Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells

Both of our boys went to this Nursery and the youngest is now on his own in the preschool room. They both have enjoyed their time at this Nursery.

This is the first time I have ever used a full-time nursery and was extremely nervous. However, the proof is in my child. He runs in each morning and seems totally comfortable with the environment and staff. The staff have always been friendly and give me good feedback each day when I collect. I enjoy this as I can keep aware of what and how much my Son is eating and drinking and how he is progressing.

My daughters face lights up when she sees the staff in the morning (and the staff are happy to see her too!) and it makes it so much easier for me to leave her and go to work. She loves it here and lets out a little shriek of excitement as we get to the gates. She’s also really come on in her development which is a bonus. Would highly recommend this nursery.

The garden area is brilliant and a particular favourite of my two. The food is brilliant and I have been shocked to hear of all the different things my children will try while they are there. We had never had any experience with the Montessori method before but I can now say it's been very helpful getting my daughter ready to start big school.

The staff are incredibly supportive of your own choices and parenting methods, for example with potty training. I cannot recommend this nursery higher. I will be very sad the day my youngest leaves for primary school.

I have been incredibly pleased with the care and attention my little girl has had since she started at 7 months. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I feel very confident leaving her in their care. There is a great range of activities offered and regular emails to keep parents updated.

When our son began nursery, he found it upsetting having us leave him, but the key workers were patient and kind, working with us until he was comfortable and felt secure. There is a fabulous range of facilities available, he has joined in on baking, making, crafting, bug hunts and more! Each of the staff there know the children really well and you can see how happy and relaxed the children are.

Each month there are a number of different events-for charity, Christmas fair, recycling week-but each marks a chance for the children to do something fun and different whilst having the opportunity to learn and develop. There is plenty for the parents to get involved with too, from parents evenings, forums and different events. The children are encouraged and the nursery is keen to work with the parents, from aspects of development and behaviour. They have a learning journal which you are able to review and take home at any time which the key workers ensure is up to date and full of key observations.

The nursery is perfectly located for us and even though my son only goes 2 days a week he looks forward to going and has made some lovely friends. The staff are friendly and welcoming and any questions/queries are answered promptly. The nursery itself is lovely and there are lots for the children to do. They also have a great outdoor space. My son has been really happy here.

My eldest child attended this nursery and I had no qualms about sending my youngest when I went back to work. All the staff are friendly and helpful not only to the children but to parents too. The children are provided with a wide range of activities both inside and outdoors, with lots of attention on developing the children. There is regular feedback to parents about their children, for both their day-to-day activities and their longer-term development and well being.

Very friendly welcoming environment both my children have been and loved spending time there. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees to friends.

Super nursery! Friendly and professional staff. Good range of activities. Has outside space which the children love. Food very good. Our child is very happy and confident here.

My little one loves to go into this nursery. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is very friendly.

My daughter started in the bay room in September and had a hard time settling in. I was amazed at how much the staff did to help her and how compassionate they were to me and to her to help her. She now totally adores it and is unhappy to leave!

She had a few dietary needs and they bend over backwards to be accommodating and inclusive. There's an excellent level of communication with parents with daily feedback and parent conferences.

I am often stunned by the variety of activities the children take part in. I am very pleased we decided to send her there.

Activities and the food menu are varied and I am always given a good overview at the end of the day. Before joining we were told they are taken out in the double buggies for walks - This has happened less than we’d hoped, but appreciate it depends on staffing. It doesn’t happen often, but when I have something to address, the manager/keyworkers discuss and resolve any problem promptly.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for the last 6 months in the baby room and always seems happy and content. She is growing and developing at great speed and the staff are supporting her all the way. The staff are caring and professional and always approachable with any questions or requests we may have.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for just under a year. We have been delighted with the level of care she has received since the first day. She was very shy and nervous about going but has blossomed beautifully into a happy, confident little girl with lots of friends. The nursery is a vibrant place and all the children seem to love their time there. There is always a plethora of fun games and activities going on. It is a real joy to send her there. Thanks to the whole team!

Handover information at the start and end of the day is excellent; it's always nice to know how they've spent their day. I like how there is a development plan in place from the start which is reviewed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone.

The building is clean, safe and secure, and the meals prepared are amazing.

Both my sons have attended this nursery from when they were babies and have absolutely loved it! The staff are great and very friendly and supportive particularly with regards to my younger son's speech issues.

I've had both my boys attend Busy Bees, from the 10 months through to pre-school. Both have been very happy there and I would continue to recommend Busy Bees to other parents. The staff are great and it is obvious that not only do they care for the children, they form strong bonds with them. My eldest, who is in Reception, still talks about his favourite Key Worker and always runs to give her a hug when we pick up his little brother. They also get to know them, their interests, likes/dislikes and have a great way of ensuring that your child is occupied, happy and learning through play using games and toys they enjoy.

The location is great for working parents - close to a station and easily accessible by car. The facilities are great and the outdoor space is fantastic the children spend the majority of their time outside playing (weather dependent). The fact that pre-schoolers can go outside as they wish is a big plus.

We love Busy Bees and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents. The staff are fantastic and our 18 month old son has been very happy since he started there 10 months ago. The nursery is a clean, happy and friendly environment, and the children always look like they are having lots of fun.
