Busy Bees Ipswich Rushmere

My children love nursery, the staff are so supportive at drop off and throughout the day especially when they are unsettled. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I am updated every day and always give a detailed handover at the end of session. Their confidence has come on leaps and bounds since the beginning of nursery and we, as a family, feel supported and are very happy to send our children here. We love the use of the outside garden all year round too.

Both my children have been with Busy Bees from 9 months. My oldest is now in Year 1 and she still has fond memories of being here. My son absolutely loves it here. One thing I'll always be grateful for is the how they helped us with potty training my son. I was a bit apprehensive but they reassured me and gave me confidence, and now my son can confidently use the toilet, with the odd accident of course. They did me good with this. In instances where we are not sure of invoicing or any related issues they are quick to respond and will explain patiently.

The staff are amazing and really seem to care about the children. We are always welcomed in with a friendly smile and the office is always open for questions. The staff were quick to act when we raised an issue around nappies and changes. Our child is always happy at the end of the day and appears to enjoy going to nursery. The app is usually updated frequently but even when it isn’t the staff are happy to explain what our child has been up to. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is around the menu. What our child eats is not on the menu on the website.

Great staff, good facilities, my daughter loves it there and always comes home happy. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and kind with my daughter's interests at heart.

My daughter has been in various Busy Bees since she turned 1. I cannot begin to explain the amount of love and care both her and us as a family have seen from all the staff. They take the time to learn about our family and each child's individual needs. They use the activities we do at home and incorporate them into their learning at nursery. Every day there is something different for them to explore, with both fun and educational elements, and are often reported on in the app for us to see what they've been up to. They are given a wide variety of nutritious meals every day, with dietary requirements always taken very seriously and explained to the children so they understand why they may have something slightly different to their peers. Their drop off and pick up times are so flexible which is perfect for unsociable jobs such as my own. There is not a single thing I can fault about Busy Bees Ipswich Rushmere, their care exceeds any expectations I've ever had, and will always recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service all round. I cannot praise the staff for helping both parent and child enough. Finding the balance of what works for your child and not treating them all the same. They go the extra mile supporting you when you need extra sessions. 100% cleanliness throughout. Perfect Chef for my little one too. She loves her nursery family!

Busy Bees at Rushmere is outstanding. The care they give to my 2 little ones is second to none, my eldest absolutely adores it and all the staff. He clearly feels safe, confident, and cared for. The nursery has been excellent for his language development, toilet training, mark-making, and social skills, and in introducing my daughter, they made me feel nothing but confident that she would be well taken care of. The regular updates and photos provide reassurance during the worrying time of returning to work. I simply cannot thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

The nursery have been brilliant for our little one especially as he joined as nine-month-old post-national lockdowns. Great entertainment, food, care and updates. He loves it there!

Our 26-month-old son has attended Rushmere Busy Bees now for the last 9 months and the staff are always so friendly and helpful and he always has a busy fun-packed day do all sorts of activities and learning new things. He is so happy to walk in every time we drop him off which really shows how happy he is going. They are all great and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend.

Great return to nursery following on from lockdown. My son has transitioned into pre-school, and the staff have been excellent with communication around changes in the process and how the nursery is now working. Very impressed.

The staff at Busy Bees Rushmere are absolutely lovely. My little girl is very fond of them and has a lovely bond with her key worker who is fantastic. They are always really welcoming in the morning and manage to reassure and cheer up my little girl if she is emotional. Her language was slightly delayed and the fantastic work of the staff has helped her to catch up now without needing SLT. We couldn't be happier with Busy Bees Rushmere. Thank you.

My precious little boy loves coming to this wonderful setting. He beams with delight as soon as we pull in to the car park. It is such a lovely place to spend time and the pictures he brings home are just magical.

My son's key person is outstanding. She loves and cares for him with passion and dedication. I love receiving weekly photos of my son playing and learning. He loves going to nursery. Room manager is so engaging and clearly a huge asset to the nursery.

Well, what can I say about my son's experience over the last few years? Nothing but fun, laughter, learning and making some great friends in a wonderful, nurturing setting. My son was extremely well cared for by carers that clearly took a real interest in his well being and development. Management is helpful, friendly and accommodating and the two keyworkers my son had were by far the best you could hope to have for your children in your absence.

The staff and management have been very friendly, professional and polite to me and my son. Always smiling. The reception area is always clean and welcoming with drinks and snacks if you want them. I'm told every day what my son has eaten and what he has learnt and they are very good with reporting accidents and behaviour. Thank you for a lovely experience.

My experience with Busy Bees and all the staff has been amazing. The team are helpful and supportive. My daughter has always been very happy at nursery and myself and partner have also built a great relationship with the staff. We have never had to complain and couldn't praise the nursery enough.

The nursery is lovely with a recently refurbished interior, has a lovely large garden area outside, delicious healthy food and snacks and the staff are fantastic. The staff always put the children at the forefront of their care, are kind and take great interest in the children as individuals. They get the families involved in activities for special days like Mother’s/Father’s Day, have parent partnership meetings, family social activities (treasure hunt) and also encourage home learning journals which are incorporated into themes of play and development during the nursery day.

Busy Bees have managed my son's food allergy extremely well, ensuring his food is safe to eat but also serving like for like meals where possible so he does not feel left out.
