All staff are lovely and welcoming. My baby daughter loves spending time here which makes me feel at ease and relaxed about leaving her with them. They do an amazing job.

All of the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. My little girl loves coming here! (and often seems a little disappointed I've come to collect her) It makes things so much easier knowing she's well looked after!

My son absolutely loves this nursery, the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They have been great with my son who has had a rough start to life with some breathing difficulties. Their morals are everything we look for in a nursery and the bond my son has with the staff is incredible
as he has only been there a few months. We had a lovely time at the Halloween party tonight, with excellent sensory actives, food and drinks and was nice to see the children interacting with the staff. Baby room staff are amazing, thank you so much for doing such a great job with my little boy he's coming so much since starting with you. Excellent variety of food provided while he is there, foods I wouldn't even think of cooking at home.

My daughter has been loving nursery here. She regularly tells me (and everyone else) that nursery is fun. She is always happy and confident going into nursery and gets up to a large range of activities each day. It's really reassuring to know she is happy and thriving. Thanks so much!

The staff have been amazing and made the settling-in period so early for us.

Can't fault the care at Serendipity. The staff are wonderful and my little boy always has a fun-filled day. I can't believe how much they get up to! I love how much effort they put into everything they do, nothing is half-hearted! Lucky to have such a fabulous nursery on our doorstep.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff do such a wide array of activities with the kids, they are always entertained and happy. The meals they have are absolutely brilliant. I couldn't be happier with it, I would recommend it to anyone.

I was very anxious about sending my youngest to the nursery at eight months old, but nothing was too much to ask of the team, who reassured me, communicated regularly and made my return to work much easier knowing my girls were in safe hands. One has settled better than we ever imagined, and both
girls return home with smiles on their faces. One regularly plays preschool at home, pretending to be one of her teachers. The staff are fantastic, friendly and caring. The girls always eat well and take part in a variety of activities. Thank you so much!
