Greendale Private Day Nursery

I know when I drop my daughter off to preschool/daycare, she will have a great time and will be well looked after. There are always plenty of activities to stimulate my daughter's mind and she receives encouragement and support to help her become more independent. Due to the current covid 19 situation, I know there are plenty of things the teachers are not able to do with the children, but the children do not loose out. My daughter cried leaving nursery as she enjoys it so much. A fantastic nursery and although it's not advertised as much as other nurseries, I am glad my daughter goes here.

My 2 children (aged 3 and 4) have attended Greendale Day Nursery for the past 3 years and have experienced nearly every room in the nursery and been cared for and supported by most of the Greendale staff - they now attend after school most days. I cannot praise the staff, the facilities or the nurturing environment that Greendale offers highly enough. My children both love going to Greendale and we, as parents, have the utmost confidence and trust in the nursery and its staff knowing that the well-being of our boys is at the forefront of everything. Very welcoming environment, warm and friendly staff and exceptional facilities that children clearly enjoy. I would thoroughly recommend Greendale Day Nursery.

The only minor downsides are that the children don’t play outside that much in the colder months, and there are no online updates of day to day activities.

I wouldn’t send my child to any other nursery in the area. Greendale have been brilliant throughout. All staff genuinely care about the children and their development and treat the children like their own.

My child has been at Greendale for nearly 1.5 years and is loving his experience. The staff in each room have shown my child so much love and care so far. We have transitioned across 3 rooms to date and they have ensured the process was done in the best way for my child. The support from both the management team and room staff especially during this pandemic has been fantastic for not only my child but me as a parent. I have never felt any request or reassurance was too much trouble for them. We look forward to our child learning and developing further with Greendale.

I am very pleased with this nursery. My daughter has now been attending Greendale Day Nursery for over a year now. I have always felt very happy leaving her in their care. The staff are friendly and kind and seem to give all the children the affection and attention they require at these important early stages of development. Her transition between the different rooms from the baby stage to the toddler stage has been seamless and she is a very content little girl. I would definitely recommend Greendale to other family and friends.

I now have both my kids at Greendale. I love this creche and would always recommend it. The staff are great with the girls and I love the buildings and layout of the rooms.

The staff in the wobbler room are all amazing, and my son feels comfortable there. He eats well and sleeps well and is learning and having fun. I would definitely recommend to friends/family in the area.

Our little boy loves attending and all staff make a big effort to get to know your child as an individual. I know that when I am at work, my child is in a lovely environment which is helping him thrive.

Greendale is a fantastic daycare, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are bright and clean with lots of variety of toys and activities. Our son loves going here each day and we are so happy with their services.

My daughter had the best experience during her time at Greendale. From the welcome parents receive at the open night to the big smiles of the staff to the children at the door each morning. The level of passion and care from the staff was second to none. The ratio of staff to children is excellent and the play areas and activities were loved by our daughter. I can't thank Greendale enough for the early skills they helped her develop and the memories we made will be cherished.

Very satisfied with Greendale day Nursery. Staff professional with experience. I like that lots of activities are being done every day. I am happy seeing my son happy playing with his classmates, teachers etc. Excellent communication skills staff have, via phone and verbal. I simply thank you for all you do for our kids every day.

This nursery by far has to be the most welcoming, friendly and most professional place I have visited. I am pleased to say both my children attend this nursery and to see the staff and children's relationship that is built is fantastic. My son loves going to nursery and my little one has just recently started and to date she is doing extremely well.

My little girl has recently started in Greendale Private Day Nursery and it is a big step for both parents and the children. I am extremely happy with the care and attention given to my child and the staff really took the time to help my child settle in. The activities are great for the children and they seem to be doing something fun and exciting every day. The menu is healthy and varied and the rooms are spacious, bright and clean. A lovely, welcoming nursery.

Our experience of Greendale Private Day Nursery was fantastic. My son first started at Greendale Private Day Nursery at 10 months old and unfortunately had to leave (due to our relocation) at 21 months old. I cannot praise the staff enough; they are great girls who are passionate about what they do. The facilities are so bright and clean and I haven't seen a better outdoor play area anywhere else. Having moved from the baby room to the 'wobblers' room whilst in the nursery, I can certainly recommend the care received in both these rooms. When leaving, the girls organised a huge goodbye card...so nice! Thanks for everything!

All the teachers in her class are kind but firm, the room supervisor has a lovely natural way with children and is very professional.
