Busy Bees Headingley Grove is a purpose-built facility, dedicated to age-appropriate childcare, a trained and trustworthy team of staff and a secure and healthy environment. The nursery has incorporated CCTV for parents’ peace of mind and carers look to offer advice and clarity on as many issues that affect children as possible.

Every child is allocated their own key person who pays close attention to personal development, looking to treat each youngster as an individual and to ensure they feel able to interact with their company and surroundings in a positive manner.

My child is very happy here, excellent services. Better play equipment could be provided in outside area - slide etc.
Not enough staff to child ratio in the mornings sometimes. Overall, very happy with care, staff can comment on what my child has said in the day which I love.
Food choice is excellent,
welcoming my child in mornings, very good to make her feel at ease.

A lovely nursery with great staff.
My daughter has a wonderful time and enjoys playing with friends and learning through the various activities provided. She also eats all the lovely food prepared for her. I am very pleased with the care and education my daughter has and continues to receive.

My two children attend Busy Bees (ages 1 and 3) and I am happy with the care, attention, support and time the staff spend with both of them. Their key workers are amazing, the girls have formed a special bond with them and importantly I trust them with my girls and to look after them as I would.
The
assistant manager is always there is needs be and the staff are friendly. She has an open door.

I am happy with the overall experience at this nursery, my daughter enjoys it here too. They are good surrounding my daughter's allergies. Food at the site seems varied. Prices seem in line with other nurseries.

My little boy has bloomed like a flower, it's amazing. He loves the setting so much it's a struggle to get him out to go home. Since he's been at the setting he's coming home laughing and smiling and full of happiness, which he didn't do before and he also comes home singing songs he has learnt during
the day.
Thank you for bringing out the best of my little man. The outside space is so amazing!

Busybees at Rushmere St Andrews have been fantastic with my daughter. The entire staff is very helpful. The girls in the baby room are fabulous. My daughter has a great bond with the girls in the baby room. The entire staff has been great answering my phone calls during the day when I ring to check
in on my daughter who is full-time at the nursery. The changes I have seen with my daughter, who was clingy, is now a very confident and social and happy girl. The nursery has been very good with my request for food for my daughter as we do not eat pork, they offer a vegan alternative. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed the activities during summer, I wish there were more during winter. Admin have been great with sorting childcare vouchers. Staff are very helpful with medication requests. The girls would ring me if my daughter was poorly straight away and also update me (sometimes 2 hourly).


Overall - a really good nursery and my daughter was looked after very well and I would recommend this nursery.

My child enjoys his days he spends at nursery settled into preschool well and is always excited about going to nursery to see his friends. He loves his food so getting fed throughout the day with homemade cooked meals is great and there's always something different on the menu. The staff in his room
are always welcoming and very pleasant and my son has warmed to them over time and always seems comfortable being left with them. He loves taking part in phonics and having a story or any singing activity.

I am Karen and I am the Centre Director of Ipswich Rushmere. I hold a Level 4 NVQ in Childcare and Education and a Level 4 NEBS Management and Leadership qualification.


I have been working in childcare for over 35 years and have been a manager for nearly 30 years.
