Storytime is a private day nursery catering for children from birth upwards.

They employ highly qualified, experienced staff to ensure that your children have the best possible care and education.

Storytime is very much a child-led environment, children are encouraged to be independent decision makers from an early age. This in partnership with a 'Key Person' approach helps the transition from home to nursery run smoothly.

Storytime offers an 'open door' policy allowing existing parents and prospective parents to view the nursery at all times. Robust safeguarding and recruitment procedures ensure that the children's safety and welfare are paramount. While all staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service checks before commencing employment at Storytime.

We have just started here and have found it to be exceptional. The standard of care for the children is of a high standard and my daughter adores the staff. I couldn't ask for better. Highly recommended.

My daughter loved her time at Storytime (3 years ). I was amazed at how much it helped her to learn basic skills from such an early age, and it's really helped her to get ready for school.
I always felt confident and reassured and we both built up some lovely relationships with the girls.

Storytime was brilliant with my daughter when she started. Her old nursery was set on fire so she only started halfway through the term and they welcomed her from the first day.

Storytime Nursey has been amazing for my son. He has come on amazingly since being here and I can't thank them enough. His confidence has shot up and he has learnt so much since. Teachers are so kind and patient. Couldn't recommend the nursery enough to other parents.

My daughter has been at Storytime Private Day Nursery since being 9 months old and last week did her graduation from preschool ready to move into big school. she considers the girls part of her family and loves them all to bits. Her time at nursery has given her a solid foundation for school and without
the girls and their fantastic support, kindness and dedication to her education and development. She wouldn't be the clever confident empathetic and independent little girl she is today. Thank you Storytime Private Day Nursery for everything you have done for us you will be missed so much.

My daughter enjoys attending. At first I had my concerns leaving her on her own at such a young age, but as soon as I met the team I knew I did not need to worry. A warm welcome every time I arrive and my daughter always seems to have a smile on her face

The nursery is very well run, all staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Safeguarding of the children is outstanding, I've had to wait in the foyer a couple of times to be let in as some staff members haven't seen me before, I'd rather be waiting a few extra minutes to be let in. My child
has come along in leaps and bounds since starting and I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. From the moment I had a look around in the nursery I knew it was the nursery I wanted my child to go to.

Our little girl has settled so well at Storytime. What was a time of change for our family and was quite worrying was made so much easier by the Storytime team. They’ve made the transition for both our little one and us so much easier than we thought possible.

My daughter started back in November and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. After previously working in nurseries myself I was a little apprehensive after seeing the good and bad side so I was very picky when choosing one for my own. Storytime was and is just so friendly and welcoming.
All the staff are so lovely. I have regular updates on her progress and am kept in the know of what’s been happening that day/week. My daughter just loves it and I love nothing more than picking her up hearing all about the day.

My daughter has been attending for 1 year now and I honestly know I chose the right nursery. The staff are friendly and really care about all the children and the parents. She is really happy and the support for her and me transitioning from baby to toddler room is amazing. I recommend Storytime to

We viewed 6 nurseries in the area after my maternity leave ended 14 months ago and I knew what I was looking for; a home from home for my boy. It didn't need to be a high tech nursery with all the bells and whistles, just somewhere that was like leaving him with family where they would nurture him and
help him to mature and develop his personality. Storytime instantly won me over when I rang up to arrange a viewing and they told me to "just pop down", whereas all the other nurseries we had to book appointments at times to suit them; it showed me Storytime had nothing to hide.


Storytime is an absolutely fantastic nursery, I have already recommended it to a friend whose son also now goes, and even though we moved a bit further away we kept him with his Storytime family. Thank you girls for all that you do, you are amazing! Be very very proud of yourselves!
