Overall Experience

Our son Luca joined Riverside Grosvenor House this month and we couldn't be happier. The team are incredibly attentive, keeping us updated during the day and sharing lovely photos afterwards. We've already noticed a big change in Luca - he's more talkative, outgoing, and clearly benefiting from the

fun, engaging activities. We were initially concerned about the longer hours (8-6), but the team have been so supportive, letting us collect him earlier while he settles in. The variety each week is fantastic - outdoor play, dancing, music, yoga and more - making every day exciting. We're so impressed with the care, thought, and energy that goes into everything. Highly recommend Riverside Grosvenor House to any parent. Thank you to the wonderful team!

I can't begin to describe the positive impact this nursery has had on our son. We and he adored his time here. Overall Experience

This is an outstanding nursery. We have had two children through it over the last 4 years (including current). The care from the staff is clear, you can tell there is a real passion for what they do and personal commitment to the children. The location is safe, clean, varied in activities and has a

great outdoor space. They engage parents in social events and are really on the front foot with the welfare and learning of the kids. We are thrilled to have been able to send our little ones there and can't endorse them enough.

Overall Experience

Both our children have attended St Margaret's Montessori and we absolutely love this nursery! What makes it truly exceptional and special is the staff - they are incredible. So caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child. I completely trust them with my little one and I think that is hard

to find. They live and breathe the Montessori approach and both my kids became so much more independent and confident during their time at the nursery.

There are also lovely extras like forest school with the brilliant Scott, football coaching, yoga, and the intergenerational project where kids visit a local care home. Not to mention the brilliant garden, which is massive, and the kids spend loads of time outside learning and exploring. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough and we'll be so sad to leave when our son is ready for school.

I could not recommend this nursery enough! Having worked with children for many years, and running a little home nursery myself, I was quite picky about finding something very special. This place is magic! I am so glad I found it. The staff are incredible! They genuinely adore the children and love

their job. The way they speak to the children is beautiful and respectful. If I could design the perfect nursery, this would be it! Miss it sorely!

Our daughter has been at St Margaret's Montessori since January and we are delighted with the nursery. It is a warm, calm, and loving place, where the children are really happy. The staff provide stimulating activities for the children (including forest school) and encourage independence. The garden

is really amazing and I can tell my daughter has benefitted from having so much outside time. The staff are exceptional, really experienced and dedicated, and they know all the children so well.

Our daughter started at Twickenham Park when she was a year old and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff are wonderful and it's clear that they genuinely care about each child. It's been amazing to see how much our daughter has progressed and grown in confidence since starting

at the nursery and we love that the staff embrace her personality. The communication has been great and it's lovely to get updates and photos via the app. We are so grateful to all the staff, but particularly those in the baby room, for providing a warm, caring environment that has allowed our daughter to thrive.

We are continually amazed by this nursery. It is one in a million. We are so lucky to have found it, and it's more than worth the bus / drive to get there. The head educator leads by example, and what an example she is. The staff are so nurturing, so caring, so engaged, so invested in each child. I

am so sad that my son will leave this place as he goes on to school - they could not have taken better care of him. What an amazing place and we will miss it dearly. At least we will be back for my other two children. Thank you, thank you.

Overall Experience

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery for our daughter. The teachers are so kind, experienced, and professional, and the whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The head teacher is amazing-always so calm, approchable and supportive. The big garden is such a bonus-they go outside daily,

even in winter, which she absolutely loves. The space is always clean, cozy, and well looked after, with toys and materials carefully maintained. There are also lovely activities organised regularly for both kids and parents, and everything is done with such care. It's a true Montessori setting, and as a non-English speaking family, we've really appreciated how supportive the teachers are in helping our daughter build confidence and pick up English naturally. She settled in quickly and is genuinely happy every day. We couldn't ask for a better start to her early years.

We've had a truly wonderful experience with Riverside Nursery, both Grosvenor House and Holly Road. From the moment our daughter joined, it was clear that this nursery holds itself to the highest standards. The staff are very professional and well-trained, they also show genuine care and attentiveness

towards each child.
Our daughter has thrived here, both socially and academically. It genuinely feels like a level of early education above what many school-based nurseries offer. We're incredibly grateful for the positive foundation this nursery has given her.

