Fairytales Nursery

My twins have recently started and settled in very well, fairly quickly. I have peace of mind when leaving my babies at this nursery knowing that they are in an environment where they are safe, developing and happy, with staff who are friendly, caring and understanding.

We were worried when we had to move our daughter to a new nursery after moving, but she settled way quicker than we expected at "new nursery" as she still calls it a year later! She has made friends and enjoys going to nursery every day.

The whole nursery is very clean and my son loves the entrance with the big fish tank and jungle theme. Highly recommend.

My daughter goes here and has done for a year, she really enjoys it here and has been supported by the staff to develop so much, she’s really come out of her shell and I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Fab nursery and amazing care from a fantastic team, my son has been here over 2 years and his development, learning and care have been outstanding.

This nursery is brilliant. My daughter has only been there a few weeks and is coming on so much already, even trying to sing her ABCs. Very happy with the service and the staff. They're all so friendly and welcoming and do a great job. Wouldn't want her anywhere else.

Fairytales is definitely a magical place.

In particular, my son's keyworker has made me feel at ease knowing that my son is getting the education/care and attention that I am more than satisfied with. Also, the staff are fantastic with keeping me up to date with what's going on at the nursery and the parents' partnership.

My son started at Fairytales Nursery in Pre-school from September 2018. I was very nervous as my son has always been in my care so leaving him was a strange experience for me. Being a nursery practitioner myself I have very high standards of what to expect in a nursery and I’ve not been disappointed. The staff at Fairytales have gone above and beyond to make me feel like my son is well looked after. He is always so happy to go in and play with his friends, talks fondly of all the staff and is coming on leaps and bounds. His keyworker heard my concerns and addressed what I felt needed further development. Every staff member knows my kid's names and is always so smiley and happy to see us when to come and go. I have always found a senior member of staff to talk to when needed and got a prompt reply to any query I had. The app makes it easy to check on my son throughout the day as well as receiving nursery news, invoices and seeing what he’s up too. Thank you for everything.

Fairytales is an amazing nursery. My son who is two years old started in August and has settled in great. He also has Cystic Fibrosis which requires him to take medication on a regular basis. The staff here have gone above and beyond to get trained and practice giving him his medication. My son is so at ease with the staff there and enjoys every day, which has been amazing for me as he is my first child and requires extra care. I was worried at first about leaving him but the confidence and competence that the staff have shown me has put my mind at ease that he is being looked after and receiving excellent care. I couldn’t recommend the nursery more.

Very happy with Fairytales. My daughter absolutely loves coming and that settles my mind. All staff are lovely and I always feel very welcome, also feel the staff go above and beyond to make us feel part of their family.

Fairytales Nursery makes taking your child such an easy process. The reassurance that you get and all the staff that makes the process easier is amazing. Being a first-time mum this experience is scary enough, however, feel very comfortable dropping my child off here. All the staff are amazing and lovely. I couldn't ask for much more!

My daughter loves coming to Fairytales Nursery - often asking to come to nursery on non-nursery days! The staff are wonderful and really put you at ease especially with trying to achieve big milestones such as eating by themselves and toilet training. We couldn't be happier with choosing Fairytales Nursery!

The staff at Fairytales Nursery are amazing. They look after all the children especially well and go the extra mile to ensure my child is OK. My little girl has been coming to this nursery from baby room, the staff are warm and welcoming. They don't just build relationships with your children but also with the parents, I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents/carers as I guarantee you will be very satisfied with the care provided.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 10 months old. Each room the team members have brought him on perfectly, ready for school.

Fantastic nursery with phenomenal staff. Our son has progressed and developed amazingly since he started at Fairytales and loves every day he spends there. His key workers are brilliant with him and he is always happy to see them. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better place for my son to go.
