Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Park Gate provides high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe, nurturing environment. With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating (May 2023), the nursery features well-equipped playrooms, two spacious gardens, and access to a forest area for outdoor exploration and learning.

My son attended Kiddi Caru this year and it was the best experience for both him and us. The staff made us feel very welcome from initial enquiry through to tour of the facilities, and then each day he was in their care. They cared for him like he was one of their own and always welcomed us. They have
the right balance and style, teaching the children, nurturing them, keeping them engaged, and also when required discipline. My son always had a good day there, every grown-up in his room seemed to be his favourite. The management run the nursery exceptionally and wish we'd used this particular nursery sooner. Also meals are free - an added bonus as it does make a significant addition to fees so it was a pleasant surprise to our first invoice to realise this. They make each day fun, they go to the park, or the local shops if it's nice weather for ice poles, use their Forest School area, or have a coach that comes to teach sports. I knew he was safe and had no daily worries. Amazing place!

My kids used to love coming to this nursery, unfortunately the last 3-4 months my eldest has started to scream when I tell her it's time for nursery, she's non-verbal so can't tell us what's happening. She gets very distressed when it's time to go, I have had 1 update in the last 3 months on what she
has been up to and practically have to beg for photos and updates of her, in the last 7 months I've had to keep both kids of about 12 times due to staff sickness. Some of the staff have been absolutely amazing and I'm genuinely gutted that I've had to make the decision to move my youngest to a different childcare provider because I will miss the interactions that these certain staff members have had with my children. Unfortunately there are many other incidents.

My child has been attending since November and they've really created a home-from-home environment. My child is encouraged and supported by the caring staff each day to grow and develop. All the children know each other's names and welcome each other in the mornings and when they leave. It's so lovely
seeing my child's happy face when being collected at the end of my working day. The team are fantastic.

I am very happy with my choice to send my 12-month-old to Kiddi Caru Park Gate. As an exclusively breastfed baby, it was very challenging at the beginning, but the staff members were wonderful in providing support and making sure my baby was cared for. The staff members are loving and caring and clearly
show empathy for my baby (and others) when they are upset. To me, this is the most important. In terms of learning, I love that my baby is being read stories every day and sign language is used by members of staff. I love being able to communicate through the app and getting updates about my baby and what he is up to.

Very good nursery. My child is very happy to attend and I have not had any issues with staff or other parents. The nursery staff are very friendly and professional and I feel very comfortable leaving both my children there.
My children have learnt so much since they've been going to Kiddi Caru and they've come on leaps and bounds.
The management/admin team are so helpful and always willing to go the extra
step to answer all our questions.
I would absolutely recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone.

Upon viewing the nursery me and my husband knew straight away that this was the right one for our son, from the staff, to the setting layout, to the meals and overall cleanliness. He has been attending the nursery for 6 months now and has come on leaps since attending. The staff are so kind, friendly
and overall such lovely people. Our son loves the staff within his room and has a fantastic relationship with his key worker as we do. The support we have all received as a family in times of need has been incredible.
He has come on so far since attending, and all our thanks go to them. We very much look forward to our daughter joining them after Christmas.
Massive thank you to all the staff at Kiddi Caru, Park Gate, we couldn't want or ask for anymore when it comes to the care we and our son have.

My son loves going to nursery at Kiddi Caru Park Gate. He settled in so quickly and has so much fun. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Myself and my husband were completely blown away by the presence of all the staff! Rerouting our child, at the near end of preschool, felt difficult until we stepped into Kiddi Caru. Our child has begun to already grow and develop in ways I may not have believed possible! The love in this environment
is very obvious from the moment you walk in.

Kiddi Caru Park Gate is a fantastic nursery run by a great team. The service we have received from the team, and specifically the management, has been outstanding.
Their willingness to go above and beyond to look after the children is admirable and their genuine want to develop their own training to
cater for neurodiversities should be seen as brand leading for Kiddi Caru. They supported our son who has SEND through his day-to-day, diagnosis and his transition to school - often off their own backs, in their own time and without additional resource.
Like with any setting, there limits to what education and care providers can magic out of nowhere, but the genuine care from the staff created a wonderful learning environment for our son, where others could not. Subsequently, our daughter has joined and loves it!

I have my twins enrolled in the Park Gate Kiddi Caru and we absolutely love it here. My boys receive the best care and attention and love going into nursery. They have learnt so many key skills since enrolling and we get regular, personal updates which keeps us up to date with their activities and development.
The nursery has a home from home feeling and the staff are really helpful and happy to assist with anything they can. Highly recommended!

The only nursery I've come across where my son doesn't feel like a transaction. Staff have been amazing with both him and me, friendly and fun. He always comes home saying he has had a great time. I'm comfortable knowing I have the team's help to support my boy's growth and learning.

Wonderful evening celebrating Christmas. Santa was superb, giving all the children their gifts. Mince pies and mulled wine was lovely. Children had so much fun playing with snow and painting and of course visiting Santa. Well done everyone.

I have 2 under the age of 2 attending the Park Gate Kiddi Caru Nursery and I am absolutely thrilled so far with how their time there has gone.
They are in there 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and all the staff members are supportive, caring and have continued to cater to their individual needs. The staff
are fully understanding and fully dedicated in providing a joyful, caring experience for both of my little ones.
The indoor setting has 2 babies rooms, of which both of mine float between, equipped for all of them with plenty of toys and sensory objects. They cater to their individual needs at mealtimes and and have continued a weaning journey for my daughter. I am very happy and satisfied with the level of care, consideration and what the nursery has done so far for my little ones.
