Caerleon Child Care Cardiff

Caerleon child care has been amazing with my nephew. He attended a number of settling in visits and nothing was too much for the staff. He settled in very quickly and really enjoyed his morning visits to the trampoline centre. The food on offer is excellent and of a well-balanced and quality. The staff are always friendly and you can see they love what they do thank you so much for looking after him and I'm sure you have given him the foundation blocks ready for his new chapter as he starts state nursery.

I have dropped off and picked up both of my granddaughters from this nursery over the last few years. The staff are always very friendly and the nursery has a lovely atmosphere where all the children who attend look very happy. It's particularly nice to see my eldest granddaughter keen to go back to the nursery and drop off her sister, the staff there all know and remember her. It's also lovely to have witnessed both girls happy and looking forward to going there. Keep up the good work.

My little one started this nursery last year. She is so excited to come to the nursery to play with her friends. The staff are friendly, helpful and very caring towards my daughter. She loves the freshly made meals she receives there and also loves to play in the large outdoor garden. I would highly recommend this nursery

I can't thank the girls enough for their care for my little one and it has helped me being able to return to work knowing he is happy and in a great place.

Our son started in the baby room at 6 months old and is now making his transitions into the toddler room. In the 6 months he has been at the nursery he has flourished becoming an increasingly independent, chatty little man. All the staff in the baby room are always welcoming and have made the transition back to work less stressful knowing I am leaving my baby in a loving and supportive environment. The days activities are always well planned and our little man is kept very busy with messy play, music and trips to jump. He is a big fan of the meals cooked on site which allows him to have an increasing range of tastes and textures, which are documented in his daily report book.

The ethos at Caerleon is very much a supportive, extended family unit and we feel comfortable and confident leaving our baby here knowing he will be cared for with the same deal of affection he gets at home with us.

When touring the nursery we felt so relaxed and comfortable, and that feeling continues to this day. Our daughter started when she was 8 months old and she's now been here a month.

The settling in sessions were a godsend. We did require a few but we never felt like we were being a burden. When it came to me returning to work, I had a happy girl who was settled in her new surroundings and it really did make the process so much easier. The staff are amazingly friendly and know each child so well. They also keep to each child's individual routine which is brilliant. We get a daily report on her activities, the food she's eaten and how she's slept, so we're never in the dark about anything. She's so happy and settled here that it just makes me feel chuffed to bits!

I've never once regretted our decision to send our daughter to Caerleon and can't thank the staff enough for all the reassurance and care they've given us as a family in such a short space of time.

Choosing a nursery for our son (now 9 months) felt like purchasing a new home. After visiting a few in the area, we knew that Caerleon was 'the one' pretty much as soon as we walked through the door. The staff are so friendly and professional and the nursery environment is stimulating and engaging. The family days are great too! When we leave our son we know that he's a part of a wonderful little community that is carefully managed by the kindest of people, what more could you ask for?

Our daughter has been attending Caerleon for just over a year. We looked at a number of different nurseries in the area and we were instantly impressed with Caerleon and haven't been disappointed.

Our daughter started in the baby room when she was 11-months-old and settled in well thanks to the settling in sessions provided by Caerleon. She is now in the toddler room and always seems happy when I pick her up having been involved in all sorts of activities and play throughout the day. The staff are all lovely, welcoming, friendly, caring, professional and always seem willing to go the extra mile. The facilitates are great and the food freshly prepared.

I would highly recommend Caerleon to anyone.

This is such a wonderful place for any baby or small child to spend their early years. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the facilities brilliant and food amazing! Both my daughters have been to this nursery for 2 years each and have developed into fantastic little girls who are doing great at school now. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough! First class in every department.

I have had two grandchildren go to this lovely nursery, the staff are wonderful, really friendly, rooms are amazing. It was always a pleasure to collect my grandchildren as I always felt very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this nursery, there are no negatives at all. Keep up the good work all.

My son has been at the nursery for 9 months now and he thoroughly enjoys it. He has settled so well and has built up a strong rapport with his key workers and the other staff. The nursery is wonderful and is such a warm and caring environment. The staff are so professional and friendly and you can see the genuine affection they have for the children. The children get access to the play centre at jump which is a wonderful facility and there are always lots of activities for the children. It has made going back to work so much easier for me knowing that my son is being cared for in such a wonderful environment and is surrounded by such friendly, caring and professional people. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My Son started at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff when he was 11 months old and is now two and a half years old. He has thoroughly enjoyed the last 18 months and has made new friends with the other children and staff members. He talks often about the girls that work at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff which goes to prove the close bond the staff have with the children. I believe they have a great balance with their staff in regards to age, personalities, and experience.

I am also the director of a company. We train all the staff at Caerleon Childcare Cardiff in Level 3 paediatric first aid. This is not some basic first aid course there is a large amount of advanced topics on this course and every member of staff from Caerleon Childcare Cardiff have passed the exams comfortably.

The job these girls do is very underestimated and sometimes not appreciated by society but I would personally like to thank you all for the job you do!

Caerleon Child Care has been amazing. The effort the staff put in to make our child feel comfortable has been second to none. We see his development every week. Also, the support that we have received must be recognised. We truly admire what everyone at Caerleon has done. We hope you continue this great service.

Thanks to all the staff at Caerleon Child Care for the love and care you have given to our oldest child and continue to provide to our daughter. It was just by chance that we ended up in Caerleon and when we made the last minute decision, we were very nervous! I am so glad we made that decision. He has really enjoyed every single day of his 3 years with you and has grown into a very happy, settled little boy. We are constantly amazed by what he learns at nursery, he speaks Spanish, Welsh and even some Japanese! The day he came home reciting the names of the planets and explaining about gravity was really special! He will miss you all so much! Thank you once again, with all our love. We chose Caerleon Child Care when my son was 4 months old after a bad experience at another nursery. As a new mum, I was reluctant to send him anywhere else but as soon as we visited Caerleon it just felt right.

At 11 months he is still in the baby room and the care he has received has been absolutely fantastic. Jenna who manages the baby room has been amazing and put my mind at rest from day 1. My son loves his days at nursery and has a smile on his face from the minute we arrive each morning. All of the girls in the baby room deserve praise as they have made a nervous mum very happy.

My two children have been at Caerleon Child Care Cardiff for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with everything at Caerleon. The staff are fantastic, the food is all lovely and healthy and there's always an alternative if my boys don't like it. Their facilities are brilliant, especially having the use of jump and the garden. I will always recommend Caerleon to anyone I know is looking.

Thanks to Caerleon Child Care Cardiff's outstanding care and excellent facilities which turn my son from a frequently ill and timid boy to a strong and confident young man. The staff are experienced and very caring, and the management team responds very quickly and are flexible to parents' specific needs. My son settled very well and developed a close bond to his key worker. It is definitely a helpful and supportive hand to those busy parents. I really recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high standard childcare.
