Bright Horizons Farnham Westchester House Day Nursery and Preschool

Our daughter moved nurseries recently and the staff at Bright Horizons Westchester House really helped her with the settling in process. Everyone has been so caring and friendly, and we are very happy with our experience so far.

We are so lucky we came across Bright Horizons, Winchester House. It's always going to be difficult when your child starts nursery but Bright Horizons have made it all so much easier. Our little one has made strides verbally and with his fine and gross motor skills since starting. Everyone and all staff are super friendly and always a pleasure to speak to. We always get regular updates on our little one too. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone here in future. Thank you to the team and management staff too!

Fantastic nursery. My daughter loves attending this setting. Since joining in November 2022, I've noticed significant development in her speech and learning. The care is brilliant and I value the place on learning. I feel confident all the support from Bright Horizons will set my daughter up for success when she starts school.

We have been at Westchester for nearly five years now and are very happy with the care our daughters have received. Of particular note, is the warm and friendly manner of the staff and the consistency of the care. All members of staff have worked hard over the last few years to ensure that the children under their care, have faced minimal disruption. This was particularly apparent when our eldest daughter started school and quickly settled in, making excellent progress, all thanks to Westchester's help to prepare her for the move up.

Westchester House is amazing! Wonderful staff who really care for my little one. Always willing to go the extra mile for you. You always feel welcome. Always feel so comfortable, knowing my little angel is in safe hands. A wonderful, creative environment for kids.

My daughter has settled really well into the preschool room and has made really good relationships with the fantastic staff, especially one member of staff in particular.

I visited every nursery in Farnham and Westchester was easily the stand-out choice for our first daughter. The staff are brilliant, full of positivity and energy. The activities and facilities are great. The food is superb with an on-site chef who creates healthy and delicious meals. The feedback is thorough and helped us choose the right primary school. The staff are a joy, with incredibly low turnover and that’s because the management team is fantastic. Our second daughter has additional needs and the challenges that come with this have been approached with absolute confidence, care and consideration. I cannot speak more highly of this truly special nursery.

Great and hardworking staff, flexible arrangements, creative activities, always happy to offer more information and takes appropriate action if anything is raised. My child is very happy here and forms bonds with nursery staff.

The whole team at the nursery are so friendly, professional and show real care towards the children. I would highly recommend Westchester because of this. My children have become more confident since attending, which is so vital given the limitations of the pandemic. It’s a great place for them to learn and develop and we’re very lucky to be a part of Westchester. Also, the unsung hero of the kitchen has really improved my kid's palette! Jealous of the meals they have!
