Fairytales Nursery

At Fairytales Nursery I’ve always found the staff very welcoming and easy to talk to. My little boy had attended Fairytales from 9 month old and has now developed into a very intelligent toddler. He has made very special friendships with not only the children but staff members too.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. My daughter is welcomed daily and each and every member of staff is always full of energy and happy to say hello. My daughter comes home and tells me all about her day and can name the majority of the children and staff and this shows the level of engagement and graft that the Nursery puts into making sure each child is looked after.

I feel totally comfortable leaving her there for long days and the Nursery are always happy to provide detailed feedback on her day. The new digital app is great because it allows me to reflect with my daughter at home.

All of the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. My little one settled in perfectly in the baby room.

This nursery has hugely changed my daughter's character - she is blossoming into a funny, cheeky, unique person who we are very proud of. Fairytales have been very helpful and understanding when challenged with child cover for days she is not normally in. The staff are very polite and pleasant to be around, very welcoming. Even the other students there are always very talkative and welcoming when I arrive to collect the little one. A fun environment for our daughter, just what she needs.

Very friendly nursery with regular parent events in order to keep us informed of our angels progress. I have been really impressed this year with all the fundraising for charity and the awareness that brings, my child thoroughly enjoys the events!

Fairytales is an amazing nursery. My daughter loves going due to the range of activities and lovely members of staff. She has formed a strong bond with her key workers which has helped me with leaving her! All of the members of staff are approachable and have the children's best interests at heart.

Fairytales Nursery is excellent. I feel that staff are really good with my son. He has become so confident at nursery and very sociable. The deputy of the baby room communicates well with me when new things happen or if I need to be informed of something I receive emails. We also have parent forums - I think this works really well as parents get to talk about any concerns and staff can share good news!! We love this nursery!

Can't recommend this nursery enough. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and the staff are all lovely. Really couldn't imagine sending my son anywhere else. Looks quite small from outside but it's really surprising when you get in there how much space there is. A visit to look around is definitely a must!

Fairytales is a fantastic nursery, I currently have my daughter there, my son also attended Fairytales for just over two years and now he's in school, I can’t recommend the nursery enough the team are fantastic, staff friendly and helpful, the staff go above and beyond with my children and I feel I have a strong bond with them as I’ve had my children there over the last three years! My son is doing so well at school and I feel Fairytales has really helped him and pushed him, I feel happy knowing my children are well looked after whilst I’m at work, I have recently had another baby that will also attend the nursery.

It was very hard to leave my daughter crying for the first time, I wasn’t expecting her to settle. But fairytales are the best, they settle my daughter really well. She is very happy with the staff, as they are honestly amazing. I feel their love and care to my daughter as she is very happy with them even at home she keeps saying their names and how they take care of her.

I have two children aged 4 and 2 both who started in September 2017 at Fairytales. I chose the nursery due to Ofsted report and location. I was given an introductory tour with the owner before my children started which was great and gave me the opportunity to ask all those silly questions that pop into your head so alleviated any fears that I may have.

Since being at this nursery they have progressed really well. Their confidence has improved alongside their learning journies. Every day I get feedback from the staff on what they've learnt and how their behaviour had been like. Any problems are discussed with me and any suggestions on how we can help at home.

So, all in all, I would really recommend this nursery.

Our Son has been attending since September we are really happy with the progress he has made. All the staff are kind and caring and he adores his keyworker. They do really treat your child as there own. I have no worries about leaving him in such a loving environment.

My girls have both not long started here and the progress they have made already is massive. They have formed a fantastic bond with their keyworkers and all of the other staff. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Always going above and beyond to help with anything you need. I know my children are in safe hands and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Staff were more than happy to help and children seemed comfortable around them.

I would just like to thank all staff at Fairytales who have had dealings with my granddaughter. I could not be more proud of her. She is such a happy, clever and polite little girl. A lot of credit must be given to the staff at Fairytales as she attends full time. An excellent nursery that must be commended for its dedication to the welfare, happiness and education of all the children that attend.