Overall Experience

Our daughter loves nursery! She moved to the toddler room in September 2024 and very quickly settled into her new environment. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and offer great advice. The communication with parents is exceptional, the app is always updated regularly, photos and updates are posted

more than weekly and they respond within the hour if you post through the app. The staff are always willing to take the time to speak about anything whether it's initiated from their side or the family side. The assessments are thorough and clear and we love that we get to go in and speak face to face with the practitioners to discuss. The food menu offers a good range, although could be a little more 'child friendly'. I love that they teach the children independence through their self service.
The activities are varied and our daughter enjoys all of them. The children are taken to the garden area or out on walks daily which is great. Would highly recommend!

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at riverside for three and a half year, first at Grosvenor House and now at Holly Road. The team has always been kind, warm, knowledgable, caring and invested in our daughter's wellbeing and growth. We have always felt she was very well taken care of and was always keen to go to

nursery to experience all the excitement, play and development which is on offer.
Now at Holly Road, the toddler and pre-schooler rooms are really well thought through and allow for so much imagination, play and learning opportunities.
We feel confident recommending Riverside Grosvenor House and Holly Road to parents in the area.

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend this nursery !
We moved to the Riverside nursery last year (pre-school room) and initially, I was worried that the settling in period would be difficult for my son, to get used with everything that was new for him. But actually it was such a smooth transition thanks to the

whole team, as they were so patient with him and made him feeling safe all the time!
Literally, he loves so much being at the nursery, he is asking even during weekends to go there which is a obvious sign that he feels really good & enjoys being there :)
Not to say that the staff are always organizing such nice events that help children to further develop and learn new things, exploring the nature and surroundings.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. :)

Overall Experience

Our son joined Grosvenor House in September following a family relocation, and we were initially quite anxious about the transition-especially as he was leaving a long-term childminder he loved. However, our worries quickly disappeared. He settled into the Toddler Room with ease and, within a week,

was happily running in to see his new friends.
His key worker, has been fantastic. She's not only built a warm, trusting relationship with him but is also supporting us in helping him with his stammer. We've been amazed at how quickly his speech has developed since joining.
Every day is filled with enriching activities, from Yoga and Forest School to Spanish lessons. They also make a point of getting the children outside daily on walks. Another area that really impressed us is the food-he eats so well at nursery, often better than at home!
We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing and stimulating environment for our son. We'd recommend Grosvenor House in a heartbeat.

regular trips out around the area), lots of thoughtful initiatives and events - including with a cultural focus, we remain very happy with our choice of the nursery and expect that our daughter will stay at the nursery until she outgrows it.

Our daughter has been attending Riverside's Grosvenor House nursery since she was 5 months old and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. The nursery staff provide a warm and caring enivironment for the children, with a focus on achieving a well rounded education whilst taking into account individual

developmental goals and needs. Not only does the nursery provide for the 'basics': reading, lots of (outdoor) playtime, educational toys, etc. but it also organizes a broad range of 'extras' to expose the children to as many experiences as possible. Whether it is visiting the local library, having a guitarist come to the nursery to play for the children, providing weekly dance classes, exploring local parks and green spaces, yoga, maintaining the nursery's herb and flower garden, etc. The nursery staff always go the extra mile to ensure the children are engaged and happy, with the smile on our daughter's face when we drop her off in the morning confirming that they have achieved their goal!

Overall Experience

Riverside Nursery Schools Twickenham Park is such a great environment for our daughter. She genuinely loves the baby room. The staff is wonderful and they genuinely care about her and her development. You see it in the interactions during drop off and pick up but it is also reinforced through the other

events like parents evening. Not only does the staff care for my child but they care about each other and are friends which means they are happy at work (an often overlooked thing in child care). They have such a consultative approach, helping you and your baby navigate whatever needs working on (for us it was her milk and egg allergy). They do lots of fun activities with them and she's always coming home with art, which I didn't expect from the baby room. We are extremely sad to leave but we are moving house and it's just too far away for us now.
