When touring the nursery we felt so relaxed and comfortable, and that feeling continues to this day. Our daughter started when she was 8 months old and she's now been here a month.


The settling in sessions were a godsend. We did require a few but we never felt like we were being a burden. When it

came to me returning to work, I had a happy girl who was settled in her new surroundings and it really did make the process so much easier. The staff are amazingly friendly and know each child so well. They also keep to each child's individual routine which is brilliant. We get a daily report on her activities, the food she's eaten and how she's slept, so we're never in the dark about anything. She's so happy and settled here that it just makes me feel chuffed to bits!


I've never once regretted our decision to send our daughter to Caerleon and can't thank the staff enough for all the reassurance and care they've given us as a family in such a short space of time.

Choosing a nursery for our son (now 9 months) felt like purchasing a new home. After visiting a few in the area, we knew that Caerleon was 'the one' pretty much as soon as we walked through the door. The staff are so friendly and professional and the nursery environment is stimulating and engaging.
The family days are great too! When we leave our son we know that he's a part of a wonderful little community that is carefully managed by the kindest of people, what more could you ask for?

Our daughter has been attending Caerleon for just over a year. We looked at a number of different nurseries in the area and we were instantly impressed with Caerleon and haven't been disappointed.


Our daughter started in the baby room when she was 11-months-old and settled in well thanks to the

settling in sessions provided by Caerleon. She is now in the toddler room and always seems happy when I pick her up having been involved in all sorts of activities and play throughout the day. The staff are all lovely, welcoming, friendly, caring, professional and always seem willing to go the extra mile. The facilitates are great and the food freshly prepared.


I would highly recommend Caerleon to anyone.

This is such a wonderful place for any baby or small child to spend their early years. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the facilities brilliant and food amazing! Both my daughters have been to this nursery for 2 years each and have developed into fantastic little girls who are doing great at school
now. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough! First class in every department.

My son has been at the nursery for 9 months now and he thoroughly enjoys it. He has settled so well and has built up a strong rapport with his key workers and the other staff. The nursery is wonderful and is such a warm and caring environment. The staff are so professional and friendly and you can
see the genuine affection they have for the children. The children get access to the play centre at jump which is a wonderful facility and there are always lots of activities for the children. It has made going back to work so much easier for me knowing that my son is being cared for in such a wonderful environment and is surrounded by such friendly, caring and professional people. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

I have had two grandchildren go to this lovely nursery, the staff are wonderful, really friendly, rooms are amazing. It was always a pleasure to collect my grandchildren as I always felt very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this nursery, there are no negatives at all. Keep up the good work all.

My Son started at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff when he was 11 months old and is now two and a half years old. He has thoroughly enjoyed the last 18 months and has made new friends with the other children and staff members. He talks often about the girls that work at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff which
goes to prove the close bond the staff have with the children. I believe they have a great balance with their staff in regards to age, personalities, and experience.


I am also the director of a company. We train all the staff at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff in Level 3 paediatric first aid. This is not some basic first aid course there is a large amount of advanced topics on this course and every member of staff from Caerleon Childcare Cardiff have passed the exams comfortably.


The job these girls do is very underestimated and sometimes not appreciated by society but I would personally like to thank you all for the job you do!

My daughter started Caerleon Child Care Cardiff when she was 9 months old, now she is 4 1/2 years and has started full-time school!
The staff have been outstanding - supporting my child through all areas of development. She can now even count not just in English but Welsh, Spanish, Japanese. Out-standing!!
My daughter has grown into a strong and intelligent 'big' girl thank you to all the amazing staff.
Not just nursery and playing in jump but my daughter thoroughly enjoys me taking her to the family days Caerleon Child Care Cardiff put on - out of this world fantastic!
I can't recommend this nursery enough and all the staff .

