We have two children at the nursery - one in baby room and one in pre school. I honestly cannot say anything but how wonderful it is. The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our kids absolutely love it there! Would recommend Serendipity Cotgrave to anyone!

All 3 of my children have been here and they all enjoy going. Very happy with the service and all the staff are amazing and are happy to help with anything I may need. Nothing is to much for them. Fantastic nursery!

The nursery has been very supportive with both my children and understanding. My children have always been happy to come to nursery and with the care and support.
Would recommend this nursery and have already recommended them.

My baby has had a wonderful time settling in with Serendipities. She attends three days a week and rushes in each morning to greet her key worker.
Our baby can be a picky eater and each day we are told she has cleared her plate.
I could not be happier with our experience here!

I always drop off my daughter knowing she is safe, happy and well looked after. Her keyworkers give love and care and we couldn't be happier.

Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My children absolutely love the staff. The parties they put on after nursery have finished are fantastic. The food that they have is brilliant. Really happy with the service provided

All the staff are lovely with Lottie, she has so much fun and has settled so well. Management are so accommodating to our schedule and a phase in approach. Would recommend.

George loves coming to nursery every day, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and seem to really care.

The nursery is amazing, all of the staff are AMAZING always go the extra mile, always happy to help and do it with a smile.
We have had 2 children attend the Cotgrave setting and they have both thrived and come on leaps and bounds with the help from the amazing staff! Couldn't praise them enough!
And if there has been any concerns raised they've been resolved almost immediately and given reassurance! Couldn't be happier that we chose this setting!

The staff in the toddler room are great, they are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They keep you informed of what they have been doing, any concerns and discuss developments. They know the individual needs of your child.

We feel that the nursery as a whole is very beneficial for our child and her social skills have improved massively.

All staff are lovely and welcoming. My baby daughter loves spending time here which makes me feel at ease and relaxed about leaving her with them. They do an amazing job.

All of the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. My little girl loves coming here! (and often seems a little disappointed I've come to collect her) It makes things so much easier knowing she's well looked after!

My daughter has been loving nursery here. She regularly tells me (and everyone else) that nursery is fun. She is always happy and confident going into nursery and gets up to a large range of activities each day. It's really reassuring to know she is happy and thriving. Thanks so much!
