An outstanding nursery where the feel is home from home.
Every single staff member treats every child as if they was there own.
The manager Cheryl has been particulary outstanding with my son and my family during a difficult time we faced last year. I cant reccomend this nursery enough to
parents.
I feel so confident and comfortable dropping my son off everyday in the care of these angels. Storytime is professional and extremely well run. The nursery is always extremely clean and well presented and full of laughter and excited children. I whole heartedly would reccomend this nursery to any parents. Our experience has been extremely pleasing
And we would like to thank storytime and especially their manager Cheryl for taking such good care of our son and us as a family. My son is due to start school in September and I honestly will miss this nursery so much thankyou for giving my son such a wonderful start in life.

My son has attended Storytime since October 2023. The nursery has such a family feel about it and he has always been so happy! All the staff know all of the children and parents which has always given it that personal feel. My newborn will be joining the nursery when the time comes and I know he
will also love it! Thank you for all that you do!

Storytime always strive to give the best care for our child, he has not long since moved from babies to toddlers and he is settled so well. They always pick the right time for the child to move up and always make sure they're settled

Cannot recommend Storytime enough, my son has been attending for just over 2 years now and has transitioned across different rooms with various members of staff and I've nothing but positive things to say about them all.
The nursery is well managed by the fabulous manager, and deputy manager, all
the staff know what needs to be done and do it incredibly well. Storytime believe that their environment is a family culture and I couldn't agree more. Every child is greeted by name in a morning when entering as well as parents. They have a great variety of meals and snacks. Any questions, queries or even health concerns you have for your child are always listened to, addressed and actioned whilst being very supportive to the child and parents. My child is so happy at nursery, he has established some great friendship bonds and we couldn't wish for a better environment for his early years to have fun and thrive in. Thank you all to the fabulous team at Storytime, keep up the amazing work.

My son absolutely loved storytime from day one, he started at 8 months and went through all the rooms, the staff in every room was amazing and really made a big impact on the growth and development of my son, the management was amazing and knew all the children personally and there likes and
dislikes. The food was always a big hit with my son a good variety and some foods he wouldn't
eat at home he would eat here I imagine with lots of positive encouragement. I'm glad my son came to this nursery and made lots of friends throughout I felt more at ease working and leaving him in the care of a team of amazing ladies

Since my son started in October Storytime have been amazing and I could not thank them enough they have encouraged my little boy in doing so many new and different things and since starting Storytime he has come on with his confidence, trying to talk, his playing and communication with other
children.
He has started singing different nursery rhymes and he sits and does the actions as well as singing them !

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. After viewing many nurseries in the area, this one stood out by far. From our very first visit, the manager was incredibly thorough and attentive, and we immediately knew it was the right choice for our family.
As a first-time mum, leaving my baby for
the first time was daunting. However, all of the staff have been amazing at helping him settle in, and he has formed such lovely relationships with them in the baby room. It's clear how genuinely caring and dedicated they are, and how much they truly value the children in their care. The staff all know each child so well, and my little one is always happy to go to nursery and all of the fun activities they do each day. I feel assured he is receiving the best care . We couldn't be happier with our experience so far and have already recommended Storytime to anyone looking for a nursery.

Storytime Private Day Nursery is amazing, the staff are fantastic and know the children inside out, my children love the nursery and all 3 of my children have been there. Such a friendly and happy place.
The children have a close bond with the teachers which is lovely.

What a fantastic nursery, the whole team are incredible and my daughter absolutely loves going and adores her story-time family.
Seeing how much my daughter has progressed and grown whilst being a part of Storytime is priceless.

Cannot recommend Storytime enough. All the staff are fantastic with the children and they have such a good time at nursery. Fantastically managed by the manager who will always be as accommodating as possible.

Best nursery in the area by far. The staff are amazing, prices are very competitive, always very clean, children are well looked after, my children have been going to this nursery for the last 7 years and it's always been amazing.
The manager does her job perfectly couldn't ask for any more from
her and Storytime Nursery, I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent.

My daughter started in April, I was so anxious but the staff provided constant reassurance throughout, sending updates electronically and also a daily diary so I could see what she had got up to that day including when she was changed and what she had eaten. They reassure my daughter with such care
and love on the days she's upset about leaving me and now she absolutely loves going. She has her favourites which I won't name. She has come on so much in such a small amount of time from potty training to saying full sentences and holding conversations. Nothing is ever too much to ask, the staff are more than happy to help parents as well as the children which is absolutely lovely! I couldn't have asked for more from Storytime and I can't wait to see what the next 2 years bring for my daughter and her time here. Highly recommend!

I have a three-year-old who's been with Storytime since he was a baby and we've had the best experience through the years. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is lovely. My little boy can be a bit of a boisterous challenge at times and the team is amazing with him, always
going above and beyond to make sure he's supported.

Excellent nursery. Children are made to feel happy and secure. All the staff are friendly, very helpful and informative. They look after the children as if they are family and I have never felt unsure about ever leaving my daughter in their care. Even when my daughter was unsettled and anxious about
nursery I could trust the staff to help her settle without having to worry. Her personality and imagination at the nursery are blossoming as she builds stronger bonds with the staff and children and it is lovely for us to see and hear about.

Brilliant nursery and lovely staff, my oldest daughter went and now my youngest daughter goes. my girls get on really well with all the staff and so do I couldn't ask for anything better definitely recommend it.

The staff here have helped my child settle into the nursery without too many tears.
They have grown in confidence as a result and it's lovely to see.
I found it hard dropping them off but they set my mind at ease and collecting them with a smile on their face means they've had a great time.

The staff have been amazing with my little girl who started at the beginning of September helping her ease into nursery as she's never been anywhere before and is a little shy at first she absolutely loves it and is starting to make friends which I'm so happy with.

My grandson has moved up to the toddler's room, although we were worried about this the managers instantly put us at ease and just always got off the phone having felt very supported and they've helped me out immensely in that small phone call. They do go above and beyond and I wouldn't want my
grandson in any other nursery. 100 out of 10 from us, thank you to the ladies.

Storytime Private Day Nursery is amazing, the staff are fantastic and know the children inside out, my children love the nursery and all 3 of my children have been there. Such a friendly and happy place.
