My boys have had a fantastic time at this nursery, staff always friendly and smiling and very caring towards the children. Without the girls in this nursery we would have really struggled to get the help my son desperately needed, for that I can’t thank these girls enough! You truly are a wonderful bunch and we will miss you all so much!

I would recommend this setting to anyone.

My son has been attending this nursery for 2 years now and he has come on so much since he has been here he is such an outgoing child from being at nursery and learning new skills. Always had good bonds with all staff, they are all so caring and understanding of my son. My daughter now attends the nursery, they have made her come out in herself she was born just before lockdown so hasn't really had much communication with other people and didn't like to be left without me she has come so far and now really loves to go to nursery she always wants to go to nursery and learn new things and make new friends Mama Bear's Day Nursery have really helped her to do this. All the staff are very easy to talk to about any worries I have (not had any regarding the setting) they are always welcoming. Always keep me updated through the day on the app and if they have any worries or concerns they phone me straight away. My son will be very sad to be leaving the nursery in September to go to primary school.

My daughter has been at Mama Bear's now for over a year. She really enjoys it, she's made great friends and her development has come along so much!

The staff are lovely, they are always welcoming and approachable. Any issues/concerns I may have are always dealt with quickly and professionally. (Not that I ever have any!)

My son has been attending this nursery for over two years. He absolutely loves it, and the staff are really caring and great with him. We get regular updates through the app and it's always good to see what he been eating/doing. I'd recommend this nursery to local friends.

The parking is fairly limited which means drop off and pick up can be quite busy but all the parents are really mindful of this and it’s never been an issue for us.

My son started at Mama Bears Coronation Road in May 21, and being a lockdown baby, he was not used to other people or places. He had multiple taster sessions as he struggled to adjust, as did I. The staff were so kind and patient, even coming to check on me once when I cried dropping him off. The manager came to the car park to put my mind at ease and reassure me. My son now loves Mama Bears, and he seems to have a new favourite person! Pictures and videos are posted daily, which is amazing; it’s clear he’s having a great time. I’m so pleased to have found Coronation Road Mama Bears; it truly is a warm, friendly and fun place for him to make friends and socialise!

My wife and I have entrusted Mama Bear's, Coronation Road with caring for both of our children, our eldest is now in school and our youngest is now in pre-school. Both of our children quickly built special relationships with the staff at Mama Bear's and they both have their respective favourites. The team are genuinely caring and it gives us a fantastic sense of well-being, knowing that our kiddies are in such a great place and having a wonderful time with their friends. The staff are excellent, they give us lots of feedback at the end of the day and the online parent platform allows us to see photos of their day to day activities. Events such as Easter/Mother's Day/Christmas are always special at Mama Bear's and the kids work hard to produce cards or artwork to mark the day, and gives the children a sense of pride as they gift it to parents at home time. Having been with Mama Bear's for almost 5 years, we would strongly recommend them!

The nursery staff here have cared for my child since before she was 1 year old and is now gone 3 and attending their preschool. Their care throughout her time here has been above and beyond my expectations of a nursery, and even through the pandemic their standards did not drop, they have supported us through many developmental milestones and I will be forever grateful to the love and care they have given to my child.

My son attends pre school at Coronation Road and absolutely loves it, he looks forward to his preschool days. The staff are very warm and welcoming and always answer the door happy and to see the children. We receive updates through the day of what our son has had to eat along with any observations made, his development and the activities he has been doing. We love the option on the app to add our own content to share any developments and wow moments we have had at home. My son has only ever spoken highly of all the carers and his friends at Coronation Road. He is very happy there. We can’t thank the manager and all the team enough for all the wonderful care and love they have given him. We are going to be very sad to leave when we move up to school.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 11 months old, he's a 2-year-old toddler now. I believe the staff are the most important in the early setting and the carers in this nursery are caring, friendly and always go the extra mile. My son settled in very quickly straight from the beginning and he is so excited in the morning to go to the nursery. The staff always welcome him with a smile and open arms and my little son feels loved and cared for. I like the variety of activities which are organised for children, they celebrate children's birthdays and we always get a card from them on my son's birthday and at Christmas. The development of children is evaluated regularly and the ParentZone app helps parents to stay on track with what is happening with their children on a daily basis. Food is freshly cooked on the premises every day. I would highly recommend Mama Bear's Nursery, Coronation Road - Downend.

My daughter has been at Mama Bears for over three years and is very happy there. She speaks about her carers fondly, as well as the activities they do together. She often comes home with her artwork and excited to tell us what she has been up to there. The team listen and care.

My son has been with the nursery for the past year and I have seen him blossom to this independent young man who is confident exploring his surroundings. The staff are very loving towards him and understand his needs. I couldn’t have hoped for a better nursery. Well done guys and thank you for your hard work and for being supportive during those challenging times. You deserve a clap just like the NHS.

The communication with the staff is great, and I feel very secure leaving my child for the day - whilst I go to work.

Our twins have been well cared for over the last 3 years at this nursery. The staff are friendly and relatively well trained and show genuine signs of care for the children there. Regular feedback for the twins is given, and the online communication app (eyelog?) is excellent for keeping an eye on things. The children also seem to be fed well with a range of good and mostly healthy food options.

I found it very difficult to leave my children in daycare for the first time. I was worried about them and wanted to see what they were up to and look out for them, which obviously you can't do as they grow! When we first started with Mama Bear's, we were welcomed with open arms and a huge amount of patience and understanding when we needed it during this difficult transition. My children have been for over 3 years mostly full time and they couldn't be happier. We love it there. I say we because it's not just the children that benefit. My husband and I are happy to leave our children in a fun, clean, imaginative and healthy place with staff that are trustworthy and genuinely excited to see our children flourish every day. The first few years shape their whole lives and we are thankful that Mama Bear's have helped us instil excitement to learn, meet friends, eat healthily, treat others kindly and have fun. I would always recommend Mama Bear's and have been doing so since we started.
