Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery and Preschool

I heard a lot of good things about this nursery and even if its not close to us, I choose to send my son here. Because his first language is not English, I was a bit scared that he won't manage. But with the help of the staff, my son is doing brilliantly now, and I can see a major improvement in so many aspects of his development! The manager is always there to listen, help, guide or advise you, she is a great person apart from a good manager. I know my son is safe, well looked after, having healthy meals and that he is happy. I could not choose a better start for my son's future!

I had viewed other nurseries before I came to Bright Horizons Otterbourne and I can honestly say that it's the cleanest, up-to-date, organised and loving place ever. The level of care that they provide for your children is outstanding. They provide amazing food each day. The amount my daughter has learnt just shocks me every day. If your looking for a nursery that is an all-round fantastic place, full of lovely people to help mold your child into the polite, fun, loving human you wish them to be then look no further. Also, their garden area is really really good!

All the nursery staff are amazing with all the children, and they balance one to one with group play perfectly. It has done my child the world of good being there. They have a structure to the day which before nursery we never did. Their development has come on leaps and bounds and all the children are encouraged to be themselves. Needless to say, at the end of the day, my child is ready to go to bed by the time we pull onto the driveway.

My 11-month-old has recently started at the nursery and he has settled in brilliantly, credit to the amazing staff. Each of the members of staff knows him by name and takes great care in ensuring his needs are met, from naps and milk time to meals and fun activities! I would 100% recommend this nursery and I am so grateful to them for helping my little one grow!

Our son has thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The staff are amazing and they do so many wonderful activities with them. He absolutely loves going and we’ve seen him develop and grow so much with the support of the team.

Our first child went to this nursery and loved it, and our second child has followed, despite it no longer being as conveniently located (due to job changes). We've always been very happy with the care provided by Yellow Dot, with special thanks due to certain members of staff.

The Yellow Dot Otterbourne team have provided an outstanding service and level of care to my little boy since starting in September 2019. We have been so pleased with the high standard of staff, care, learning and overall feedback provided by management and key workers.

We have been really happy with the transition room, the manager is brilliant and I have great trust in her to provide a safe and fun environment for my son. He is happy and confident going to nursery and I am pleased with the activities he is taking part in.

We have two children that attend Yellow Dot Nursery Otterbourne. I can only thoroughly recommend the nursery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are brilliant at developing and nurturing the children as well as offering comfort and support. The day seems to be full of varied activities which have really helped develop our children. The menu is diverse and varied. We thank the staff for making such a wonderful impact on our children's young lives.

My daughter has spent 3 1/2 years at Yellow Dot Otterbourne. She has enjoyed every room, each coming with its own special experiences and key workers. Each transition into the next room up has been seamless and worry free. Events and evenings are very helpful and informative - really appreciated. Questions are no trouble at all and the staff are always happy, friendly and informed. This nursery has definitely been the best choice for both of us.

My son has been attending Yellow Dot Otterbourne since December 2017 and loves attending, we've increased his days from two to three and then four days from September 2019. The staff are wonderful and the food that is offered is fantastic.

Our son has been at Yellow Dot Otterbourne since he was 8 months old. He has always been very happy and we have always felt he has been extremely well cared for. The staff are all lovely and seem to genuinely enjoy being there with our children. We are looking forward to our second son starting next year and have no doubt he will love it just as much.

My son loves coming to the nursery and spending time playing and learning with his friends. He loves the food which is prepared with special care. My son has learnt a lot of new expressions and activities. The staff here are very caring and help my child to build new skills. The management here is very good and I wish the nursery the very best for doing even better in helping the children here to emerge as confident and caring toddlers.
