Holly House Nursery is part of a chain of nurseries - Clear Day Nurseries. The Nursery offers a loving homely environment for your child. Holly House has been established for over 20 years offering care for children aged 3 months – 12 years old. Management and many staff have been part of the nursery for over 10 years.

The large house and purpose built pre-school unit offers age-appropriate activities and resources ensuring a fun-filled stimulating day. The fenced garden with climbing frame gives an opportunity to explore the great outdoors. A wooded forestry area allows the children to explore nature in a safe outdoor environment. The children love to draw on the chalk boards, sow the vegetable patch and gain some knowledge of the outdoor world in their small forest school area.

Every day at Holly House is stimulating and exciting. Visits from Moo Music, Amazon Jungle, Police, Fire Service, Nurses and Dental all pop in to help assist with the educational learning over the year. Yearly themes are incorporated throughout each age range and compliment the daily activities and pre-school curriculum. School collection, breakfast club and summer scheme are available for children attending the local schools. The cook ensures that every child receives a nutritionally balanced meal to suit all cultures, dietary requirements or intolerances. Nursery Practitioners are dedicated to ensuring every child’s developmental needs are met in line with the Nursery Ethos and local HSCT.

Couldn’t speak more highly of the Holly House staff. My little girl has recently transitioned rooms and the staff were so reassuring and made the transition smooth for her. They always provide regular updates and photos that help to put my mind at ease, knowing my little girl is being well looked after
and enjoying lots of fun activities!

My experience with Holly House Day Nursery is second to none. My children have all attended and I have used the nursery for the past 13 years. This month I was having some personal issues which resulted in me having to ask the nursery to accommodate me and they have been outstanding and extremely helpful.
I cannot give out what this was in relation to but I can say the manager has been a great help.

My daughter has been attending Holly House Day Nursery since January 2023 and I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism. The staff in the baby and wobbler room have been amazing! They are so good with my daughter, supporting me with sleep training and persisting with nap times.
She goes in happy every day without a problem and I'm sure she doesn't want to leave. She has really come on in leaps and bounds and I definitely believe that the staff at Holly House are contributing to her development and wellbeing. She loves being outside and all the messy activities that I'm not brave enough to do at home. I love the app and get regular updates and pictures on what she's up to during the day, a record of sleep times, meals, nappy changes etc. I could not recommend Holly House enough. My daughter is really blossoming being there.

Holly House is the most incredible, supportive and professional nursery. Every member of staff is a credit to the team, they go above and beyond. I have two children that attend full-time, they are provided with the utmost care on a daily basis including a balanced nutritious diet. I can honestly say
that once dropping them off I can be 100% confident that they both are going to have a super day. The app they use for communication is great, I love getting photos throughout the day. The management team are always there to answer my questions and queries- nothing is ever too much! Thank you Holly House.

Holly House Day Nursery is the best they are so caring thoughtful and loving towards the children. The staff are a delight and a credit to the team at Holly House Day Nursery. Some of the girls who were there for my son thirteen years ago are still there and that just shows what a great place it is.

My daughter has been with Holly House Day Nursery since she was 9 months old. Holly House really put me at ease as she is my first child and leaving her was hard for me. They put me at ease and the app they have is amazing to keep me updated on how my daughter is doing. The staff are just amazing nothing
is a problem and all the staff are easy to talk to and so lovely. I would highly recommend Holly House to anyone. Honestly, my husband and I are so happy with Holly House. Our daughter loves going and always smiles when we tell her she is going to nursery today. Thank you staff at Holly House for everything you do.

My son attended the nursery from 10 months old up until he was 20 months as I had another baby and kept him with me and his brother.
The warm and friendly meeting I received every morning was 5 stars. My son was very attached to me, as I was to him. So the separation was hard. He cried, I cried, and
the staff were so understanding of this and put me to ease.
The manager was so professional, she reassured me on all phone calls, and there were a lot of them.
The food was all cooked on the premises was healthy, and I know my son was well fed.
Each day I received reports on how he got on and always was informed of new milestones.
I knew these girls were so caring, it was not just a job to them, it was a love of caring for children.
I could not recommend Holly House enough for all the care and love they give my son and the thanks they deserve.

Wholly recommend Holly House. An extremely professional establishment with well trained staff. My daughter, who has quite complex medical needs, has been looked after amazingly well by all members of staff. A wonderful nursery with extra special staff.

My daughter goes to Holly House for over seven years. It's a great place, staff are lovely and very helpful and she absolutely loves it. She will be sad to leave by the end. Facilities are great, the preschool have day trips etc. Highly recommended.

Holly House Day Nursery is just amazing. The care and attention the kids get is second to none. The staff are all so good as they move from room to room. My little girl loves going. All the activities or days out that they do with the kids is just fantastic. Highly recommend anyone sending their child.

Holly House Day Nursery is an incredible nursery. Due to a couple of house moves this is the third nursery I have had experience with. All have been great but Holly House really stands out. The staff are what makes the place but the facilities and general day to day running of the nursery are brilliant
as well.

Holly House has made my daughters transition to childcare as smooth as possible. All the staff we have encountered have been extremely helpful and welcoming. My daughter has come on so much during her time at Holly House and I know this is due to all the amazing staff and the home from home feel that
the nursery has. My daughter is happy when going in and coming out. I don't hesitate to pick up the phone if I have any questions as I know it will be a friendly voice on the other end. Getting the daily updates and monthly newsletter are a great way to keep the parents informed and involved in what is happening in the nursery. I would recommend Holly House to anyone in need of childcare.

Our son joined the babies room in October 2022 and despite our concerns that he may find settling in tricky, the team have been so supportive and kind. The while settling-in process went smoothly and the team have really gotten to know our child - he is delighted to see them each morning at drop-off.
Utmost care has been taken regarding catering for his allergies - we have no concerns to this end. As our first experience of a childcare setting, we are very impressed

My daughter has attended Holly House Day Nursery from she was 9months she is now almost 4. She has made great connections with friends and the staff. She loves going to Holly House Day Nursery house. The staff are always welcoming to her and us at drop off pick up. Communication is great and the activities
carried out whilst there are both educational and fun. I couldn't recommend Hollyhouse enough.

Really recommend Holly House Day Nursery. My son is just over one and I was apprehensive about returning to work and sending him in full time but everyone has been fantastic, both management and the lovely girls in the baby room. They are so friendly and welcoming and my son has really settled in fantastic.
The
app is great and I look forward to receiving the picture they send every day, he always looks like he's having so much fun. He is really well fed also getting a variety of fruits and veg every day which is great.
I really can't fault them at all and I'm so glad we chose Holly House.

Holly House Day Nursery is a great place to send children to. It is very clean on the outside and the inside. The staff are very friendly and you can approach them if you have any questions. Wee boy seems to enjoy his time when he goes and always seem to get up something different every day.
