Storytime is a private day nursery catering for children from birth upwards.

They employ highly qualified, experienced staff to ensure that your children have the best possible care and education.

Storytime is very much a child-led environment, children are encouraged to be independent decision makers from an early age. This in partnership with a 'Key Person' approach helps the transition from home to nursery run smoothly.

Storytime offers an 'open door' policy allowing existing parents and prospective parents to view the nursery at all times. Robust safeguarding and recruitment procedures ensure that the children's safety and welfare are paramount. While all staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service checks before commencing employment at Storytime.

This nursery is fantastic. My little boy has been in here since he was 7 months old. He has come on loads thanks to the hard work of all the staff at Storytime.

My son absolutely loves coming to Storytime and the effort the girls go to in order to put both parent and child at ease is fantastic. It’s a scary prospect leaving your child for the first time but the girls here just put me at ease and gave me complete peace of mind.


I love hearing what he’s been

up to, either verbally or via the diary we all fill out whether it be messy play or singing he has so much fun. The meals he gets have so much variety and they are really supporting his developing appetite. On top of everything they’re required to do the girls treat every child as an individual and they treat them like their own, I couldn’t be happier to leave my son in their care they do a fantastic job.

The staff and management have been absolutely amazing. My daughter has settled in so well, she has been completed supported, as have I. I feel like I can speak to all members of staff about my child's development, well-being and social interaction. I can honestly say I would recommend Storytime to any
parents looking for a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for their child. I can't thank the staff enough for making me feel like they will educate, safeguard and nurture my most precious possession in the whole world.

My little girl has recently started here and I am made up with how they have helped her settle in. I was worried about how she would be as she can be quite shy with strangers but she now loves going and I can't thank the staff enough for helping and making her feel welcome.
I'd definitely recommend
this nursery.

Storytime Nursery is a great friendly environment for your children to come and learn. The staff work really hard to ensure they interact with all children equally. I have seen my daughter develop so much within the first 3 months of being at storytime. Due to the range of activities, she does on a
daily basis. They make all the learning fun. I would recommend storytime to everyone.

I have today been to a stay and play session, I enjoy these so much as I work full time and feel like sometimes I miss out on much-needed quality time. The staff at storytime have become like second mums to my son and have become friends to me which is so reassuring when dropping him off, knowing that
he is going to be in the best care. I truly feel like my son has grown into the clever, well mannered, confident boy through the help of the staff. Thank you.

Storytime is amazing, they have given my daughter the confidence to grow and communicate with all her friends and family. I could not fault storytime, they are constantly striving to provide the best service for the children. All of the staff are friendly and approachable and helpful and nothing is

Absolutely amazing nursery! All of the staff are fantastic and work really hard. My little boy was only 6 months old when he started nursery, the idea of having to leave him in someone else's care while I went to work terrified me! But after visiting Storytime and meeting the staff I felt so much better.
There are always lots of activities going on and parents are kept up to date with their child's development.

My 3 year old son has been attending Pre-School 3 days per week since January 2017 after having been with a childminder since he was 8 months old. I cannot praise Storytime highly enough. In my opinion, this is an outstanding nursery. The experienced and dedicated staff provide my son with a standard
of care and attention that they would provide to their own children. They consequently cater completely to his individual basic, developmental and learning needs. My son has therefore progressed significantly in the short time that he has been attending Storytime. I cannot thank the management and staff enough for everything they have done and continue to do for my son. An exemplary team and an exemplary setting.

Staff are very friendly and show interest in each child. There is a nice welcoming feel to the nursery. Activities are different each day and my son is always excited to see what he can do that day. Staff ask how your child is each day and are willing to help if there's anything you need advice on.
The nursery has gone above and beyond anything, I could have hoped for to meet the individual needs of my son and I can't recommend nursery enough.

My son is currently in preschool and has attended Storytime since being in the baby room. He loves going to nursery and has come on so well in all areas of development, but particularly his confidence.

My daughter has settled in really well into preschool and enjoys going. Some days, she can be a bit shy about going in, but the girls always often cuddle and distract her while we leave.

My daughter has been at Storytime Private Day Nursery now for 15 months and they have seen her grow from a little 6-month-old to a toddler who is happy, bright and loving. I feel that her time spent at Storytime Private Day Nursery has helped to shape the lovely little girl she is. She has recently
