Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool

My children moved to Westchester House from another nursery and joined the preschool room. The room leader made quick work of ensuring that they settled into the nursery routine and understood what was expected of them. They have absolutely flourished since joining they have learnt to write their names and can recognise all of their numbers and letters. They have also made some lovely friends who they talk about constantly at home. I highly recommend Westchester House.

My daughter has settled really well into nursery life. She loves all of the girls that look after her. She also enjoys interacting with the other children and learning about different cultures and religions. The management is helpful and informative with any queries and concerns.

Could not ask for more from an early years provider. Our children moved from another nursery and it was a great decision. They are so happy here. The standard of care is fantastic, detailed handovers, great facilities and the perfect setting to prepare them for school. Cannot say enough good things!

Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool is a brilliant nursery. This is my second child to go through the nursery and I would recommend the nursery without hesitation. Both of my children have thrived here and enjoyed it. The staff are all friendly, enthusiastic and incredibly caring. The management team are excellent and has always been very helpful and approachable. There is a lovely atmosphere at the nursery with happy children and a lovely environment for them to grow, learn and play. The food provided is also excellent. Special mention to two members of staff in Puffballs, the room my son is in, they are both brilliant and we are grateful for their excellent care.

Great preschool with excellent management and room leaders. My child started at just 11 months and they settled in really well. Children at this nursery are always happy and supported with their creative expression.

The staff have welcomed my baby girl into the rooms and been supporting her to learn to walk. I've really enjoyed the photos on the app, seeing my baby play in the garden. She's become more independent daily, even using her own cup.

Excellent staff and facilities, I feel like they really care about our daughter. Very friendly and positive staff. Good opening hours from 7am-7pm. At the end of the day, the staff always let me know what activities and education my daughter enjoyed. There is also an app where you can see how much food they have eaten, see photos and how many nappy changes. I would prefer more meat on the food menu, but overall it is good. Recommended!

Our son loves it at Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool - he always enjoys coming in and the staff are all so friendly and caring. Definitely recommend it as a great nursery.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool in January 2024 and we are nothing but pleased with every aspect of the care she has received. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful to us, as parents, as well as to our daughter, her room leader is exceptional. Our daughter has come one leaps and bounds since joining the nursery and we are pleased with the progress she has made. We receive regular updates and observations on the app about her progress and daily activities. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

Value for money - more of a national issue and no reflection on the quality of staff/provision. They are wonderful with my daughter but it is very expensive to send my child to nursery.

I can’t fault Bright Horizons Westchester House staff, they all genuinely care about the children, are so welcoming and continue to provide new and varied activities for my daughter. Their communication is fantastic both via the app and in person. My only complaint is the entry system which has not been fit for purpose since we joined in March 2023, however, this is a corporate led element and does not reflect on the care my daughter gets.

Always helpful when need some help with the girls, no hassle to help find a solution.

We love our daughter being here and she is so happy and excited to attend each day. She loves it.

Very friendly staff - always happy to talk to you and they clearly enjoy looking after the children. Would recommend! The app keeps you up to date with all the news from the day - very useful.

My daughter has been at this nursery for just under one year. During this time, she has grown in many ways. She enjoys her time here very much and will be sad to leave.

Our experience has been really great. We are comforted by the staff and the environment and couldn't be happier knowing that our kids are in right place and well looked after.
