Warm, friendly and safe environment for the kids. Carers are welcoming and communicative. The kids seem happy and well looked after and entertained. Lots of activities.

Overall an amazing nursery with amazing staff will recommend it all the way.

Our daughter enjoyed 3 fabulous years at Bright Horizons Blackheath, from the excellent senior management team who were on hand to help a stranded mum when she had a flat tyre, to the caring and loving attitude of the carers and assistants who guided our daughter through her formative years. The nursery is a bright, happy and colourful and stimulating space and our daughter looked forward to going every day not least because she also loved the food and speaking Italian.

Brilliant, caring staff. Our child loves her caregivers and all associated staff. She can't wait to get in every morning to see them and get up to more fun activities. The staff are very attentive to her needs and her development. Great work!

Since joining this nursery aged 2 1/2 over a year ago our daughter has been really happy here. She loves her key person and has built strong relationships with all the staff. It is such a friendly and supportive environment. The garden is lovely and the rooms are bright and spacious. Her development has been brilliant and she loves building, dancing, singing and especially Italian Club. Highly recommend!

Bright Horizons Blackheath is a wonderful nursery. My daughter has been there from 2016-2019, and my twins started in July 2020. The staff are all amazing, so airy, passionate and clearly love their work. They're brilliant at settling children in and helping them to grow, learn and develop. The nursery provides a fun, clean and safe environment for all children, nutritious food, and they are always looking at new ways to take things to the next level. The management is so diligent and flexible and works so hard with all parents to meet their requirements and provide the best possible experience at Bright Horizons Blackheath.

I’ve been so happy with the care provided at Bright Horizons Blackheath. I currently have a two-year-old son there and my oldest was there from 2-4 years old so we have experienced all the rooms! The staff are caring and amazingly creative - the environment created is both nurturing and stimulating. He loves going in every day and I love seeing him so happy! The management is also great - friendly and always there to help.

We moved our son here in its capacity of becoming a hub nursery at the beginning of the pandemic due to our normal nursery closing. SO glad we did!! Although it was only meant to be a temporary move, we decided to keep him here permanently as we were so impressed with the care, attention and generally great reception we had from the whole team at Blackheath. We have always found all the staff to be kind, warm, friendly and tirelessly professional. Their smiles and can-do attitude have been so welcome throughout a tough year for everyone! The updates and communication from the nursery are excellent and very much appreciated. A great nursery that we would highly recommend.

I forgot to mention the food, my boys eat 2 sometimes 3 servings of lunch or tea so it must be good.

I have two girls (3 and 1yrs) at Bright Horizons Blackheath and I will forever be indebted to the wonderful staff, carers, cooks and managers. They are truly wonderful and have been particularly amazing through the pandemic. The manager and her assistant manager are exceptional and particularly attentive to the individual needs of the kids. They have been there since the Zoom days and have continued that spirit on post-acquisition by Bright horizons. The building is also amazing and the outside space vitally important to the wellbeing and learning for the children. Thank you, Bright Horizons Blackheath.

Excellent nursery with lovely, caring and dedicated staff.

My child settled in extremely quickly and it’s all down to the fantastic staff. Every Wednesday (he’s only 1 day a week), he literally skips in which is a weight off our shoulders. We can’t thank the staff enough; with a special mention to my child's key worker and other staff in their daily management.

The carer had a very accurate picture of our child's development, his challenges and achievements. The report was very detailed and I felt I had the carer's full attention.

Regarding food and drink, the chef is excellent but Bright Horizon's quality of food is a bit poor and there has been a decrease in quality from when it was another company.

Our son loves his time spent at Bright Horizons Blackheath Day Nursery and Preschool, we are seeing so many benefits from the structure of the day here and he has grown so much in his learning and his dealings with other children and adults. The staff are so friendly and attentive and we definitely feel he is well looked after. The rooms are all structured with interesting activities and safe access to outdoor playing areas. They run a really nice food menu with lots of variation. Highly recommended, the focus here really is the children and their development.
