Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Day Nursery

I could not be happier with Norfolk Lodge. My daughter has thrived in the environment. Both the staff and facilities have been excellent throughout the past 3 years. The learning support means I can happily progress into the next stage of schooling feeling my daughter is prepared, happy and confident.

We love the extracurricular activities on offer as it saves us time driving around to different classes. The only thing we would say it is rather expensive for 8:45 - 3:30 and to start at 8 when most people need to go to work it is £8 breakfast club we find that very expensive.

Our daughter has been at Norfolk Lodge for the past two and a half years and we couldn't be happier. She has blossomed and thrived under the care of the staff. I am always impressed with Norfolk Lodge, from the individual attention my daughter gets to her learning, to the lovely learning resources and unique array of fun learning games. We particularly love the outdoor space and commitment to letting the children explore the outside world. We are so happy with Norfolk Lodge and all looking forward to our son starting there soon!

My daughter has attended Norfolk Lodge for the past six months and I am extremely happy with all aspect of this nursery. The staff are warm, caring and very experienced in nurturing my daughter's development. I get regular feedback on her progress and conduct and there is always artwork being brought home to show what was done in class. The outside space for the children to play in is vast which is so important at this young age. Overall my daughter absolutely loves her nursery, teachers and friends. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I found the staff very approachable. The equipment was clean as was the nursery. Beautiful materials, lovely Montessori environment. Calm classes, calm teachers. Children are happy to talk to visitors. Fab outside space good experience. Know children that have been here previously and recommended by friends. Established and of a high standard.

My son attended the nursery and my daughter still attends and with the kids, we have had such an amazing experience. They both learnt so much whilst still having lots of fun. The teachers, resources and facilities are wonderful. I also like that fresh food is being prepared on the premises which is homemade and nutritious. We highly recommend the nursery.

The only let down is that I feel the nursery should be a bit cleaner - this is the only thing.

The staff at Norfolk Lodge are outstanding. We are beyond happy with the way our little one is cared for and the education side is also outstanding. We absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it.

My son has been in Norfolk Lodge Montessori Nursery for close to 2 years now. I have seen a big change in him since he joined. His speech, maturity, concentration has improved tremendously. The teachers are very friendly and supportive. Any concerns are dealt with and my son loves every aspect of the nursery. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks to all staff who have supported my little boy all through his stay.

Very welcoming, helping me through a difficult time with my son. Very understanding. All staff work well together as a team.

So far to early to make further comments.

The staff send me amazing observations of her time there, proving to me that she's making friends, is cared for well and thoroughly enjoying her time, engaging in creative activities and playing in the garden.

Excellent viewing of the nursery and the classroom. She will be starting next term.

Both my girls have been to this nursery and I have no complaints. Special credit goes to two members of staff who took special care of my girls, one who was amazing with my eldest. I cannot wait for my youngest to join in September.

Excellent nursery. Our child joined the nursery at 11 months and after a year, has progressed and developed very well. The teachers are great, you can see their personal connection with the kids and it is evident they are here because they love what they do. All this comes together very well and is there to see in the happy, confident children in the nursery.

Its so hard to entrust the care of your precious children to others. I do so without hesitation with the team at Norfolk Lodge. What a wonderful experience for my children's tenders years.

Excellent care and loving environment. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds with all the work the staff do. Amazing grounds for a growing child. Also has excellent management and relationships with parents.

Both my children and I love Norfolk Lodge. My son has been here for two years and my daughter has another two years here. The school is very supportive and help with problems that arise with little ones.

Lovely nursery with great teachers who go the extra mile for your little ones. No nursery is without its problems and whatever issues have arrived, they have soon dealt with them efficiently and professionally.
