Very friendly staff who are always welcoming with a wonderful smile. The standards are excellent, good teaching skills, clean environment, helpful in all aspects.

I have seen my child progress a lot with their help and teaching.

The team work so well at giving our twins the best care and attention during their time there. The kids are always comfortable and happy going to Mama Bears, and seem to enjoy their experence each time. They are clearly learning while playing, which is imperative even at their young age. Effort is always made to convey the daily play and learning activities, as well as what they ate and how toileting went throughout each day. In addition, and most importantly, the twins are in a safe and caring environment. All staff appear to enjoy what they do there, which is commendable when considering the amount of thought and patience that goes into providing an effective care package for a group of kids for potentially up to 10 hours or more a day. Well done guys - big thanks from us!

I feel like my daughter has settled in very well since moving over to the tweeny room. Staff are very welcoming throughout the building. The new bouncy room seems to be going well and the pre-school room is good also.

I cannot praise the staff enough here, they are all amazing. My grandson loves it here, he has been going now for just over 2 years and loves it. My daughter looked at other nurseries before deciding which one to go for, Mama Bears Coronation Road certainly ticked all the boxes for her. I love picking my grandson up as he is so happy there and my daughter has peace of mind knowing he is well looked after when she is at work.

The staff took the time to hold several settling-in sessions when she joined at 8 months old, which was a huge help. She is now 2 and is thriving.

The food is good quality and varied, and they encourage the children to develop feeding skills. The staff are very attentive, giving plenty of opportunity for play but also giving cuddles when needed. The nursery is good at keeping parents in the loop with development using an app capturing videos and photos and give honest diary updates at the end of each day (not just telling you what you want to hear!).

The activities on offer are varied week to week and my daughter often comes home with things she has made. After a day at nursery, she is always tired but very happy. Outdoor space is limited but improving with recent development. The various rooms all provide a huge array of age appropriate stimulation, toys and games.

Regular communication with parents via a newsletter keeps us informed, and the manager and her team are excellent.

This nursery is very nice and the staff are very caring and took care of both my children very well. I have recommended this nursery to my family members and friends as I know the children will be well looked after and will be enhanced in their development, through the activities they provide. I also really like the online system where pictures and videos are sent through of my child playing and learning.

Amazing nursery, my baby is so settled and happy when I drop him off and pick him up, the staff are brilliant, caring and always going over and above for each child. There is always activities that my baby always enjoys. My baby has become more involved with other children and has become more social. Putting my baby into this nursery has been the best decision I have made.

My son started at Mama Bears when he was 14 months old, having been at another nursery before moving to Bristol, the experience with the nursery staff was second to none. What a lovely, friendly, kind and professional group of people! My son came on in leaps and bounds and has now moved up to the pre-school.. although I am rather sad that he has had to leave this lovely nursery behind.. my daughter is now with the baby and toddler group however, she clearly loves every minute with the team at Mama Bears and has never once protested at being left for the day. They videoed her first steps and have tried to catch as many new words on tape as possible - she is thriving in their care! Thank you, Mama bears baby and toddler unit!!

We are very happy with the nursery since moving our child here in June 2016. The staff clearly care about the children and have a bond with them. I feel confident that my child is getting the care that she needs. My child is also learning things at nursery and displays this learning to us at home.

My daughter loved her time at nursery she was always excited to come and often didn't want to come home. I always received good communication from the staff at the nursery and they always felt welcoming and friendly. I have recommended the nursery to family and friends.

Since the first day at Mama Bear's my husband and I have noticed new noises, movements and expressions coming from our baby. It is obvious that this is down to how the excellent staff at Mama Bears engage with our little one. She was 10 months when she started and she has come on leaps and bounds! Fantastic nursery and we have recommended it to all of our friends and family!

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, my little girl loves this place and even asks to go on days she isn't supposed to! After seeing how much she loved it, we decided to send our other little girl! The staff are amazing, I can't thank them enough as it has made going to back to work both times worry and stress-free.

The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help with any queries I have. My son is on a dairy free diet and the staff at Mama Bears have accommodated this requirement with ease.

I am the mother to twins age 2 & 1/2. My twins have been attending Mama Bears since the age of 6 & 1/2 months. The nursery is a fantastic place for children to grow and learn. The staff are great and my twins love all them all. Everyone takes the time and care with each individual child and my twins have come on so much. I would definitely recommend Mama Bears.

My son has been at this nursery for over a year, since day one he has thoroughly enjoyed himself and always looked forward ti attending. The staff and management have been very helpful and always looked after him very well. The outside setting is brilliant and lots of fun for the children, inside they always seem to be creative having fun through learning.

My child comes home telling me how much fun and how much they have enjoyed their day.
