Fairytales Nursery

My daughter has been at Fairytales nursery since 9 months of age and has settled so well there. The staff have been amazing overall, very tentative to my child's needs, and really friendly and helpful. The range of facilities and structure has been so positive to my child's development.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for 2 years now. She started at 10 months old. I cannot thank the Fairytales staff enough. They put my mind at ease and it was evident in all their teachings they provided the best of care. My daughter was taught independence from a young age and that is all thanks to the staff. She is now thriving in the older room. I feel at ease knowing she is being well looked after whilst I am at work. Thank you to the whole team.

Fairytales Nursery in Great Barr have friendly and helpful staff. They have always gone above and beyond to help you when they can and have created a safe and happy environment for my children to feel at home.

Full marks on everything. I honestly feel so happy to have this amazing nursery for my son. I see it as his second home. He absolutely loves it and I feel at ease having to leave him there all day whilst I work. Nothing beats knowing my child is happy and safe. Thank you.

My daughter has been going to nursery at Fairytales Nursery for over 2 years, I’m am very sad she is leaving for school this summer. I do not know where to start as I am really upset she is leaving, and hope for the best for her new chapter of life going into reception. Fairytales has been my daughters first, and last, nursery and it has been like her home as she was full time at nursery. From the directors, management team, and all practitioners they have all been amazing! I cannot fault anyone, my daughter started with being in nappies and now is fully toilet trained. Her talking and speech has come along so well, as well doing so well with her learning of number recognition, phonics, shapes. I really could not ask for a better nursery as she will go to sleep after a day, and will ask if she is going to nursery the following morning. She is always happy going and coming back from nursery with lots to say. Thank you all xxx

My daughter started Fairytales Nursery in May this year. I must admit I was concerned as she was my first child and being born smack bang in the middle of the pandemic, she had not met very many people, especially children. I worried about how and whether she would settle and how she would interact. The nursery not only now have a fantastic relationship with my daughter, but her development has also well surpassed what I was expecting at her age, she loves going to nursery and Fairytales support me! They are always on hand to offer tips and advice to use at home. The genuineness of the staff and the true love, care and interest they have in my child and her development is simply amazing. They even have an app that allows me to see what my daughter has been up to and see pictures of her throughout the day. So pleased we joined the family. Thank you Fairytales!

Excellent service. My son loves it there and is a very happy two-year-old. He was originally in the baby room and has moved into Wonderland since we’ve come out of lockdown. He had a break from nursery for a while and is settling back in fantasticly.

I am highly satisfied with my child’s reaction when he sees Fairytales! He just loves nursery and all the experience he receives, the positive contacts he made with other adults and children, and unforgettable happy moments that made him smile when I say “nursery time”. As a bilingual family and my child is only 17 months, he shows great understanding of our home language and English. I cannot thank enough all team members enough for their support with teaching my child English words and making him feel confident in using both languages. He also loves the meals and always finishes his plate. I know that my child is happy, cared for and entertained during nursery hours and would not hesitate to recommend Fairytales Nursery to family and friends! My child went to 3 nurseries which I pulled her out of until I come across Fairytales Nursery. The nursery and staff are the best in the area and beyond. My daughter has developed drastically in such a short period. The staff are very friendly and always available for a chat. Any issues they resolve with efficiency.

My son has been attending the nursery since he turned three and was allowed funded hours. I don't have any complaints with the nursery or the staff. They are friendly, helpful and my son absolutely loves it here. I would be sending my son here for another year if I didn't get into our first choice school. Will be sending my daughter here if she needs a nursery in the future.

My daughter settled so well at Fairytales Nursery, I love how I am able to follow my daughter's journey with the parentlink app, my daughter has learnt so many new things since joining. She gets so excited to go which puts my mind at ease. The staff are very polite and always there to help! Super happy with my choice of placement for my little girl!

My daughter went to a different nursery and just didn’t settle, so I called Fairytales and explained how I felt and they were so understanding. When my daughter joined she was very scared from previous experience however she was taken by one of the nursery ladies who looked after her so well and helped her settle. I never thought I’d see the day my daughter would happily go to nursery! She loves it there! The staff are so kind she is very happy at nursery now. I highly recommend this nursery. I feel completely comfortable about leaving my daughter here!

My child started the nursery in September and he was very unsettled and upset for first two weeks but the staff was very friendly in helping him settle and the environment is very child friendly which itself was another reason he got settled. The staff is always very happy and cheery and always very welcoming.

I am extremely happy with Fairytales Nursery. My son found it difficult to be apart from me for a while, so I was quite nervous, however, the team are amazing and have helped him settle in fantastically. He has learnt so many new things from the short time being at Fairytales. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My daughter moved to Fairytales at Christmas and the care and attention to detail is exceptional. At her previous nursery she wouldn’t eat, she cried all day and had constant accidents. Now she has been welcome into such a caring place and the change in her is amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they really do treat the little ones like their own. I remember the day when my angel started Fairytales Nursery. I was stressed and worried about how he would manage to get away from me, in a new place that he didn't know and many children that he had never seen before. Thank you Fairytales Nursery for opening your doors to my son, even though he had a development delayed, was not friendly at all, and was very hard to talk. My son was suspected of autism, and the staff of Fairytales proved to be very professional's and unconditional love, with which they care for our children. Fairytales Nursery has become the second home for my son, even if it is only in the mornings. Thank you all, good job.

Fairytales Nursery is such an amazing, warm, welcoming nursery to myself and my child, they also adhere to the theme from the moment you call their number to their actual building. Also, most importantly, 'all' the staff are so professional and attentive to my child's needs. It gives me great peace to know and see the love, care and interactive learning my child is receiving. Especially within the parent app, when you are busy at work. You can take a moment to view what your child has been doing within the day and what their next steps are in development aside of speaking to the staff. Also, they ensure safety is structured within the nursery at all times which is highly important no matter the age of your child/children and so I am extremely pleased and content to know my child is in a wonderful nursery that will enhance development throughout my child early years. We are grateful to the team at Fairytales in helping settle our toddler in and making her feel comfortable and comforted. It was her first time away from parents, so quite stressful on our side, but the Fairytales team did well taking our calls, updating the app and keeping us informed of our child's activities and progress.