Thanks to all the staff at Caerleon Child Care for the love and care you have given to our oldest child and continue to provide to our daughter. It was just by chance that we ended up in Caerleon and when we made the last minute decision, we were very nervous! I am so glad we made that decision. He
has really enjoyed every single day of his 3 years with you and has grown into a very happy, settled little boy. We are constantly amazed by what he learns at nursery, he speaks Spanish, Welsh and even some Japanese! The day he came home reciting the names of the planets and explaining about gravity was really special! He will miss you all so much! Thank you once again, with all our love. I can't recommended Caerleon Child Care highly enough.

We chose Caerleon Child Care when my son was 4 months old after a bad experience at another nursery. As a new mum, I was reluctant to send him anywhere else but as soon as we visited Caerleon it just felt right.


At 11 months he is still in the baby room and the care he has received has been absolutely

fantastic. Jenna who manages the baby room has been amazing and put my mind at rest from day 1. My son loves his days at nursery and has a smile on his face from the minute we arrive each morning. All of the girls in the baby room deserve praise as they have made a nervous mum very happy.

My two children have been at Caerleon Child Care Cardiff for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with everything at Caerleon. The staff are fantastic, the food is all lovely and healthy and there's always an alternative if my boys don't like it. Their facilities are brilliant, especially having

Thanks to Caerleon Child Care Cardiff's outstanding care and excellent facilities which turn my son from a frequently ill and timid boy to a strong and confident young man. The staff are experienced and very caring, and the management team responds very quickly and are flexible to parents' specific
needs. My son settled very well and developed a close bond to his key worker. It is definitely a helpful and supportive hand to those busy parents. I really recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high standard childcare.

Our daughter started in the nursery almost 4 months ago (she's now 14 months old) and seems to really enjoy it. She's always in a good mood when we pick her up, which I think is testament to the staff and the varying activities they do. Before she started, we had several transition periods (free of
charge), building from a couple of hours to almost a full day in order for her to get used to it.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and always provide an itinerary of what my daughter has been up to in the day, what & when she's fed and any naps taken.
The children also have use of the facilities in a trampoline centre (next door) for an hour in the morning before it opens, which they clearly enjoy.
The outside play area is also very sizeable, with plenty of room for the children to run around.
The nursery also has the occasional trip, along with little events at the nursery and photo days.
Lastly, the security seems pretty stringent.
All in all, I'd certainly recommend this nursery.

Caerleon is a fantastic nursery which truly provides the 'best of both worlds' for us.
It is a large building with spacious rooms and great facilities. The outdoor area has recently been re-done and the children are frequently out having fun when I go to collect my child. The link with jump is invaluable,
my child loves having such a great play-space exclusively for him and his friends on a daily basis, perfect for energetic little ones!
Despite it's size, there is a real family/community atmosphere to the nursery, everyone seems to know all of the children, not just those in their specific room and they make a real effort to take an interest in each and every child.
We love attending the fun days the nursery organises, it's great to see the nursery setting up close and the staff interacting with the children and having fun.
I think my child would attend 7 days a week if he could!

Recommended by a good friend in the first instance I can honestly say I have not been disappointed with the service and care received by the team at Caerleon.


Always available when I need them to be, and when my son is there they take the best care of him, so much so that he does not want to come

home some days!


The facilities are second to none! As are the team!


I cannot recommend them all highly enough.

The nursery is fantastic. My daughter loves going there & all the staff are excellent. Always excited to see my daughter daily & their enthusiasm never fails. They do so many activities during the day which you could never do at home. The fact that the kids use jump for an hour everyday is the sealing
point when choosing this nursery. Couldn't fault the care here at all.

I can't recommend this nursery high enough. My first child has enjoyed every minute of her time spent with these caring and warm staff. My wife and I do not have family in Cardiff as we relocated here but we feel Caerleon Child Care is our Family. Our child loves the staff and they do more for us than
what we would ever have expected. The food is well received. The education is outstanding. Our second child is about to start now and we are looking forward to him bonding and also becoming a part of the Caerleon family.
