I have the honest feeling that Bright Horizons Blackheath really love our children.
We visited a lot of different nurseries and we can easily confirm that there's nothing better in our neighbourhood.
I'm certain my children will be better people because of Bright Horizons Blackheath!

From the begining to the very last day, the team has been absolutely amazing. The team has helped hugo to grow as an individual over the years. The team has understood his need and have been very helpedfull. Thank you very much again.

Our son has been @ Blackheath Bright Horizons for a year & a half & has just graduated. He has loved his time here & has really grown in confidence. He would always be welcomed by the team in the mornings & clearly had a great bond with all of the carers! He misses nursery but is ready for Big
School which is a testament to all the crew : Blackheath. Thank you all!

The nursery has been great & everyone feels like part of the family as both of our children have gone here. They always make us feel so welcome & genuinely care for the children. The emphasis on learning & exploration is fantastic. They ensure that the child is ready for school & are great at
communicating progress & anything the parents can do to help at home. They go the extra mile with celebrations including birthdays, holidays & graduation ceremony.

Our son has been going to Bright Horizons Blackheath for the past year, since 1 year of age and absolutely loves his time there. The staff, setup and onsight chefs are fantastic. We especially love the amount of outside time the little ones enjoy and the personal care that each child is given. The
groups can easily go outside in the sheltered garden and we love the amount of fun and educational activities they do. A big thank you to management, and the full team at Bright Horizons Blackheath Day Nursery & Preschool.

My lil one goes here and absolutely enjoys herself. I can go to work at peace knowing she's well taken care of. And the carers are all so lovely and friendly, my lil one gets along well with all of them. I wait for the daily posts and updates on what she's been up to. Overall, can't recommend this
place enough.

My little boy has been attending the nursery for two years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff who work here, always attentive, kind and welcoming. The app is useful for ad-hoc messages where you may have forgotten items and such like, but the best part is following your child's
learning journey. It's always exciting to receive photographs and explanations of the day's activities. I'm always so impressed with the thought and care that goes into creating these experiences for the children. Our little boy particularly likes baking and anything involving paint - the more hands-on and messier the better! We receive monthly newsletters detailing special days and specific learning activities. This has been really useful as we have been able to further enrich his love for learning through days out and arty activities linked to texts etc.
The management team are brilliant and I truly feel like they know each and every one of the children in their care.

We love this nursery! Our experience at this nursery has been wonderful. All the staff are kind, friendly and committed to their work and to all the children at the nursery. Our children have really enjoyed growing up here. Everyday is filled with fun, activities and singing, the children sometimes
have had little trips out around in the community, which they really enjoy. The building has large and bright rooms with access to a large colourful garden, where they grow vegetables in the summer. The nursery has good morals and celebrate lots of festivals which makes it feel inclusive of all families and which the children can learn from. Our child suffers from eczema and allergies, the nursery has helped to accommodate our child and keep us informed on how they are throughout the day. We cannot fault our experience and wish to thank them for being there for us when we need them.

We absolutely trust Bright Horizons Blackheath Day Nursery and Preschool staff. They are all a very lovely team, exceptional leadership and carers. Our daughter has been over two years in this nursery and we know she is in good hands. She loves going there every day and, believe or not, she cries
once she needs to leave! She's been learning a lot with massive progress in all development areas, from motor skills to creative thinking. I can't recommend it more.

Our daughter attended the nursery from 11 months for 6 months, 2 days a week. After a week of settling in she was always excited to arrive and go inside. She clearly enjoyed being there and liked all the staff. We moved house so unfortunately she no longer attends, but if we had stayed local she
would still enjoy being there. All the staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to talk to you and let you know about your little ones' day.

We have been at the nursery for more than four years with two children. The nursery is brilliant. Management and carers are top. I can’t recommend enough. Obviously not cheap but quality is nowhere cheap. We are very happy.

Our little one (coming up to two years old) has been at the nursery for one year now. He has been extremely happy there and we have been very happy with how well cared for he is. All staff give us lovely updates on his day at nursery when we pick him up. They have been very accommodating in terms of
additional requests such as having his own water bottle (to encourage him to drink more). The management team are particularly helpful and always find time to talk with us, sharing advice and generally being very kind. We would highly recommend the nursery.

The nursery is very good and takes excellent care of the children. It's a place where they feel safe and enjoy the activities and learning.
The staff is all great and seem to have a real connection with the children.

Such a fantastic nursery. Our little boy always has a smile on his face when we pick him up and he’s really developed great relationships with all the carers in Baby Stars 2 who have given him so much care, kindness and attention and have adapted to his individual needs and preferences. The managers
are so warm and welcoming and always making sure the little ones get special experiences above and beyond the day-to-day activities. We’re really happy with the nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough! My son only attends 1.5 days, but he has progressed so much in his time here. All staff are super lovely, it has such a welcoming feel. We, unfortunately, have to relocate, so my son will soon be leaving the nursery, which is upsetting. Bright
Horizons, Blackheath have set the bar high.

My daughter and son were both in the nursery together with a 2-year age gap. I was so happy with how my daughter got on, I started my son earlier than I planned to. The nursery is like an extended family to me and I would have been in tears at my daughter's graduation if my son wasn't still
attending the nursery! My son has had issues around his walking, he is attending a specialist. The nursery have supported his progression and care around this, also using the sheets provided by the clinic, which is a great way to ensure he is continuing his care whilst at nursery. The hours are fantastic and I like the flexibility of being able to book extra sessions in advance should the need arise. I've found them very accommodating. The staff are great. I love my children's key workers. It's great to have someone to refer to, both my children are known at the nursery and have been very happy in their care, which is the peace of mind you want as a parent, when choosing a nursery.

We as parents are thrilled with the management team and all the staff that they carefully employ. Their staff all have the same mission and values towards the children and my daughter for one is very happy there. It’s so nice that we can leave her in their care without a worry and know that she is
very well looked after and happy. Would recommend this nursery to all. An amazing team.

Our daughter always comes back from nursery happy and fulfilled. She asks us every morning if she is going to nursery today. It was a great time for her and us as parents we felt she is in very good hands.

My daughter has been here since she was eleven months and thanks to all the kindness, patience, love, and sharing of the team she has developed and grown beautifully. We are grateful for this role that the team has played in her life and know she will miss the nursery. The team make a personal
effort to know each child. The songs, skills, and attention are brilliant, along with other care such as food and facilities.
Will highly recommend it to anyone who asks!
