Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool

Over the years, I have found all members of staff extremely polite and professional. I have always felt confident that my daughter is being looked after as I would want. She has developed into a truly loving child who couldn't be happier. She looks forward to attending, has made a lot of friends and I know she will miss everybody.

Superb. Brilliant staff and facilities - love it!

My daughter has loved her time at nursery. The staff in all the rooms have been amazing and have done so much for her. She has had problems with her speech and motor development. Everyone has worked hard with her to improve these areas and now the deficit is hardly noticeable.

All of my children (three) have attended Westchester full time. They love being at the nursery and the additional activities are great. They have learnt yoga and French and have been prepared for school with care and attention. The staff are gentle and have helped me with techniques as a first time mum. Excellent care.

My son is quite new to the nursery and with the fantastic support of his key worker he has settled well. He really looks forward to his nursery day. The staff know my son really well, they knew his personality so quickly which shows how much one to one time and care he has. I really appreciate the feedback about my sons day when I collect him. I feel so happy and confident leaving my son with such kind and talented staff.

Both my children have attended this nursery so we have been going to Westchester House for over 7 years. The biggest plus of us has always been the very caring staff who give that extra mile for the children. Their care and attention are superb and they really get to know the children individually. The building/outside space is a lovely environment for children to learn and play in.

The carers are great! They really know my son well and can easily tell me when something isn't right with him.

I cannot speak highly enough about Westchester Nursery. Our son has been there just over a year and really enjoys himself. He is a bit behind in his language development and the support we have received has been tremendous. All the staff are doing everything they can to encourage him and have put together a learning plan. I really like hearing about what he has done during the day when I pick him up, it sounds so much fun.

The environment is happy, friendly, clean and welcoming.

Safety is also very good. Particularly impressed with double door system at entrance of nursery.

Our daughter is exceptionally well cared for whilst she's at Westchester. The staff communicate with us brilliantly and we are confident that if any issues arose, they'd be dealt with efficiently.
