Kids Planet Poulton

Our daughter loves attending this nursery. They seem to do something different every day and spent lots of time outside which was important to us. I was really worried about her starting as she was very nervous around new people, but since starting her confidence has grown so much. The staff all make so much effort and you can tell they really love what they do. The manager is always so helpful and welcoming. They have also been very accommodating of our dietary needs. I honestly couldn't praise them higher.

As this is our first baby we were nervous about putting him into nursery but the whole experience has been so wonderful and that's a testament to the great staff and facilities at Kids Planet Poulton, thank you so much!

My son has been at this nursery since he was 9 months old. He is now about to start school and this nursery has got him ready to move up even though he is young for his year. All the staff are lovely, caring and keep us so well informed. My son has been so happy here, the other children and families are lovely. They have great food and do loads of activities, both fun and educational. We are sad to leave!

Fantastic team of staff who provide the best Carr for my son. I've had a few nurseries over the years having had 4 children, and this is simply one of the best. Every staff member is so caring and conscientious, I can see the great bond they have with my son. My only wish is for the children to have more outdoor space.

Our experience of Kids Planet Poulton has been excellent. My daughter has made strong relationships with staff and loves her time in nursery. The play spaces are attractive and engaging. Parents are welcomed into the setting and kept well informed,

We are so happy that we chose this nursery for our daughter. All the staff in the baby room are so caring and enthusiastic, which makes us feel like our daughter is in excellent hands. It puts our minds at rest to know she is being well looked after. We love getting updates and photos of what our daughter is getting up to via the app, it really brightens our day. It is also nice to know that she is getting to try a a variety of different foods there too. The meals always sound lovely! She always seems so content and ‘at home’ when we pick her up too so it is clear to see that she really does love it there. Thank you Kids Planet Poulton!

My son is approaching the end of his time at Kids Planet Poulton, after attending for two years. When he first started at nursery he was incredibly anxious and was experiencing high levels of anxiety around the other children. The support he has received from his Keyworker (and the other staff) has been outstanding. His Keyworker has implemented strategies to help with the problems he was experiencing and the improvement in his confidence and well-being at nursery over the past two years has been huge. He now happily joins in with activities with the other children and has especially enjoyed the football training sessions provided by Fleetwood Town FC. I feel confident leaving my Son in their care as he is always happy and relaxed when I collect him from the nursery. I feel like my son is well prepared for his transition to school in September and as much as we are all looking forward to this next chapter, we will really miss all the happy, friendly faces at Kids Planet Poulton.

I have 2 children who currently go to Kids Planet Poulton and another child is booked in to start in the next few months too. My children have been at Kids Planet Poulton since the baby room and have now moved up through the nursery. The staff in every room are absolutely amazing and are so good with my boys. The nursery is always clean and refreshed with new toys. They are both vegetarian and the nursery accommodates this as well always making sure they always have separate vegetarian meals. Knowing you're leaving your children with very capable staff and very experienced management makes it easier. My boys are super happy here and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone searching for their children to go.

Kids Planet Poulton is a home from home for my children. We have become a part of the family and I trust the staff with my life. All three of my children have been to this nursery and they’ve come on leaps and bounds, made friends for life and have really just enjoyed being there. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The food menu is fantastic. The amount of activities they have to offer is exceptional. The staff have the children at the heart of everything they do. Thank you for helping raise my little monsters!

Fantastic nursery, great staff, our daughter very much enjoys her days at kids Planet and she’s made some friends as well as lovely relationships with the people who work at the nursery. We’d recommend it to our friends and are happy with her progress and development since joining.

Our little girl started in the baby room at around 10 months old and formed very strong bonds with all the baby room practitioners. Despite the typical mum guilt of returning to work, I knew the care she was getting was exceptional and that she was being treated by every member of staff as their own. Whenever any minor, general issues arose (e.g. nappy rash etc.) we were well supported and it's very easy to adopt a consistent home and nursery approach, as the ethos is very much a home from home environment. She recently moved to the bigger room and has been exposed to more practitioners, new and older children and many more activities and local trips, and she's absolutely thriving. We couldn't have asked for more from the staff, supporting her through a big transition and we've seen a difference in her development already following the move. Thank you so much for being part of our journey, supporting our child in growing and developing, and being an extended part of our family!

Fantastic nursery with wonderful, caring, attentive and experienced staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and each child is treated as an individual and has their particular needs met. I have used this nursery for all 3 of my children and it just gets better and better every year. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Each room has great resources and they have so many activities going on each week. There's so much effort and thought put into everything they do here. I’d also say they are particularly supportive when feeling anxious about leaving your child as a new starter. They send lots of updates and are on the ball with everything, they definitely put you at ease. I will always highly recommend this setting.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery twice a week. We feel that it's great for her to mix with other children her age. She always seems to be having a good time in the photos we see or from what the staff relay to us when we pick her up. We really like that they get to go outside a lot and explore. There also seems to be a good deal of craft things going on too.

My son has been at Poulton for almost 12 months from the Baby Room. We could not love it more. He is very settled and happy, and enjoys attending. The setting is well thought out, open planned and functional. I could not review the staff more highly - everyone is incredibly attentive, they work hard and always answer queries, they provide thorough reviews at the end of the day and we never feel like anything is too much trouble for them. The Toddler Room staff are absolutely amazing, but everyone is helpful. We are so glad we picked this nursery. Our son is very happy here, and we always feel like he is cared for like one of their own. Thank you!

Poppy & Jacks are an absolutely fantastic nursery. My son joined towards the end of last year, and he loves it! The staff are friendly and so caring towards the children. I know my little boy is in safe hands when I drop him off. They’re always doing fun activities, which really stimulate the children, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my son's development since joining. I would highly recommend Poppy & Jacks!

A lovely nursery where I know my baby is cared and looked after very well. He is very settled, thanks to the staff. Despite Covid, they have created a safe environment. There are plenty of nice toys, new soft play, and the nursery do lots of activities with the children. I love that they take the children out for walks, do many crafts and get involved in lots of events and festivals.

My baby girl started in Jan, and I was so nervous as she was only 8-months, but she has settled in extremely well! I can’t thank the girls in the baby room enough for looking after her so well! She has barely cried despite not being around other people and children, and everyone has made her feel so welcome that she smiles so much when she arrives and leaves! I know she is in the best hands and can’t wait to watch her grow and learn at Poppy & Jacks.
