Serendipity's are a great nursery, both my children have attended and they have been supported and cared for so highly. Both have developed during their time and built strong relationships with other children and staff.

I have been very impressed with my daughters experience st Serendipity's Cotgrave over the last few years. They provide an excellent range of activities as well as helping her to develop in many ways. She has developed a very special bond with a number of teachers/staff over the years who have helped her to grow and come out of her shell. It is also very reassuring for me to go to work knowing I have left her on safe hands.

Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. My grandson loves coning and the staff are teaching him all sorts of life skills and helping him with his reading and counting etc. Everyone is also very helpful if there is a problem picking him up e.g Clifton Bridge! Nothing ever seems to be a problem for the staff here.

I can't think of any other nursery that would look after my little girl as well as Serendipity's Cotgrave. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Absolutely excellent service.

All three of my children have attended this nursery. The resources are excellent, the staff are always friendly and professional and know my child really well and relate well to them with each of their individual personalities. My children have all loved coming to this nursery and developed well emotionally, physically and socially.

The staff are always very helpful and cheerful. They have been pro-active in preschool at addressing concerns we had over our son's anxiety when moving rooms and when mixing with certain other children. Our son is very happy in the preschool room and it is obvious that he takes part in a large variety of activities.

My daughter first attended preschool at Serendipitys in 2015 and she had such a lovely time that when my son was born I knew which nursery I would use. My son started at one-year-old in the baby room and is now in preschool. He has grown and developed so much, his independence and desire to do everything himself is wonderful to see. The nursery is like a home from home and the staff are like an extension of our family.

Extremely good nursery and staff that go above and beyond. Always make sure that my child is looked after and having fun. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Both my daughters have attended Serendipity's Cotgrave and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are efficient, friendly and very attentive to the children. They run a full range of activities for the children - ensuring a varied and fun day is had. I never feel guilty about leaving them, as I know they are being well looked after. The facilities are very good with a large outdoor area which is utilised as much as possible and all the rooms are well decorated and clean. As a nursery it is very well organised and communication is excellent - I cannot fault it at all.

My son started there when he was 2 years old and went straight into the toddler's room. It's taken him some time to get settled in but all the staff there are amazing with him as he has extra needs and they needed the training to be able to look after him. They are always communicating with me on how he is when I collect him. He has recently just moved up to the pre-school room and the transition was seamless even with the extra training needed. I can’t praise this nursery enough as my son has really become his own little character again since settling in and the care they give is outstanding.

My daughter had been going to Serendipitys since the age of 1. She is now 3 and I think it’s an absolute fantastic nursery. The girls are great with my daughter and they help me out a lot with advice which I ask for. She has come along way since attending Serendipitys and I can’t wait for my little boy to start in March.
