Kids Planet Greenbank Park

Both my children settled really easily into the nursery, and enjoy spending time there. The staff are always very approachable, and well informed about the children. They also seem to know all of the children in all of the rooms. There are plenty of activities for the children, including a lot of time outdoors. I particularly like the educational activities in the pre-school room. There are also lots of events for the parents/whole family to participate in e.g. stay and play, Christmas fayre, etc. Emails are responded to very quickly, and the staff have been very engaged and supportive of our son's allergies. I'm very pleased with our choice

My youngest son is 3 and currently attends Greenbank Kids Planet, as did my now 8-year-old. Both boys enjoyed it every day. The staff are great. The food is very good, the environment is fab, and the huge garden is great. The staff always do lots of fun activities. I would certainly recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter has attended this nursery for nearly three years now, she has been in the baby room, tots and toddlers and is now in pre-school. Every room has been fantastic, with lovely caring, helpful and friendly staff. They are always doing activities including PE, art, phonics and different themed topics, and my daughter is thriving here. The nursery has an on-site chef, and the children always have varied meals and try lots of new healthy foods. The nursery has always felt very safe, and my daughter, who is shy, is growing in confidence every day due to the encouragement of her teachers. I couldn't recommend this nursery and the staff any more for giving my daughter a great start in life.

My son has been here since he was 8 months, he is now 15 months. He started in the baby's room and is now in tots. Both rooms have been great. The staff are lovely, such a great bunch of girls. He is always delighted and excited to go in the mornings. The staff always send lovely pictures of the activities they do throughout the day and keep me updated on nappies, meals and sleep. They take the kids on walks and keep them active in the garden. I really have no complaints and would definitely recommend it.

I can not praise Greenbank enough. My daughter has been there for a year and a half and during that time I have seen the changes that the management and staff have implemented. The nursery has always been good but it has gone from strength to strength. The staff are amazing and really create a family environment. My daughter loves her days there and when I ask her which friends she played with she always says the names of the staff first. It’s engaging, fun, safe and secure. Activities vary from class to class but my toddler enjoys book of the week which always has exciting play scenarios based around it, music classes, sign language lessons, sensory play, loads of art and time in the garden. Her development has been fantastic and Greenbank has supported with all stages - potty training, speech and social skills such as sharing, playing and supporting her friends if one of them is upset.

This nursery is fantastic. My son has developed so much since starting here in July. He enjoys going in every week. The food they serve is brilliant, they keep the parent's app up to date and they really engage with the children. I’ve not had any issues since he started.

A lovely nursery which pays attention to detail. Any problem my son has, they address it straight away. Any worries I have, they always make sure I receive help I need. My son loves coming in and would stay there overnight if he could!

My son has been at Kids Planet Greenbank Park for two years now and it has been the best experience for him. The staff are lovely and very informative about my child’s day when I come to pick him up. We have never had an issue with the nursery and my son is excited to be there. I am thankful we were able to get him in there as he has really blossomed and made good friends during his time at Kids Planet.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Our toddler loves it and gets so excited in the mornings when we tell him it’s a nursery day! He has formed strong bonds with the staff in every room he’s been in, who have gone above and beyond to help him adapt to things such as the arrival of his new baby brother. The food is varied, nutritious and always enjoyed by him. There is a warm and lovely atmosphere there and the children enjoy a wide range of activities such as music, trips to the park and even to get babyccinos! Management are great and really receptive to any questions or concerns. We are so pleased we chose Kids Planet Greenbank for our children.

Where do I start? My son had a bumpy start to life at another nursery and was kicked out of there because they could not deal with his extra needs that he has. The staff at Greenbank went out of their way to give him a place in a days notice and went above and beyond to help him settle and begin to grow. I can’t thank the staff enough for all there help with our little boy, he loves the staff and they love him. They have gone as far as to spend their own money on things to help my son settle into school life. I highly recommend this nursery to everyone, thank you for reading.

My daughter loves the nursery and has learnt a lot from there. She enjoys the activities that are done on the days that she goes. Her teachers are very helpful and caring. She loves playing in the garden too.

Wonderful nursery, my son has been attending for nearly two years. Staff all very friendly and caring. Lots of activities planned each day and external classes like 'music bus' coming into nursery during the day, but also plenty of varied toys for free play. Little trips out to the park and shops as well. Lovely outside space. You are updated throughout the day regularly with pictures, meals etc.

Excellent nursery. The staff are very warm and friendly. The children seem to be very happy and love going in. There are lots of extra curricular activities and events. There is a lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.

Every member of staff seems to know the girls and that is very reassuring.

My child attends the nursery once a week and she really looks forward to going to nursery. Always greeted by friendly staff in her room Toddler 1. On pick up the staff always come over to tell me about her day and are always supportive of our family needs. Would like the app to be updated more throughout the day.

Overall a good experience. Very happy with the care. Any concerns are always listened to.

All staff in the nursery go out of their way to keep children safe and are brilliant at teaching. The staff help parents out where they can including potty training etc. My child takes a minute to settle in the morning but the staff make me feel at ease and she soon settles in. The food they serve is nutritious and there is a wide variety, they cater to all dietary requests.

My toddler is extremely happy at Kids Planet. The staff know him well and I feel he is nurtured and encouraged to develop as well as being well looked after.

My daughter started Kids Planet Greenbank Park in February 2023. She absolutely loves coming in and loves the staff. I am so pleased with the progress she has made whilst in nursery and it's down to the devotion from the staff.
