This last month, I've been spending lots of time at the nursery because my youngest child has been settling in. This gave me the opportunity to get to know the carers more and the nursery's routines. As a result, I'm happy both of my children get to spend time with these dedicated and loving professionals.
The whole team (carers, managers and chef) is friendly, warm, honest, dedicated. My kids are happy and I've peace of mind since I know I leave them with the most wonderful professionals around.

We are thrilled with our daughter's experience at Blackheath. This nursery feels like a big family, so caring and friendly. Staff are excellent and always seem very happy. Our daughter started when she was 11 months old in the fantastic baby room where everyone was very patient and understanding with
initial settling and always gave us as much feedback as we needed. She has hugely enjoyed each room as she has moved up through the nursery, they are all bright and full of stimulating activities. She has really flourished and runs off into the room in the morning when we drop her off. Thank you so much.

My son attended Zoom/Bright Horizons Blackheath for over 3 years and he had a great experience there, developing many key skills and always being occupied with great activities. The nursery operates a very high standard of care with a friendly and caring workforce.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
this nursery. It was sad to eventually leave.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for nearly a year and has been so happy here. She is well looked after, loved and cared for by all staff she comes into contact with.
There is a fantastic high performance culture at this nursery and it is evident that the management is strong and really take
an interest in their staff and their children.
Further, the key workers in my experience of Baby Stars 3 are outstanding.
I couldn’t be more grateful to have such a warm and friendly institution on our doorstep.

My daughter has been here for 18months and we will all miss it hugely when she leaves. She has absolutely thrived under the care she's received. Facilities are great (the garden is lovely) and staff are friendly, enthusiastic, engaged and super caring, taking an active interest in the children's lives
both in and out of nursery. They are always going above and beyond to give the children fun and educational experiences. The management - brilliantly led - are approachable and flexible, also going the extra mile to help with anything that they can. We really feel part of the family.

My son joined Zoom Blackheath in October 2018 when he was one year, eight months, having been solely cared for at home by family.
He has thrived since joining, the staff and other children are a delight and he really enjoys his days there. The room always seems calm and fun, and all carers are sensitive,
caring and enthusiastic. I speak to the room staff and management when I need advice relating to my son and they are always really helpful and forthcoming. I feel very lucky that he is able to attend this nursery: it gives me huge peace of mind of how happy he is while we're at work.

I find them understanding and they provide a friendly environment for both child and parent. A real sense of care for your child and love. With lots of different learning opportunities. The staff are great.

My passion for childcare started 19 years ago, and have been a manager at Blackheath since October 2019. My journey into childcare started after having my first child, while volunteering for a preschool setting at the time. I then became deputy manager of that setting and followed my path through the childcare industry.
