Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate

An excellent nursery and pre-school. My children love attending and have made lots of friends here. Managers will go out of their way to help and make sure my children are well cared for and happy whilst at the nursery setting. I highly recommend to my friends who are looking for a nursery to consider Kiddi Caru Park Gate. Staff work hard to provide quality care and are genuinely interested in the children's development and education. Thank you Kiddi Caru!

I have honestly avoided this review because I didn't want my review putting my kids in more harm but when we had the Social Service at ours again on 5/4/23, I knew I had just had enough of them.

Love the adventurous journey my child is on with Kiddi Caru, Park Gate.

Several times I have picked my kids up having either a swollen head, cut in the hands, stomach pain as a result of a fall in the garden, daily snotty nose, etc. I raised it up but absolutely nothing was done, not even an explanation but they are more prompt with calling Child Services.

I'm happy with the care my daughter is getting at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery. The meal choices appear nicely varied, with her getting three meals a day while at nursery. There are always activities she is involved with, and lots of pictures come home of her enjoying herself in a safe environment.

Such a lovely place to send my little one. She’s made some wonderful relationships with the other children and the staff. It’s a pleasure going in for drop-offs and collections as there’s always a warm welcome. A wonderful environment where my daughter is thriving, it’s wonderful to see.

The team are warm and welcoming. The facility is safe and secure (our last nursery wasn’t!). There’s lots of activities on offer and a wonderful large outdoor space. We made the choice to change nurseries and we’re so glad we did!

I would recommend Park Gate to anyone looking for quality childcare.

I have 3 children, my eldest is 4 and in school now and my youngest is 1. They all attended a different local nursery since my eldest was 8 months old. That other nursery setting was all myself and my children knew, however, they didn't offer term time only. This was the main reason for my change and now my 2 youngest are both attending Kiddi Caru. After 1 week of tears at drop-off, they are both so happy and settled, the staff are so communicative and understanding, they have all made what was a very overwhelming time for me a great deal smoother and easier. The welcoming atmosphere, flexible options for working parents and attentive approach hasn't changed from when we first started to now a month later. We definitely made the right choice for so many reasons and I feel that every time I collect them. I'm excited to see how my babies learn and develop with such a great team who noticeably strive to better theselves and make positive changes for the babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

I am really happy with our experience of Kiddi Caru so far, I always leave my daughter there confidently knowing she is comfortable and happy, catered for and having fun. She talks positively about staff and seems to have made some friendships which is lovely. Communication with staff is good and efficient. I am pleased and assured with safeguarding emails going out. I feel hopeful that eating habits are improving at nursery also with the meals provided, fingers crossed. Where I have given 3 stars (satisfactory) it is only because I don't feel we have been there long enough to know. I look forward to the outside space expanding also.

He also has dietary requirements which means that his food is often different. The staff have gone out of their way to try and present it as the same as those around him to make sure he feels included.

I know it’s a paid service but my child is so happy and she comes home every day happy from nursery, so just wanted to say I really appreciate the staff and how they’ve been looking after her and how her confidence has grown since being there. It’s so nice for me not having to worry, especially with starting a new job soon and knowing she’s enjoying “school” and well taken care of, so thanks! She has just been blossoming into her own lately and doing so well socially and emotionally, it literally relaxes my heart and reduces my stress knowing for certain she’s in such good hands. You are all so lovely, it really does take a village and this single mama has picked the right village.

My little boy has been with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate for a little while now, we had moved from another preschool due to the original one closing down. From the start the staff at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery took great care of my little one. He can be quite shy so it was nice to see the girls genuinely trying to help him settle. It’s always nice coming to pick him up and listening to him tell me about his day and how much he’s enjoyed himself.

My daughter started at this nursery quite recently and absolutely loves it! There's so much for her to do and so much mess to make. She always comes home telling me about her day and all the new friends she has made.

Special mention to my child's key worker, we absolutely love her!

My son has been with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate for a little over a month now and he seems so happy to be there, he waits impatiently at the front door every morning as if to say "hurry up mum, I want to go to nursery already!" It's really comforting to know he's happy and being well cared for in a setting that looks like a lot of fun for little ones. The staff have been fantastic and really open about what support is and will be available for my son who has additional needs. I couldn't recommend this setting highly enough!

I am very pleased with the warmth and persona of the staff towards the little people. I appreciate the development that my little one has gained since joining 6-months ago. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

My child loves her time at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate. The staff are excellent from management, the room staff and through to the caterer. The range of activities is great and we love the involvement outside of just the childcare.

Overall experience has been great, staff are so friendly and helpful and they’re very prompt with communications. Love the set up in toddlers, my child enjoys going to nursery and has definitely developed so much since joining earlier this year.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate is the best nursery ever. It's made my child independent, which is all I wanted for so long. My child loves to be in the nursery all day because of the multiple activities that he enjoys. Thank you so much for everything Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate.
