Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells

So far our experience has been amazing. Our daughter is in her first month so is going through the usual struggles of saying goodbye to her parents but everyone at the nursery has been so good with her. The staff are all very friendly and understanding.

The nursery has helped to bring our daughter on in all areas since she has been attending. It wasn't easy when she started as she hadn't had the greatest of starts due to being at home with mum due to COVID and working arrangements. The staff put in a great team effort with her and she now loves to attend with a smile on her face. Great updates every night and great staff. There's always a great buzz around the place. All we would like is a 7am start please.

My child started in the baby room earlier this year and has come along so well since joining! Their key person is passionate and caring which is lovely to see and they have an amazing bond which makes me feel confident to leave my child at nursery knowing that they will be in safe hands.

Both my boys attend Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells and we couldn't be happier with their progress. They both enjoy their time there and all the staff know them by name. I know that they are well cared for and both adore their key workers. We know they're happy and safe and feel it's the perfect start to their learning journey. It's an amazing environment to watch them hit their development milestones and the staff listen to our opinions and seek our feedback which makes us feel included.

Our son has been attending the nursery for 18 months and has had an excellent experience. He is really close with the friendly team and management. Our daughter is looking forward to joining the nursery very soon too.

Wanted to say how great a fairly new member of staff in the preschool room is! My son has really connected with her and she gives very thorough feedback at pick-up times. My son talks about her a lot at home and all the fun things they do together.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was five months. In the five months she has been there she's been the happiest. She is now starting to walk and has built bonds with her key worker, which is lovely to see. I am looking forward to watching her grow further into the sassy diva that she already is.

Our son joined Busy Bees in November 2018 when we moved to the area. He was there for less than a year as he started school in September 2019. In the short time we were there we were extremely happy with the level of care from all staff. So good were they that we had no issue whatsoever with settling in, not a tear was shed. The management team were also extremely supportive and helpful in every way, including guidance in relation to school choice submission. At the end of the nursery term when it came to saying goodbye to those preparing to start school the staff were genuinely proud of the children and sorry to see them go. It is a truly nurturing, safe and happy environment and I really cannot fault them. Complete peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands while I was working. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In addition, the nursery was always immaculately kept and warm and cosy for the kids indoors in winter with outdoor time allotted daily.

Since her first day at Tunbridge Wells Nursery our daughter has loved it there. The wide range of activities balanced with the freedom the children are given to play is great, and we see the joy our daughter enjoys there every day when we collect her. She has developed great relationships with both children and staff (way beyond her key worker) and we see her growing and learning in leaps and bounds as the months fly by.

Really like this nursery - my son is now in preschool, he hugely enjoys his time there and enjoys his meals.

I'm very happy with this nursery. The team are all great with my child. They do a diverse range of activities. They are really responsive if you have special requests. My son loves it there. They're willing to give advice. It's a lovely environment and my son has individual, strong relationships with multiple members of the team, which is really lovely and reassuring to see.

My son attends nursery 3.5 days a week and has a great time. He usually is a little upset at drop off and the nursery staff always have the time to settle him and make sure he is happy. He loves playing in the garden and enjoys the friendships he has made.

Really happy with this nursery. My son is very well cared for and loves going. He does a range of activities in the day. All staff are friendly and I’m always happy with communication.

My child loves all the fun and stimulating activities that the nursery always makes such an effort to provide for the children. The meals are nutritious and varied. The staff are friendly and I feel 100% comfortable with my child being in their care.

The large open plan, modern and bright room is full of fun and educational toys situated in different playing areas which is a great way for them to independently choose what they would like to do, from reading the many books to playing in the ‘home and kitchen area’.

My daughter is rather sensitive, so it took her a while to settle in - the nursery staff were very understanding and they welcomed and comforted her. Every day there are activities for the children, from playing in the sand, painting to singing and dancing.

Overall the standard of the nursery is good. The staff are great and really seem to care about the children.

This is a friendly nursery where the staff get to know all the children very well and ensure they enjoy their time while there.
