Fantastic nursery and lovely staff members, very caring and attentive. I know my child is in good hands when she is there; I do not have to worry at all. Their communication is very good as well, always ensuring parents are informed of everything. The only problem to raise is, they don't update the parent zone app very often with photos or other information.

I have two boys at this nursery and they are amazing with them. They have both come on leaps and bounds. They do some really fun activities and make learning fun. The added extras for special occasions like mothers/fathers day and religious celebrations all add to what an amazing place this is for children. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my babies while I work.

Great staff and nursery, my child has been going since 9 months and enjoys attending twice a week, he is now 3. Nice play area and lots of different activities each day. Staff are kind and I feel confident about leaving my child in their care.

As a new mother who has moved from another city. It was a really big decision when it came to nurseries as I wasn't familiar with the location and didn't know a lot of people around to ask. I was recommended this nursery for my then 12 months old and honestly I've made the best decision ever. The nursery is outstanding in all aspects whether it's staff, managers, food, care for children etc it's perfect I can't fault it. The living example is that my toddler settled in so quickly that few months down the line (now) she runs into nursery to her key person and there's no tears on drop off or collection. She eats most or all of her food and brings me her shoes when it's time to go nursery and runs to the front door. As parents who work full time this is peace of mind for us and it tells us that our child is very happy going to nursery. I recommend this nursery to all the mums that I know are looking to put their children in nursery. Thank you to all the staff and managers.

Overall experience with the nursery has been exemption and I like how my child's key worker pays attention to his development, behaviour and activities. The nursery's admin has also been very supportive and the overall staff are amazing.

Wonderful experince Kids are so comfortable with teachers My kid wants to stay all the time to the nursery The development in my is amzaing he is so clever and active after going here He is my 2nd child to here and i recomend all my family n friends to go here and give thier child the best education they deserve for .

I am very satisfied with the nursery. All the staff are kind, cooperative, and professional. The environment is warm and welcoming, which is especially important for the children. Every day, the kids receive a cheerful welcome, which is one of the best aspects of the place. The staff genuinely care about the well-being of the children and always show concern and attention. The food provided is good, and the nursery is well-equipped with everything the kids need. Overall, a great place for children to learn and grow.

Outstanding Nursery - Truly First Class! We couldn't be happier with First Class Nursery. The staff are warm, professional, and truly care about each child. Our little one has grown so much in confidence, language, and social skills since starting here. The environment is safe, fun, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel included in our child's journey.

I have been sending my child to this nursery for a few months now and the difference in her is astounding. She has developed many new skills and is thriving. All of the staff are incredibly pleasant and my daughter adores them all. 5*!

Great staff who are always welcoming, friendly and communicative. You can tell the staff really care and our son loves it. Our daughter will be attending soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody.

My little boy loves going here, I know he's in great hands of staff that care for him. The food is varied too so he gets to try new foods there and I enjoy hearing about his day there. My older son used to attend too and they remember him and ask about him.

Nursery workers are lovely and welcoming. They really care for the children. Food offered to the children is of a good variety. They are accommodating when given plenty of notice. Communication is good and have events for parents to attend throughout the year. They could be a bit more efficient with using the parent app. Sometimes it's over a month before we get an update. I know of other nurseries that use it on a daily basis and use it more effectively with parents.

My son started First class in October 2024, what a nursery! I can honestly say I'm so happy with my choice. He is currently in the baby room, and the staff are outstanding and lovely! I can't wait to watch my boy grow with First Class Nursery.

First class nursery is just an outstanding nursery, really accommodating and takes really good care of my daughter. Her learning and development has rocketed since she started at first class she has come such a long way with help of the staff

This is such a fantastic nursery. I am confident leaving my son in their care everyday not only knowing he is safe but also he is cared for and has a fantastic time! They put so much effort into engaging the children on their level, helping them develop in a fun and nurturing way.

First Class Nursery is absolutely outstanding. Since moving our daughter here, we've noticed a remarkable difference in her development and happiness. The team of professionals is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated, providing excellent support for her growth and learning. They are the most caring and considerate group of people we've ever encountered, making us feel completely reassured that our child is in the best hands. Having experienced another setting before, it's clear that First Class is on an entirely different level-our previous nursery wasn't even half as good. We couldn't recommend them highly enough to any parents who want their child to be nurtured, supported, and genuinely cared for. A truly fantastic environment. Thank you!

Can't fault this nursery at all! The staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. My child loves going to nursery and has never not wanted to go, she is always telling me what she's done on the day, had to eat etc. Her learning and development have come on leaps and bounds. My eldest child went to this nursery as well so for our 2nd child there were no issues for us to choose. First Class have some of the same staff that my older child had when he came. Both my children started at 6 months and while there they've met all their needs, the learning opportunities are spot on and they go above and beyond. Communication is spot on via the app. I would always recommend the nursery to anyone that was looking for childcare.

Our eldest son has been at this nursery from a young age and he has enjoyed being here. He has learned and developed all of his skills. All of the staff members have been fantastic and we have been very happy with everything.

I am very satisfied with all the staff, especially bluebells, who were all a second parents to my son. Now I am sad because he left this place to continue advancing, but I do not doubt that he takes a memory from all of them in his heart. I could only wish to thank you all very much and I can't forget the manager, she is always willing to help and a very nice person, I recommend this place 1000%

The best nursery ever! Honestly, I cannot compliment first class enough, my daughter started in January and since starting she has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are incredible. My daughter absolutely loves every single staff member, she's never had 1 bad word to say. I'm so so grateful for everything first class has done for my daughter, especially her key worker, she has gone over and above to make sure my daughter is where she should be and they have the cutest bond. The meals are wonderful the facilities are fantastic and I've just felt so happy knowing my daughter is around such wonderful women. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my daughter.
