Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery & Preschool is near Crouch Hill overground station and just off the A1201.

They offer care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The nursery features two large rooms, which gives the children many opportunities to explore. All the facilities are designed with every age group in mind. The well-qualified team of highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced staff work together to provide a well-balanced programme of fun activities and learning experiences, within a carefully planned curriculum with Bright Horizons' unique Ready for School programme.

Fostering an enjoyment of early literacy and maths, with Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians Enhancements, helps children to recognise letters, words and numbers in their environment.

All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies and wipes included.

Fantastic nursery with great staff. We are all very happy with the nursery!
My son has been in the baby room and toddlers room. We were happy with both rooms although at the beginning, in the baby room, we felt we had to say the same things more than once i.e. allergies. Nevertheless, overall our experience
has been very good.
The only thing I would suggest would be to reduce the number of biscuits/ crackers and substitute with fruit.

My daughter loves the nursery. The staff really know the kids and care for them. The facilities are fantastic and calm, yet they allow for plenty of opportunities for the kids to learn and explore. All the staff, from the cook to the key persons and manager are very friendly and loving and always ready
to help. I recommend Crouch End Nursery and Preschool to all my friends!

The Bright Horizon Nursery Team in Crouch Hill have been excellent with our daughter over the last 18 months. The staff have helped us develop our little girl's abilities and social skills as well as taking care of her throughout potty training, sickness and diet changes.


They have a great space

both inside and out and the extra classes like Spanish and Amelia Boo are really terrific.


The management team are flexible and responsive and you can see why there is a waiting list for entry.

The nursery staff are fantastic, helpful, accommodating and love the children. The VP at Crouch End is brilliant, she is always so helpful and understanding. The nursery is clean and the menu for the children has variety. My girls are always so happy to go.

My daughter has blossomed since joining Bright Horizons in Crouch End. She has built some strong friendships and does all sorts of fun, messy and stimulating things which I wouldn't dream of doing with her. I am extremely happy with the standard of care, the facilities and the activities which she

This nursery is excellent. We spent a lot of time looking at nurseries and this is by far the best. Our daughter is extremely happy there and is learning so much. We could not feel more comfortable leaving her with anyone outside of the family than we do when we drop her off here. Admittedly, some staff
are less experienced and less confident when dealing with parents, but the more senior staff are excellent. Our daughter has developed great relationships with staff there. They have been very good at implementing our child's specific needs.

Fantastic. I simple love this nursery, both my boys attend and they really enjoy their time here. The staff are very friendly and likable, the setting is well thought out with plenty of space and a wonderfully big garden (this is what sold it to us, there are not many nurseries in London that have such
great outdoor space and use it). The educational set up at Bright Horizons is really well structured, a good balance of fun, practical hands experience along with more academic style learning and excellent facilities. This is also supported with great extra activities such as Spanish and tennis sessions which go down really well with my eldest. Communication is crucial for me and here it is exceptionally good with concise weekly memos from senior level through to each child's daily updates and keyworker/mentor stage development reports , I always know what is happening within the nursery and with each of my children. Mealtimes are another important issue and it's well catered for with plenty of choice and variety.

Crouch end nursery is a safe, welcoming, nurturing and fun environment that supports all.

I am very happy with Bright Horizons nursery, My daughter is very happy and I feel she gets the right balance of learning/care and discipline from the staff. I like the daily updates at the end of the day and also found her 6 month review really interesting and made me aware of the stages of teaching.
The communication between parent and nursery are great. Plus the nursery and facilities are way above average!

Our daughter is so well looked after at nursery by the staff. We feel very comfortable leaving her all day and know that they will all care for her well. They give excellent care!

My son has been at Crouch End Nursery and Preschool for one year and absolutely loves it. The staff are really good and friendly and have formed a good bond with him. There is the right degree of mixing technology with messy play/outdoor fun/creative staff and learning. We were one of the first to sign
up to the nursery on the basis of their staff/food offering/hours of operation/security/new facilities and collected experience of the Bright Horizons organisations. We've never even remotely regretted it, even if it was the most expensive of the other 3 we looked at.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Maria's journey in childcare began over 25 years ago, and for the past 15 years, she has been part of Bright Horizons, gradually growing into a leadership role.


Since the doors of Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool first opened more than a decade ago, it has been a place where she has dedicated herself to creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for children.


She is deeply passionate about her work and believes that every child should feel heard, valued, and supported. Alongside her team and through meaningful experiences, she strives to help children grow into confident and curious individuals.


Outside of work, she is a proud mother to two young boys, and most of her time is spent making memories with them. When she finds a moment for herself, she recharges through music and dance or by planning the next family adventure.

Amelia

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Amelia is the Deputy Manager at Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool. She began her journey in childcare in 2016 and joined Bright Horizons in 2019 as a member of the bank staff. Since then, Amelia has had the pleasure of growing within the company and embracing each role along the way.


She is truly passionate about early childhood education and feels privileged to be part of each child’s learning journey. During her time at the setting, Amelia has also earned her Level 3 SENDCo qualification, which has strengthened her ability to support all children’s development. Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment is at the heart of everything she does.
