Storytime Private Day Nursery

My son has been coming to Storytime since he was 9 months old. He is now 18 months. From the moment we were looking at nurseries we knew from the moment we walked in Storytime was the one. Believe me, we went a lot! As a first time mum, going back to work was hard as we don't have a family network to support with childcare but Storytime is like my sons second family. They love him, care for him and his development since attending amazes me from weaning, walking, talking, singing and dancing. We are so thankful to all the staff for looking after our son so amazingly. Thank you.

My daughter has been attending Storytime for 12 months. I was anxious about sending her to a nursery but as soon as she started I knew it was the perfect choice. My daughter loves going and the care is excellent. I'm sure my younger daughter will love it just as much when she starts.

Lovely, caring, safe and friendly environment for your child to be in.

All 3 of my children have attended and have a fab time there.

Nursery staff have been great at settling our daughter into toddler room and helping her to adapt to the change. They have supported us in potty training our daughter and encourage her independent skills. Management have been supportive in explaining the next transition phase for our daughter.

I will be very sad when my son leaves this nursery in July. I can’t praise the staff enough. They have helped my son come on so much. They are very helpful and understanding. Would recommend this nursery to anybody.

My second child to attend the nursery, always wonderful staff who are looking after the children to an extremely high standard.

I can approach staff if I have any issues or concerns and they address them professionally and positively.

My son started this nursery when he was 3 and he has come on leaps and bounds! Had some concerns about him and the nursery has been there every step of the way and gone above and beyond to help, the staff are lovely and caring.

My child is extremely happy at Storytime, she has been at this nursery since she was 10 months old and is now 3. She has been in 3 of the rooms and loved each one. All the staff are caring and friendly.

It is a great nursery and the staff are wonderful and welcoming. My son went to the nursery and now my little girl attends and she loves it.

My son has been very poorly for the last three years, having open heart surgery. It was a difficult decision to put my son in nursery, as finding out only 9 months ago that he had learning needs too, he is non-verbal, and has a degree of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. Storytime nursery has been patient, very very professional at all times, working with all members of the multidisciplinary team.

My son was eased into nursery only doing an hour at a time, now we have progressed to the full 3 hours and my son trusts all staff, displaying signs of total comfort and his learning needs are met, along with comfort, love and dignity.

I will be forever grateful for all the help Storytime staff have given not only my son but us as a family too.

I am really pleased with how my daughter has progressed since attending nursery, she has really come on with her skills. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone, all the staff are lovely and friendly too and my daughter loves it.

I am very happy with Storytime. My youngest goes here after my oldest enjoyed it so much. I can't fault them.

Very pleased with the care that my daughter receives at Storytime. Staff are always friendly and approachable. Would suggest looking into the ClassDojo app and website. Just makes it easier you to keep in touch with parents and so parents can see what their children are doing throughout the day.

This nursery go above and beyond for the children and their families. The staff are amazing. Lovely feel to it

I could not be happier with the nursery. Our twin girls start in early October & are very settled. All the girls are lovely & nothing is any trouble. I feel extremely relaxed in work knowing our girls are very happy learning new skills.

The only thing for improvement, in my opinion, is that they need more equipment for the children to play with. But overall a great nursery.
