Poppies Nursery

Poppies Nursery is a lovely nursery with helpful and kind staff. My son enjoyed his year and will definitely miss it. The app was great to keep us updated on the activities my son took part in and to communicate with staff. Thank you for a great year!

Poppies Day Nursery has been absolutely brilliant and the manager has given my daughter a place very last minute as I didn't want her to be behind her development. Thank you to the manager for giving her an opportunity to grow in this place. My daughter's key person has been very caring and amazing. My daughter has bonded with her so much. This nursery has been the best decision I had made for my daughter to attend. Everyone is so friendly. It was very emotional as it was my daughter's last day today but thank you to all staff and managers for looking after my daughter and for giving your precious time. Highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

All of my children went to this nursery and I’ve always felt it was such a good environment for little ones!

We sent our little girl here in September 2021 as we felt that she suffered with the lockdowns and was very behind socially. Through the careful nurturing of the staff, she has grown into a very happy and confident child who has made many firm friends at Poppies. She confidently talks to the adults and very much loves the adults who worked with her. We’re very happy with how far she has come socially within the last 22 months.

My son has been going to Poppies for the past 2 months now and he has been developing well. The facilities are great and the staff are friendly, caring and really capture development moments.

I really recommend this nursery because all the staff is amazing and friendly, but my daughter has improved so much since she started here. Every morning she is going to nursery with pleasure. She also learned so many things here.

Best nursery ever!

The staff are very friendly and the management is amazing. They are extremely flexible, understanding, professional and helpful in every situation. My daughter learned so much in this nursery, including English and they were also so helpful during the potty training.

The nursery is very clean and they take care of every child very well. My daughter's nappies were never dirty when I picked her up and they provided information about every progress she made regularly. Their app is amazing and easy to use. I totally recommend it if you want the best for your child.

Poppies Nursery is an excellent nursery. All staff members are helpful and friendly. They go over and beyond to ensure the children are happy and learn at their own pace. Poppies nursery has built my son’s confidence and developed his social interaction skills. I would highly recommend poppies nursery.

The staff are very friendly, easy to approach with any concerns, a very clean environment and a very safe environment.

Well, I love this nursery. My son loves it too. He’s always super excited to go to nursery every day. The atmosphere is very friendly for kids. The teachers over there are very nice and always ready to explain and help you out with kids.

Really great place for my two boys. They both love it and learn so quickly new things. Teachers are really understanding and look after children properly. I always know they are in good hands. Big thank you to all staff members for doing a great job.

The staff are great and my daughter adores them. She used to cry in the early stages but now looks forward to school (most days!). Regular updates and pictures are provided through the app and staff are generally very knowledgeable about your child’s developments and happy to give advice.

Dropping her off in the morning is easy as you can get inside the school, but for the afternoon pick up you have to park outside and walk a rather long way into the school. Not an issue really but I wished there was a shorter path to the nursery. There is a back entrance on a perpendicular road but you cant park on the yellow lines in the afternoon, but you can on Linden Road (but is a slightly longer walk).

Lovely nursery, with nice staff who care about children. My son always used to come back clean and tidy. He settled so quickly. Staff are friendly and know children’s behaviour. Kept me updated all the time.

Excellent environment for the children. My daughter's really loves going to nursery every day. I couldn't be happier with Poppies Nursery. The staff are poppies are very caring and compassionate. We get regular updates on our children's learning achievements and developments.

My daughter loves going to Poppies Nursery everyday. She has changed and developed so fast in the last year all thanks to the wonderful staff and children. I am so glad I chose Poppies for my daughter and cannot recommend this nursery enough. A fantastic place with great staff, resources, indoor and outdoor area. My 3-year-old daughter started nursery in September 2020. She learned so many new things. Care workers are really good and friendly. My daughter loves it. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends.

My daughter has recently started at Poppies Nursery, from the first moment of speaking to the manager I could tell that it's the best place for her to learn and interact with other children. She has settled in and loves going to her morning sessions. All the staff are very helpful and understanding. She has a key worker who regularly updates me about her progress in the sessions and uploads pictures so I can see what activity she has been doing on my email. I'm glad I have sent her here, it's the best place. Thank you, everyone, at Poppies.

Poppies Nursery has been great for both my son and now my daughter. They both have enjoyed their time at Poppies due to the staff being incredibly hospitable, kind and friendly. The staff give me regular updates which has been incredibly reassuring.
