Overall Experience
This is a fantastic nursery. All the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to cater the needs of each child individually, with a huge range of activities daily.

My son is very happy here and would highly recommend!

Overall Experience

My son is very happy here and loves attending nursery. All the staff are lovely and always very welcoming. The nursery is always very clean and well organised. They have a great varied timetable each week and the children are always doing something new and interesting. My son loves playing football with the coach who attends on a Thursday to play with the children. I highly recommend Poppy & Jacks Nursery Poulton.

Ellena Tattersall Job Title: Nursery Manager
Ellena Tattersall
I have worked in childcare since May 2016 and have been at the nursery for 8 and a half years, starting as an apprentice and gaining experience with all age groups. When I was younger, I grew up dancing and taking part in pantomimes, where I also enjoyed helping to teach, especially the little ones.
I hold a Diploma in Dance, a Diploma in Health and Social Care, and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. I am also fully Paediatric First Aid qualified and a certified Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Working with children and babies has always been my passion. I love being part of their journey as they learn, grow, and experience exciting ‘firsts.’ Building strong relationships with children and their families is incredibly special to me, and I find it truly rewarding to support and nurture them every step of the way.
