Kids Planet Greenbank Park

Excellent nursery, excellent staff. Overall, amazing experience so far.

My son has settled since day one and has formed strong bonds with the staff and other children. The children are taken out to the local park and shops and there are great outside practitioners that come in such as the music bus. The food is home cooked and varied.

They do a wide variety of activities daily and the phonics activities within the preschool room are of such a high standard. My child goes to school in September with such great knowledge.

Cannot say enough, how much the nursery has helped bring my little girl along. Fantastic staff, fantastic activities and care.

Our daughter has been very happy here. The staff in each of the rooms she has been in have been amazing. She has enjoyed French lessons, trips to the park, book-themed weeks and loves the outdoor space. She will miss it when she leaves for school!

Highly impressed with my son's nursery! He's having a blast with activities like music, paddle pool, painting, reading, playing in the big garden, outings to the park, and even incorporating a few French words as we speak it at home. Caring staff, great food, and a language-friendly environment make it a wonderful experience overall!

Overall I am really happy with the nursery, my daughter has been there just 1 day a week for a couple of months now and is settling in really well. The staff are friendly and my daughter has bonded well with them.

The staff are so caring and really help to settle my daughter, they make her feel special and I see them do it with all the children. My daughter loves the trips out to the park and to local shops.

One of the reasons we choose this nursery was the wide array of facilities that it provides. The carers are very friendly and approachable and let us know what our daughter has been up to in the day. They are great for updating the app on food that was eaten (a good variety of meals provided too) and nappy changes but would like to see more photographs of our daughter doing the activities. Another plus is that all resources are provided for - milk, food, nappies creams etc we just need to leave a bag of extra clothes, which is fantastic to help us keep organised.

Overall, I am happy with the care here. The staff are great and my son is happy. On occasion, he has been left in a soiled nappy and is often very dirty or wet when we collect him, despite changes of clothes available in his bag.

So happy with the nursery, the staff are all so lovely and genuinely care about the children. The building is clean and you are kept very well informed about how your child is daily and generally on their progress. Great facilities for the children with play areas, sensory rooms, messy play areas! Really pleased!

My 14-month-old has been at Greenbank Kids Planet since he was 9 months and his confidence has improved so much. He loves going and always looks happy and busy in the photos uploaded to the app. They try and get out to the local park as much as possible and do lots of activities aimed at improving their skills and knowledge of the world. I have no worries dropping him off there and would recommend to other parents.

Great nursery, both our sons have gone here and love it. Both of them have had great relationships with a number of staff and always enjoy going into nursery. Staff are great, would definitely recommend.

Since starting this nursey my son has settled in really well, He loves going have made great relationships with staff and children. The food variety is good and always another option if the child decides not to eat. The children are always outside playing where they can. They have supported my child throughout his journey and he always comes home happy. Would highly recommend, at this moment I can not fault them

I'm really happy with the amount of activities they take part in during their day and in terms of food I'm pretty certain my daughter is eating better than I am.

We had a terrible time in my son's past nursery we were so nervous to leave him in another setting, coming to Kids Planet Greenbank has been the best choice we made for our son. He’s come on so much the last few months since starting, the staff in his room have been nothing but amazing, overall we are so happy and hope that he continues to learn and grow.
