Poppy & Jacks are an absolutely fantastic nursery. My son joined towards the end of last year, and he loves it! The staff are friendly and so caring towards the children. I know my little boy is in safe hands when I drop him off. They’re always doing fun activities, which really stimulate the children, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my son's development since joining. I would highly recommend Poppy & Jacks!

A lovely nursery where I know my baby is cared and looked after very well. He is very settled, thanks to the staff. Despite Covid, they have created a safe environment. There are plenty of nice toys, new soft play, and the nursery do lots of activities with the children. I love that they take the children out for walks, do many crafts and get involved in lots of events and festivals.

My baby girl started in Jan, and I was so nervous as she was only 8-months, but she has settled in extremely well! I can’t thank the girls in the baby room enough for looking after her so well! She has barely cried despite not being around other people and children, and everyone has made her feel so welcome that she smiles so much when she arrives and leaves! I know she is in the best hands and can’t wait to watch her grow and learn at Poppy & Jacks.

Lovely nursery with such caring staff. Both my children are very happy and engaged in attending Poppy & Jacks. Before covid, we especially loved swimming lessons, tennis lessons and playing on the field. Great location for park visits and walks into town.

My son has been attending Poppy and Jacks for almost a year now. The team are so friendly and kind! He has flourished immensely since starting, from his speaking to making friends. It's always a warm welcome when we arrive and full of smiles and tales of great times when we leave. The food is excellent. Would absolutely recommend Poppy and Jacks Poulton, I always know he's in the best hands.

My two children attend nursery full time and so it is literally their second home, and due to the love and care they are given every day, it feels like a home from home to them too. I have one child in the toddler room and one in the pre-school. My youngest started nursery in the baby room at 6 months old 5 days a week before moving up; the support the baby room staff provided my family was incredible and nothing was too much worry (even the days when she was settling back in after lockdown and needed lots of attention and cuddles- and staff patience!). My youngest has a health condition and so for me to feel confident in dropping her off at nursery every day, I have to be 100% confident that they will do everything they can to make sure her condition is managed and monitored. In my eyes, these guys are heroes and we will be forever grateful for the smiles, cuddles and genuine care they give to our children every day.

In spite of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have provided a safe environment for her to interact with other children which I am really grateful for and still allowed things like settling in days to make the transition away from only spending time with me less daunting.

My son has been at this nursery for over a year now, and I could not be happier. We’d moved to Poppy & Jacks as we were unhappy with a previous local nursery, but I instantly knew I’d made the right decision sending him here. He has already learnt so much and is constantly smiling! I cannot put into words how amazing the team are here! They are all absolutely amazing! So caring, thoughtful, professional, approachable. Even through the tough year, it’s been, they’ve handled it amazingly and kept us informed at all times. My son adores his nursery, and I do too.

My daughter enjoys being at the nursery, she talks positively about the environment, staff and her friends. She is learning lots and is now in preschool where her development is progressing. They always tell me how she is doing, talk about her day and her progression. The nursery is very nurturing and welcoming. My daughter always leaves with smiles on her face and really happy about her day. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and the feel for the nursery is very warming.

I would gladly recommend the nursery to anyone but I am sure once you visit the nursery you will feel the vibe I did and I am so glad I chose Poppy and Jacks Nursery.

All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly, they always go the extra mile to help my child when attending nursery. They have all worked so hard especially since lockdown to ensure that the nursery is safe yet stil fun. My child loves going to nursery every day which makes my day so much easier.

Our son loves going to Poppy & Jacks. The staff are really friendly and well qualified. Every day, there are loads of different activities for him to take part in. They always ask us about his interests, so that they can support him at nursery. The new garden is fantastic and I love the fact that he plays outside every day. They have a nursery cook and he enjoys all of the home-cooked food. We chose this nursery as it is so well resourced. It's beautiful inside and the toys and equipment were far superior to other nurseries that we viewed in the area. Our second child will definitely be attending when I go back to work. Thank you to all of the hard-working staff.

My daughter loves going to Poppy & Jacks. All the girls are very welcoming and let me know what she has been up to during her day. She is very excited to go every time and this is all I could ask for. The staff will always go above and beyond to make sure she is happy and enjoying herself. A huge thank you to all the staff!

The friendly team greet you with a heartfelt welcome on a daily basis. The staff do an amazing job, in particular, the girls in the baby room, keep up the hard work! Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone considering sending their precious little one to nursery.

A lovely nursery. My child has attended since he was 5 months old and I'm really pleased with his progress. All staff really care about him and he loves playing with his friends.

I feel confident and reassured as a mum leaving my daughter at a Poppy & Jacks, she has been going since she was 10-months-old and has always received the best care. She always looks forward to seeing the staff members and over time has increased confidence and learning skills due to the ongoing professionalism and support from the staff there. I am regularly informed through parent zone as to her personal performances and how she has gone on throughout the day this is a great tool for me as I work long hours and generally I am unable to pick her up and have to rely on her grandparents or father. The staff are always willing to talk to me on the telephone if I have any queries or concerns. I would recommend Poppy & Jacks to any parent.

I am delighted with the care and support my son is receiving at Poppy & Jacks Nursery. After a tentative start, he now looks forward to attending which reassures me as a Mum. I am provided with daily updates on his activities, his meals and any developmental observations. He is informally assessed every few months and I receive feedback on this. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

We send both our son (age 1) and daughter (age 3) to Poppy & Jacks and they both thoroughly enjoy it. They both go twice a week and we never have any issue getting them there. We have done and would definitely continue to recommend Poppy & Jacks. The staff are friendly and informative and we feel very comfortable leaving our children in their care.
