Partou Little Dragons Day Nursery & Pre-school

His continued development has been obvious to us and the staff are quick to point out and celebrate when he has achieved something new. I am always impressed at how dedicated the staff are, including organising and supervising special events such as Halloween and Christmas parties, and nothing is too much trouble. As he gets ready to start school in September, Little Dragons are helping to ensure that he has the practical and social skills that he will need to settle quickly during this transition, which is very reassuring.

The nursery has been so supportive and the staff are brilliant at their jobs. My son always comes home with a smile on his face and lots of stories to tell about his day. I've also seen lots of new toys and apparatus in the garden for the children which is always nice to see. My son has come a long way since he started at Little Dragons Day Nursery.

I am pleased with my daughter’s progress under Little Dragons Day Nursery. All their staff are well-trained and know how to look after my little girl. My little girl can now independently eat and go nap on her own. My daughter especially likes the singing and painting activities they give her. I like it that my daughter knows every staff that looks after her. She bloomed so well under their care. I highly recommend them to those working parents.

Our daughter has been with Little Dragons since she was 11 months old. She started in Babies and the staff were great at reassuring me about what she was eating, sleeping, playing with etc. This was just what I needed. Now our daughter is in Toddlers and we have seen her go from strength to strength. We are shortly enrolling our little boy in Babies based on our good experience. What clinches it for me is the staff. They don't come and go. They are here to stay and that continuity is so important. We trust them implicitly.

Fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going and if she had the chance she would go every day. She is so happy to go. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the manager is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Our daughter has attended the nursery since September 2022 when we moved to the area. Having had our daughter in other nurseries prior to this elsewhere in the country, I can confirm that this one is of a very high standard and far better than most. The staff are kind, the atmosphere is always welcoming and I know our daughter is always safe and well looked after there. The staff use a holistic approach in the care that they provide. Our youngest daughter will also attend when I go back to work after maternity leave, even though there is another nursery nearer to where we live. The manager and the team are more than happy to help in any way and are always in good spirits despite being so busy. Our daughter loves the food there and enjoys exploring all of the different food choices that are on the seasonal changing menu.

I was so nervous about settling my son into nursery as he had struggled a bit in noisy places and around other really young children. We also had a less-than-positive experience with a last-minute cancelled place at another nursery. I needn't have worried. He absolutely loves Little Dragons Day Nursery, has come on leaps and bounds and has a wonderful bond with his key person especially. I am so grateful to all the staff for their support and care.

My son has been at Little Dragons in the baby room for almost a year and during this short time, he has truly thrived. He is always excited to attend which is heartwarming to see how happy this nursery makes him. He, unfortunately, suffers from a few allergies and all the staff have been very supportive, accommodating and kind with their approach to this. They are incredibly welcoming to both parents and children and I appreciate what all the team have done to contribute to my son's development. We look forward to seeing how he continues to grow at the nursery.

Having moved our daughter from another local nursery, we are so pleased with Little Dragons! The Manager and the team are fab! We are so pleased with the input our daughter is receiving. She is looked after so well and the food sounds great! She’s super happy and that’s the most important thing! Would highly recommend Little Dragons!

Between them, my children have been attending Little Dragons for four years now, and with another one on the way, we’ll be customers for another four years or so! Absolutely no complaints. Children are happy and relaxed, and we’re confident they’re being well looked after in a nurturing, safe environment.

A fantastic nursery, all staff are very friendly. Excellent at providing very engaging activities. Excellent food provided. Staff provide a excellent handover at the end of the day. We are really happy with little dragons Harrogate.

My son has been going to Little Dragons for over three years now, his time here has made him into a sociable, confident boy. He has bonded well with all of his key workers and made some great friends. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, happy to answer any queries face to face, by telephone or email.

My daughter has been attending Little Dragons for over three years and she loves it! She only attends one day a week now and is due to start school this year but I have no doubt that the staff, nursery and experiences she has had whilst attending have given her a great start in life. During the last two years when it's been tough, the staff have looked after my daughter and given her support and made December Xmas 2021 a great time. Thank you all - you are the best.

Our son really enjoys his time at Little Dragons - we can tell that he loves the activities that are provided and feels very at home here. He took a long time to settle at his previous nursery, but he settled much more quickly here. He enjoys the busy nature of the Toddler Room; one of the nursery's many strengths is the very wide-ranging and highly imaginative activities that are provided each day. It is clear that a lot of effort goes into devising and preparing the activities, and they are always visually appealing to children - we can access frequent updates on the day's activities via the nursery's Facebook page. When appropriate, the activities are also tailored to current events, e.g. Bonfire Night, Valentine's Day, Australia Day, etc. The staff who work at Little Dragons are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional, and take a real interest in the children. Our son's confidence and social skills have improved significantly since attending this nursery.

Little Dragons is a fabulous nursery who returns our child tired but stimulated every time she attends. The staff are great and always seem to have time with each individual child. Our daughter is always excited about to going to pre-school which makes life so much easier. My only grumble is the cost of childcare but I don't think this is a reflection of Little Dragons but rather a reflection of how much childcare costs overall. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

The class sizes are small. Each child is very well known by the staff but also by other parents which gives a strong family feel.

I feel the people here try there hardest all the time. Great with information about my boy and how he’s doing also happy to continue doing the stuff we are doing at home like potty training.

Little Dragons is a great nursery, run by lovely staff and supported by a lovely manager that is very prompt in returning calls or emails.

Fantastic that we can see day by day what fun the children are having.

The activities they do with him keep him entertained and switched on. I couldn’t be happier.
