The nursery staff are very incredibly friendly, welcoming and understanding. The staff know their key children's needs and build meaningful relationships with the children and parents quickly! My children are very happy here.

They are in there 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and all the staff members are supportive, caring and have continued to cater to their individual needs. The staff are fully understanding and fully dedicated in providing a joyful, caring experience for both of my little ones.
The indoor setting has 2 babies rooms, of which both of mine float between, equipped for all of them with plenty of toys and sensory objects. They cater to their individual needs at mealtimes and and have continued a weaning journey for my daughter. I am very happy and satisfied with the level of care, consideration and what the nursery has done so far for my little ones.

Extremely helpful, friendly and caring staff. Always welcome the children when they arrive and make an effort to say 'bye' when they leave. Update on incidents when they happen. Would highly recommend for all ages. Support for parents is amazing.

My daughter started going to Kiddo Caru in April when she was only 10 months, she was only going for 1 day a week so struggled to settle in at first but the staff kept me updated and eventually she has started to get used to all of the staff. The staff we have dealt with are all caring and compassionate and she now goes two days a week and is enjoying it more and more as time goes on.

The staff are so loving and caring towards my children. My youngest is often very shy around new people, and I couldn't believe it in September when she rocked up to nursery, after 7 weeks off over summer, lots of new staff, and she waved bye to me completely unphased that it was her first day without her older brother there to support her too. This is proof that Kiddi Caru is one of her 'safe happy places'. I have said previously that my only improvement would be to provide more challenging tasks for the more academically able kids in relation to their reading, writing and simple maths. That same week, I was informed that the nursery had invested in more learning games and resources. I was so impressed with the response and action immediately taken to improve and reflect upon my feedback.

The manager of the setting knows what my child likes. She will have activities ready for my daughter when we arrive and will always greet us with a nice warm welcome.
The food at the nursery is lovely too, my daughter has dietary requirements and the cook has discussed how she can be inclusive of her needs, which means she does not miss out on any great tastes. She talks to her dad at the end of the day about what she has eaten, and she tells him how much she has enjoyed it. She regularly asks him for curry like she had at nursery when he asks what she would like for dinner.
I am so glad we chose to send our daughter to this nursery, and I would highly recommend it to other friends and families.

My little one joined Park Gate from a different Kiddi Caru nursery about 6 weeks ago now. He is an only child so has only ever really been at home with me and my partner so going somewhere new is always a bit unsettling for him to start with but the staff in the baby rooms at Park Gate have really helped settle him into a routine and encouraged him to be more independent. He is becoming more confident as time goes on and it's brilliant to hear about him interacting more and becoming chatty with the other babies and staff. I am very happy with the setting and so grateful he is surrounded by such lovely staff.

I am so pleased we chose Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Park Gate for our son. It’s always daunting leaving such a young child at nursery, but he absolutely loves it and is really thriving under their care. The staff are all friendly and approachable and caring. He gets excited when we go to nursery - the drop off transition is really smooth with no tears, which I think is a sign of how happy he is there. Communication through the app and in person is great. They’ve been able to accommodate his specific and changing dietary needs as well.

My daughter has learnt so much since starting nursery and her social development has come on leaps and bounds.
All staff are friendly and approachable and always take the time to give a verbal handover despite me having access to the app to see how my daughter's day has been and this shows the attention and care they provide for the little people day in, day out.
It took some time for my daughter to settle in however, I had absolute confidence she was in safe hands from the beginning. She has now formed an excellent bond with her key worker and is quick to wave at me and say 'bubbye'.
Management have been incredible with my personal circumstances in terms of last-minute bookings and have gone above and beyond what I'd expect from a setting.

My daughter has been going here for almost 18 months after moving for work, what a wonderful nursery it is. The staff are the ultimate professionals who treat each child as an individual, allowing them the time to make their own choices. All the facilities are great. My daughter's favourite place is the garden if she could spend all her time out there she would.

My child has been attending this nursery for 4 years, the baby room was a nice home-from-home room, and he enjoyed lots of messy play and the girls were always very loving. As a toddler and preschooler, he has really enjoyed the freedom of the outside space and the sports coach sessions more recently. The preschool staff have been very good at providing him with extra SEN support, setting schedules in place and allowing for a special menu at lunch. He has thrived with the support of staff to become more independent and confident.

I receive updates through her time there so I know she’s okay which really helps my anxiety being away from her too and I can see in the photos how happy she is. I think their family app and this communication are so important for parents and it also documents some lovely key moments and memories.

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru Park Gate for a month now and we are so happy with the care he receives. I was nervous about leaving him, as he was only 7 months when he started, but the girls always upload pictures onto the app for me to see and when I collect him I always get a full handover. He is always taking part in different messy activities that I can’t always off at home. They also provide great meals that he loves.

Kiddi Caru Park Nursery Park Gate is a lovely home-from-home setting, my son loves coming to the nursery every day and always talks about the wonderful friends he has made. He enjoys spending time in the garden and getting involved in adult-led activities. Managers are always welcoming and will always listen to me if I want to chat with them. The nursery keeps me updated on things that are going on and I feel confident knowing my son is getting the best care he deserves.
