Kiddi Caru have been amazing at helping my little boy settle into nursery life, he talks about the staff when he comes home and has settled so quickly. He's excited to go into school each day. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and dedicated to their job.

My child has attended 2 settling in sessions at Park Gate and both have been so friendly and welcoming. It has taken away some stress of returning to work after maternity leave knowing that she will be in a clean safe environment with lots and lots of educational and fun toys to play with.
Her key
worker was very warm and friendly and was interacting so well with Roxanna that I feel confident they will have a great relationship.
I'm excited for Roxanna to start nursery!

All the staff are wonderful. Happy and genuinely happy to see my little boy each day.
I don't, however, know who his keyworker is. I don't know if they think he's brilliant at something and needs to work on anything.
They always seem understaffed.


Overall, I'm happy but I don't really see any

massive improvement in the communication.

After some initial teething problems last year due to large staff changes my daughter finally seems settled.
Her new key worker and the staff in the toddler room have been fantastic. We have found them to be kind and friendly with excellent feedback and input to tapestry.
A lovely little nursery.

Since my son joined Kiddi Caru in Park Gate in January he's come on so much with his speech, from day one the staff have been amazing. Throughout the settle sessions the staff were very friendly and caring and went above and beyond to try and help him settle. The management team have been very accommodating
with his settle session and the times to make them right for myself and my son. He comes home every day talking about his day and the staff . With my son being a miracle baby it was very hard to leave him but with myself returning to work it was time and he was more than ready. The staff made this time very easy with the parent app photos showing he was happy and having fun and reassuring me that he would be ok. Thank you for helping my son settle and making each day fun and enjoyable for him.

Parkgate has steadily failed to meet expectations over the last six months.
As examples:
I have had to wait an hour at drop-off due to staff lateness.
I have had to take a day off when the nursery failed to recruit sufficient staff to cover a number of leavers.
I have had to collect my child early
after they had "two runny poohs".
I have continually had to pay fees by card after the company's multiple failures to set up direct debits correctly.
The nursery has lost signed documents containing our personal information.
I have had to take an afternoon off after my child received their anti-flu nasal spray as it was deemed as a vaccination.
I had to subject my child to a PCR after their age-related vaccinations due to a high temperature despite NHS statistics suggesting over 80% of children will react this way.
A sense of poor organisational ability, lack of pragmatism, and a desire to operate with staffing levels precariously close to minimum margins pervade through the company.

My child has been attending the Kiddi Caru Park Gate for a year now. He is settled and that's because of the wonderful caring staff, providing a safe and happy environment. He enjoys coming to nursery and he gets excited when we are on our way. He is well looked after and gets along with the staff.
I feel able to go to work knowing that my child is safe, happy and well cared for.

We have been using this nursery since around June 2020 and have been very pleased with it. The staff are lovely and my son is really happy going there every day, we never have to worry.
Due to Covid-19, we are unable to go into the nursery (other than the foyer) like you usually would however, I feel
happy with the pick-up and drop-off procedures they have in place.
We will be very sad to leave once our son starts school in September but we trust that he has had a great start at nursery/pre-school.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter started at 9 months old with bad reflux and the staff were amazing with her medication and feeding.
My daughter has just moved up to preschool as has transitioned really well. All the staff are friendly and approachable.
My daughter loves going to
nursery and I feel safe and confident leaving her in the staff's capable hands.

Everyone is so welcoming and my son adores going to nursery, which I think says everything that needs to be said! When I say that it's time for nursery, he throws his hands in the air, shouts yay and runs to the front door. They have handled everything over the past year really well with minor disruption

We've used this Nursery for about two years. There's been a drop in the amount of feedback we receive which could be a combination of changes in routines due to Covid and the change from a previous nursery to Kiddi Caru. Either way, the lack of information about activities and how this fits into the
development is not good, especially when one parent works away from home. The app was used much more in previous months to allow us to see (wherever we were working in the world) what our son had been up to during the day/week, this has tailed off disappointingly.
There is a lack of information about when he will progress to Pre School, whether he will wear a uniform?
Many of the areas of education listed on the website don't seem to be happening with little explanation as to why, ie. cooking and language activities. As we cannot enter the building we cannot comment on most areas below in this questionnaire forcing me to select satisfactory as there is only a 'don't know box for food/nutrition/VFM?

My daughter has been at this nursery for the last 3 months. She loves her key worker and room leader. She gets excited to see them and waves goodbye.
If I have a concern e.g. my daughter not drinking enough, special attention is paid and I get informed about the progress at the end of the day. There's
a little book detailing nappy changes, food eaten and a general idea of what my daughter got up to that day.
Tapestry is an online service with pictures and progress reports. Initially, this wasn't updated very frequently but I'm noticing it is being used much more often. I haven't noticed any issues of nappy rash or not being changed. They go outside a lot and in all weathers. My daughter comes home with new words and phrases. Food is well balanced and varied. They also try really hard during tough times and have reacted well to pandemic policies and grumpy parents.

Both of our daughters have attended Futurepath Childcare from six months old until school. The standard of care, love and support that all of the members of staff have shown our children over the last 8 years has been exceptional. We trust the staff completely and our children skip into nursery every
day with a smile on their faces. They spend loads of time doing fantastic activities and learning new skills. Their progress is monitored and reported. As busy working parents, knowing that you are leaving your children in a safe, nurturing environment where they are happy and loved, means the world. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone requiring childcare from babies through to pre-school. Our Son started in babies at age 1 and we have found the setting to be of a very high standard in all areas. The staff are amazing and really care about the children and the parents!
The activities
change daily to keep the children stimulated and they are in good routines.
The setting has a wonderful outdoor space, which is always being updated. Pre-schoolers go out for regular walks in all weathers.
The kitchen is managed very well and the menu is updated on a regular basis. Healthy, wholesome meals and snacks.
We have used other settings previously for our older children (in a different area) and would 100% say this is the best out of all of our experiences for childcare.

Fantastic nursery with brilliant staff. The rooms are stocked and prepared every morning with educational toys for free play and exploring. The nursery has excellent garden facilities for all age groups. Children are fed a wide range of healthy meals and encouraged to take responsibility for helping
to serve in the older rooms. Children get to go out on walks and trips to buy food. Extra French classes are provided. The care of children is exceptional, children are taught to be kind and polite as well as starting to prepare them for school in the preschool room. Both my children have attended from 9 months to school age and have loved it. I would highly recommend.

Futurepath has been fantastic. We have two children at the Nursery and they have gone right the way through from ‘Babies’ to ‘Pre-School’ and they both love it. They go twice a week and look forward to going to see their friends and the staff which have been outstanding, many of them have been there
since our kids started. Regular updates are put on the online site Tapestry, great to see them learning without you there. Our children love the food which is compliments to the chef! Excellent facilities and garden with regular ‘changes’ made to learning areas. The encouragement given is also great and many of the self-sufficient skills they have learnt, I feel have come from Futurepath and it’s staff. The position of the Nursery is also great with regular ‘outings’ including the woods and the local shops. I could not rate the Nursery or the staff highly enough and if you want a comfortable, friendly but somewhere for your child/children to learn vital skills then enrol them here.
