First Class Nursery Huddersfield

This nursery despite being a large setting and part of a larger chain feels like one big happy family. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly, regardless of whether they have immediate contact with my son or not and take an active interest in his interests and experiences. All facilities are currently bein updated to further enrich the high standard of provision already available. Despite being in the baby room my son experiences a wide range of exciting activities also available to older children and thoroughly enjoys his days here.

I would definitely recommend this nursery. The staff are welcoming any issue gets dealt with quickly even though there hardly have been any. My eldest attended and now my youngest is at the nursery but I'll be sad when he leaves, it's like our second home haha. Well done Birkbees you all should be proud of yourselves.

My child is very happy at this nursery and loves all staff and loves doing all the activities, which are varied. Staff always inform me about my child's development, talent or interests. I can also check my child's development through the parent zone. Staff also posts pictures on Facebook almost daily, so that I am in touch with my child during the day - eg. I can check what he's been doing during my lunch break at work which is amazing.

The nursery also works with a university student and we have agreed to participate in her study. Our child gets some extra attention thanks to that. The only thing I don't like is the nursery putting up posters instead of face-to-face communication with the parents (eg. late arrivals result in penalties ) and when staff don't take my child's jumper off for an afternoon nap.

Both my girls have attended First Class Nursery Huddersfield. My youngest daughter currently attends -she is 17 months and joined at 9 months. I've never had a single problem, there are 3/4 ladies that work in my daughter's room. Staff turnover is very low and a lot have been there for years. My daughter loves to go there and is well fed and looked after. The staff deserve lots of praise and recognition. The nursery is well managed and billing etc efficient. The owners are improving the building all the time. Would not hesitate to recommend - my two sisters babies will be there soon too ??

Excellent staff! Great facilities and improvements still being made! Little one loves going and you can see he has a genuine connection with the staff, he always comes away happy and smiling no doubt looking forward to next time.

I would likely recommend the first class nursery to all parents who cares about the education, health, development, and safety level. All the staff are lovely and the manager is really helpful, they are there if you need them.

My daughter had been attending First Class Nursery Huddersfield since July 2014 when she was 12 months old. She loves the nursery and we often have tears at home time! She has been very happy at nursery and where there have been times she has seemed upset staff a quick to react to her needs and ensure they do all they can to ensure her time there is a happy one.

My son attended nursery when he was a 1 year old baby. He really likes it. All staff are so nice and competent. Children have a lot of activities. He is 2,5 now and still at the same nursery. Sometimes he doesn't want to go home. In the summer I will send my daughter to the same place.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was 7months. We looked into various nurseries and chose First Class Nursery. We have been more than happy with the care she has received. She is settled and always happy. I love how they add things to Facebook as the day goes on and I can then see what she has been doing whilst at work. Our daughter loves being outdoors and she is always outdoors and doing activities that are exciting and linked to her interests. We could not recommend the nursery highly enough.

I have had the pleasure of the staff at First Class Nursery providing care to my two children over the last four years and that care has been nothing short of excellent! They are friendly, caring and have helped my children in their growth and development. They have always been on hand to offer support.

My eldest daughter has attended First Class Nursery Huddersfield since September 2013 and my youngest daughter started May 2016. My daughters love going to nursery. The activities provided are varied, fun and a good basis for their early education. Detailed feedback is given about their day. Provision for the children is excellent, the nursery is bright and colourful and there are lots of varied equipment which is accessible all the time. Outdoor provision is superb. My eldest daughter loves playing outside on the climbing frame. the staff are very friendly and make the whole family welcome. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter attends the preschool here, she loves the vast selection of activities on offer from Forest School to food for life cooking, baking, she enjoys the woodwork area, sensory garden and water activities. She loves all the staff in the nursery which are of a range of ages, ethnic backgrounds and long term members of staff offering stability, continuity and low staff turnover. I love that the staff plan for my daughter's individual needs following her interest and taking on board things that she likes at home. Staff know exactly where her learning is at and plan around her areas for development.

I chose to put my little one into a nursery when she was 2. She went one day per week until she was 3. She really enjoys her time at First Class and the staff look after her as well as I could. The level of staff is fab and she has come on no end in the last 2 years. She will be leaving the setting in September and she will miss the staff and her friends. I feel that she has been well cared for and would highly recommend to anyone.
