Most importantly, V is happy, settled and excited to attend nursery. Seeing her confidence, independence and social skills grow has been wonderful. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team and would highly recommend Bright Horizons to other families.

This is an outstanding nursery with trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind and dedicated staff. Our child has been there for over a year and has developed so much in their confidence, communication and social skills. They love the outdoor space (the bikes!), food and creative activities. As a working parent, it's vital to know that our child is somewhere where they can be safe and nurtured. We've found that at Sale and will be truly sad when we do have to finally say goodbye!

I really value how detailed the handovers are at drop off and pick up - nothing ever feels rushed, and I always feel fully informed about how her day has gone. They share updates throughout the day, which is such a comfort as a parent, especially when you're leaving your child in someone else's care. The staff genuinely take the time to understand my daughter's needs and my own thoughts as a parent, and that partnership makes a big difference. Already, I can see her thriving here, growing in confidence and happiness every day. I feel so greatful to have found a place where she is not only cared for but truly supported to flourish.

The menus are great and offer lots of variety for the kids too

Communication via the app is easy, with quick responses from room staff and management.

My child has been attending Bright Horizons for close to 12 months now, they are thriving having established strong relationships with staff, and care needs acknowledged and met promptly.

My child has known allergies and staff have been thorough and diligent in accommodating required precautions, dietary exclusions and medication. I feel confident in the knowledge that the upmost is being done to protect my child, and protocols are consistently followed- validated by the fact I've had to turn up unannounced or at short notice on several occasions only to see the meal/ allergy protocols in action.

Educationally, I can see my child picking up new words, able to name body parts and shapes, and sing words to songs- things I haven't taught. The regular observations alongside daily app updates demonstrate staff take time to watch, acknowledge and encourage growth.

Overall very happy with the nursery, and would thoroughly recommend.

Im absolutely horrified at the negligence my daughter and I have experienced today within the care of the nursery. I was informed by phone my child had been bitten on the foot by another child, this was shrugged off by staff and i was told it was 'one of those things' i went to picky child up from nursery to find she also had a bruise on her cheek, when asked how this had happened, none of the girls within my daughters care can explain how this has happened to a 17 month old baby. I had to ask them for an accident form to be filled out for the injury to her face, as I am seeking legal action for an investigation to be done of this nursery. They then lied on the accident form and insinuated the injury had 'potentially' been done by a toy oven door. This was absolutely not the case, and when first asked, they admitted none of them had an idea how the injury had happened. I have this verbal conversation recorded on my phone.

All staff are attentive & key workers particularly.

Great experiences with Bright Horizons Sale, my kid loves the staff and tells me daily about her friends there and all the things she's learned. Everyone is friendly and approachable, there seem to be robust procedures for managing incidents and we get regular feedback about progress. Really benefits from purpose built premises.

My little boy has been attending since he was 7 months old and he has flourished. He loves his time at Bright Horizons, is excited upon arrival and the staff have been extremely supportive throughout the different milestones such as weaning and walking. The staff are fantastic, always willing to help and support and I feel thoroughly up to date from both the updates on the app and the handover at pickup time. We joined this nursery last year after searching for the right place for our daughter. We couldn't be happier with our decision. As a same sex couple we have been welcomed and supported with our daughter, and there has been a real sense of openess to our situation and sensitivity towards inclusion. Our daughter has progressed so much as a result of the amazing work done by the managers and the team. Our daughter loves her time at nursery, is confident, social, a great eater - all as a result of the support given by this nursery. I have friends that often share their varied experiences with other childcare arrangements, so I know that not everyone is lucky enough to have an option like Bright Horizons. I feel so fortunate to have such a comfortable and secure place to send my child every day, where I know that not only is she getting a brilliant experience but that I trust them implicitly. It's such peace of mind.

Our experience of Bright Horizons Sale has been great. My daughter has been attending since October 2021 and I’ve just registered my unborn child to start next year. I could not imagine using another nursery. The staff are friendly, attentive and are always available to talk to me about my child’s development and learning journey. We moved down from Scotland in September 2022 with our then 2-year-old, so it was quite a big change for her, but the team at Bright Horizons were fantastic and helped her settle in quickly. Since then, she's grown so much in confidence, made so many new friends and the learning environment in preschool has been great. I would highly recommend both the environment and the staff at Bright Horizons Sale.
