Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave

All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, there is a wide range of activities for the children to participate in and fantastic outdoor space. Most importantly my children love going there!

We had moved several times, which meant my daughter had an unsettled feeling. When we moved to our new home it was important for her to know that we weren't going to be moving again. She was nervous about me leaving her, as the past 7 months was very difficult for her. I explained our situation to the staff and they were amazing at making her feel comfortable there, and they allowed us to take our time with transitioning. They understood how to look after her and she soon formed strong attachments to the staff. She is so happy there and now has friends that she can form proper relationships with.

My child has come on an amazing amount since attending this nursery! The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They interact perfectly to meet each child's needs. Very happy and very highly recommended!

My son has been there since January 2016. Serendipitys Day Nursery is just fantastic. My son loves it!!! Staff working there are amazing, very friendly and polite. They are doing just a fantastic job. The food is also very good. My son eats almost everything there but he is such a fussy eater at home. They have lots of activities, indoor and outdoor. I am very happy that my son is going there. He gets so much fun! I would recommend Serendipitys Day Nursery to all of my friends and family. Five stars!!! Thank you very much.

Whenever I come over (from Guernsey) to visit my granddaughter I always feel the care and attention to be excellent. This playschool/preschool has a really happy and positive vibe. Excellent- keep doing what you're doing.

Great place to leave a child while at work. Staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. My child is always happy to be in there and makes a good progress. The nursery offers various activities which help to develop my child's abilities and offers her new experiences. Very happy with this nursery and hugely recommend it.

My two children go here and love it!! The staff are so good, friendly, genuine and I feel really happy to leave the children here while I work.

Our little boy has struggled to settle in as he has never been left before so it's a massive change for him, it is still a working progress however we never once feel uneasy about leaving him. The staff are amazing they always reassure me and my partner. The nursery on a whole is lovely lots for the children to do, so much to explore. Every single member of staff know our sons name and always interact with him even if they aren't working closely with him. We as first time parents are extremely happy with everything on offer and would highly recommended Serendipitys.

My daughter has been with the nursery for 2 years and wow how she has come on and developed, the nursery is far better than of the previous one and that was of a high standard, but they beat that and more, the surrounding is well planned out as is the daily activities and the staff are friendly and approachable, you feel confident and safe leaving your child with them, the nursery has been really good with the help in cross over to school and the half days at F1, they have always helped us out if we have been in a pickle with care due to work, the price of care is good too, the only down side I've had is I wished they had opened up as early as the previous nursery.

It is sad to see her leaving here for school.

Our son joined the nursery when he was 1 and a half and is now based in Pre School. He absolutely loves going to nursery, he's got loads of friends and always comes home talking about all the fun he's had and what he's been doing.

I can honestly say that all the staff are brilliant - friendly, welcoming, always cheerful and excited to greet you. One lady in particular (Toddler room) is amazing; so enthusiastic and genuinely seems to love each child as if they are her own.

The outdoor space in particular is fantastic and was one of the main reasons we chose this nursery (we actually live in Bingham).

We can thoroughly recommend Serendipitys and will be signing our second son up next year!

We have used this nursery for the last seven years. All three of my children have attended and one of them is still there now. The staff are all extremely friendly, all of my kids built very good bonds with staff members and other children there. I would describe the nursery as a very welcoming place where children can interact and have fun with other kids, well being looked after in a safe learning environment.

This is simply an amazing nursery, my children both attended and felt loved and cared for. Staff are brilliant and have helped both of my children to be ready for school. I loved that they are able to pick up and drop off at Candleby lane's F1 class as this has made life so much easier as a working mum. Facilities are brilliant and I have seen them develop over time to which my oldest comments on things that weren't there when she was!!

We are so sad that our son is coming into his final weeks at Serendipitys. Having been under the care of this excellent team 5 days a week 8am-6pm since March 2015 to Jul 16. We could not have asked for one more ounce of love, caring and compassion from the whole Serendipitys team. Every member of staff knows every single child's name, and treats each one with complete respect for their unique character. It would be easy to mention every member of the team as being very special but in particular some whom will always have a special place in my son's heart. I can not recommend this facility enough for high levels of learning, support and care. Each member of the team goes over and above to ensure excellence. n.b. the food is always excellent, nutritious and varied.

As a grandfather of 2 lovely granddaughters who have attended Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave makes me so proud to see how well integrated they are with the other children. The excellent staff nurture young toddlers into well behaved children ready for the next adventure into school. Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave has amazing staff who make this transition a lot easier. (Well done everyone)

Both of my granddaughters have had the most rewarding experience of attending Serendipitys Day Nursery Cotgrave. The staff are warm, friendly, well trained and have the children's welfare and well being including their everyday activities. It is really lovely to see your grandchildren grow into well rounded young children who respect others, this certainly has to have come from the skills and attending staff have given.

We attended, with our grandson, a Christmas session that invited parents/grandparents to have a Christmas dinner with their child/grandchild. The food was really lovely and all the children seemed really happy. The staff encouraged the children with their table manners at all times.

Both our boys have attended the nursery (since 2010). We have always been really impressed with the nursery - we feel completely relaxed leaving our son there whilst we go to work.

Our daughter is extremely happy and engaged at the nursery and the staff do all they can to help with her developmental needs. This month they have helped her toilet train in only 3 weeks.

I have sent two children to Serendipity's and couldn't be happier with the care they have both received. My youngest loves going to Serendipity's and never wants to come home when I pick him up. He is always well fed and has always had fun.
