Overall very positive experience over several years having had 3 children there. Certainly since Sara has been manager she is hands on and friendly face daily. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, there are so many activities set out for the kids every morning and clearly the staff work hard
to engage with the kids of all ages. The consistency of staff has improved which has helped with continuity and our kids are happy...which is the main thing!

We couldn't be happier with the care and support provided by this nursery. The staff are friendly and attentive and genuinely invested in my son's needs and development. They have taken the time to understand my son's strengths and challenges and tailored their approach to help him thrive!
Communication from staff and key workers with parents is excellent and we are kept informed throughout. We have seen such positive growth in our child's development since attending. It is a safe, inclusive environment and I can't recommend this nursery enough!

Lovely staff who are very caring to the children and go above and beyond to help. The nursery has really good facilities and plenty of great outdoor space for the children.Both my children have enjoyed their time are kids planet greenbank.

Our baby joined Kidsplanet last July at 4 and a half months old. Since then every member of staff we've met along the way has been lovely and so caring. We've had no worries with her being in there even when she was tiny and she seems genuinely happy and settled. She's pretty advanced for her age
with regards to walking/crawling and we do believe it's largely down to the care and attention of staff. Good selection of food for the kids and great communication with us as parents.

My daughter was always safe, clean, fed nutritious and varied meals and enjoyed a variety of different activities that certainly contributed to her development.
From the baby room to the pre-school and other supporting and administrative staff, we received an excellent service. We couldn't be
happier.
The staff are exceptional at their work and professionalism. Their commitment to the safety, wellbeing of the children and development in all areas is clear. They always had energy, enthusiasm and a loving caring manner. They are never short of smiles and reassurance.
There are regular, structured PE and phonics lessons in pre-school, with associated activities to prepare the children for reception.
My daughter had a great variety of experiences, and through all of it she was safe, supported and happy. From days out, to phonics, songs, play and PE lessons the days were filled with fun and my daughter always had something to tell on her way home. I highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are very welcoming to the children when they arrive and make them feel comfortable if they are struggling to be separated from parents. They celebrate special occasions that are special to the child. Always very cheery and my son enjoys the company of his key workers.

Can't fault the nursery at all both my daughters go and they love it my eldest has just left for school and they've been brilliant getting her ready
All the staff are so friendly and helpful along with management answering emails quickly

I have had at least 1 child in Kids Plant Greenbank each year for nearly 10 years now and they have all loved it. I've always been impressed with the staff, and their kindness to the children, their energy and their fun. Not had any problems and my children couldn't speak more happily about their
nursery days.

All staff have been very supportive of our child and also our family, supporting both our child and us parents during a difficult time. Our child loves attending nursery and we love seeing regular updates through the day.

Since my son started in September 2023, I feel he has developed so well, the staff at the nursery are all supportive, lovely, and very approachable and friendly. They treat each child individually, and you can see that the staff really care about the children they are looking after. I feel my son's
communication skills have improved due to the support from the nursery, and he is also more sociable due to the support from the staff at the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery, especially with children on the ASD pathway.

I have two children aged 3 and 1 at Kids Planet. The space is great with lots of outdoor space. The staff are very caring and professional. Very impressed with the care the nursery provides and the support they offer in terms of potty training and good nutrition.

Really great nursery, my daughter is looked after so well by the staff at Kids Planet Greenbank. They have also been great at easing any anxieties I had about sending my daughter there and going back to work full time. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with professionally and I have been
fully informed throughout. My daughter is so happy at this nursery.

My eldest child attended full time since 11 months old until school age entry. We all had a very positive experience. Same with my second child who is now in pre-school. I would not have taken them anywhere else.

This is an amazing nursery and they have brought our son on amazingly, he has come so far with the help of all the staff and everything they have done to help us with his diagnosis, we can't thank you enough and we are made up our son will be here for another wonderful year.

Our daughter has settled in so well to her new nursery. She is happy and excited to go each day and has already developed a number of new skills in the short time that she has been there. The activities that she does are varied and certainly mean that she is tired at the end of the day.

It will be a great shame that our daughter leave at the end of this month. We have been a part of this nursery since my eldest was a baby I will miss it dearly. My daughter so happy to go in every day and loves her teachers and friends.

Everyone has been welcoming and friendly, the facilities are excellent and my daughter is settling in well thanks to all the staff. The variety in diet has been a welcome introduction, along with the increase in activities for her.

To be honest I would send my child elsewhere if there was availability in the area but this is the only one with any and I think this speaks volumes. Generally, the nursery is always very smelly, when I drop her off it is someone different greeting almost her every time and many staff lack the
skills needed to care for children in my opinion. I have had other children here since 2022 and nothing has changed in that time. It always seems there is a change of staff/turnover and new faces every other week. My daughter spent a year there and never settled and now my second child gets very anxious about going and often comes home very smelly (poo) and once came home in someone else's shoes. There are a few staff members who are great but I find management very unapproachable and they rarely say hello when you go into the setting.

I don't think we could have chosen a better nursery for our child. Our baby loves the staff, he has activities every day which help his development and since day one all staff including management team were very helpful, empathetic and caring. We could not be happier.

My son has loved his time at this nursery. All the staff have been unbelievable. So kind and caring and go the extra mile. In pre-school my son has learnt so much and has had a dedicated sports teacher in which he has regular PE sessions with. He has made so many friends and it's a really friendly
atmosphere across the setting. They have many visiting practitioners and experiences for the children including visits from the police and ambulance service, to walks in the park and doing things for charity. They eat a range of different, healthy foods and the outdoor space has been renovated providing plenty of space and outdoor fun. The nursery is clean, warm and inviting. I couldn't be happier with our time at Kids Planet Greenbank.
