.

This is an outstanding nursery. We have had two children through it over the last 4 years (including current). The care from the staff is clear, you can tell there is a real passion for what they do and personal commitment to the children. The location is safe, clean, varied in activities and has a great outdoor space. They engage parents in social events and are really on the front foot with the welfare and learning of the kids. We are thrilled to have been able to send our little ones there and can't endorse them enough.

I can't begin to describe the positive impact this nursery has had on our son. We and he adored his time here. The love and care they show is beyond any we have seen in the other settings our 3 children have attended, and we can't wait for our youngest to be old enough to go. My daughter absolutely loves her nursery! The teachers are caring, patient, and supportive, and the environment is calm, safe, and inspiring. I've seen her grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity every day. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her early education.

Our daughter has been at St Margaret's Montessori since January and we are delighted with the nursery. It is a warm, calm, and loving place, where the children are really happy. The staff provide stimulating activities for the children (including forest school) and encourage independence. The garden is really amazing and I can tell my daughter has benefitted from having so much outside time. The staff are exceptional, really experienced and dedicated, and they know all the children so well.

I could not recommend this nursery enough! Having worked with children for many years, and running a little home nursery myself, I was quite picky about finding something very special. This place is magic! I am so glad I found it. The staff are incredible! They genuinely adore the children and love their job. The way they speak to the children is beautiful and respectful. If I could design the perfect nursery, this would be it! Miss it sorely!

Our daughter started at Twickenham Park when she was a year old and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff are wonderful and it's clear that they genuinely care about each child. It's been amazing to see how much our daughter has progressed and grown in confidence since starting at the nursery and we love that the staff embrace her personality. The communication has been great and it's lovely to get updates and photos via the app. We are so grateful to all the staff, but particularly those in the baby room, for providing a warm, caring environment that has allowed our daughter to thrive.

We are continually amazed by this nursery. It is one in a million. We are so lucky to have found it, and it's more than worth the bus / drive to get there. The head educator leads by example, and what an example she is. The staff are so nurturing, so caring, so engaged, so invested in each child. I am so sad that my son will leave this place as he goes on to school - they could not have taken better care of him. What an amazing place and we will miss it dearly. At least we will be back for my other two children. Thank you, thank you.

We cannot thank the team at Twickenham Park enough for the care and dedication they've given our son this past year. This was the first childcare setting he attended and we were always reassured he was in safe and loving hands. I'm grateful for them making my transition into work in particular smooth and easy.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery for our daughter. The teachers are so kind, experienced, and professional, and the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The head teacher is amazing-always so calm, approchable and supportive. The big garden is such a bonus-they go outside daily, even in winter, which she absolutely loves. The space is always clean, cozy, and well looked after, with toys and materials carefully maintained. There are also lovely activities organised regularly for both kids and parents, and everything is done with such care. It's a true Montessori setting, and as a non-English speaking family, we've really appreciated how supportive the teachers are in helping our daughter build confidence and pick up English naturally. She settled in quickly and is genuinely happy every day. We couldn't ask for a better start to her early years.

Our daughter has thrived here, both socially and academically. It genuinely feels like a level of early education above what many school-based nurseries offer. We're incredibly grateful for the positive foundation this nursery has given her.
