Greendale Private Day Nursery offers a loving homely environment for your child. The day nursery has been established for 13 years, joining the Clearday Nursery Group in 2007. The nursery consists of 3 buildings offering care for 0-2yrs, 2-3yrs and Pre-School Children. Every day in Greendale is fun-filled and exciting with many different activities organised for each age group. The baby unit enjoys a weekly visit from Jo Jingles and Pre-school are extremely busy with Monkeynastics and Spanish Lessons. The large garden offers adventure for all ages with a separate soft play area for younger children who are just beginning to venture outdoors. Two cooks prepare fresh nutritionally balanced meals to meet every child's dietary requirements. Learning through play and offering a stimulating homely environment ensures that every child's needs are met.

My son loves it, literally sprints in the door. The whole team there do an excellent job, room to room we've always had a good experience. We viewed a number of nurseries and I'm so glad we choose Greendale.

We have had such an amazing experience over the last year using Greendale nursery for our son. The staff are warm and caring and have really bent over backwards to help us with everything from settling issues and tearful mornings and making sure he has amazing fun when he is at nursery. Even leaving
out his favourite toys so he is keen to come in and play first thing in the morning. He has really thrived under their care, his speech has developed amazingly and he is a sunny happy child after a day with them.

I viewed multiple nurseries before I viewed Greendale and I can honestly say not one of them compares. The most amazing nursery, staff, facilities and support. I have 3 children who attend and absolutely love it. Xx

My son is currently in Wobblers and has been since early January. Before that he was in the baby room and really struggled every morning but the girls and all the staff in Greendale Private Day Nursery have been amazing with him, he is now at the point where he walks in willingly every day which is
a big thing for him! He seems to really love Greendale and as a nursery it is amazing. Special thanks to one member of staff in the baby room for helping to replace a special "gingerbread man photo" we misplaced of our son!! X

Great daycare facilities, very friendly and approachable staff who genuinely care about the kids who attend. Activities are varied and stimulating and food menu is amazing. My kids both love attending and have developed good relationships with the staff who work there, which enables me to have peace
of mind knowing they are being well looked after while I'm at work.

The ladies are always friendly and approachable and have been very accomodating with changes to schedule when needed.
Both of my children have attended and have loved every minute and thrived developmentally.

I honestly can't recommend Greendale Private Day Nursery enough as a first time mum going back to work and leaving my little boy at nursery filled me with anxiety but the staff at Greendale are outstanding!! The care they have for my little boy is second to none and he loves it and all the staff!!

My daughter has just started Greendale and I honestly couldn't fault it.


The settling in period has been amazing and the staff in the baby room are fantastic. They have made her feel so welcome and are so attentive. They regularly keep me updated on her progress throughout the day which is so reassuring

as it's not easy leaving your baby for a full day! I know she is in safe hands and being so well looked after! During her first week she was already getting involved in crafts and sensory activities which is great for her development.


My son also went to Greendale for 3 years so it was an easy choice for me to pick it as the nursery for my daughter.


It is a fantastic nursery with caring, kind and hard working staff.

My son has thrived in Greendale Private Day Nursery. He has been there from he was a baby and went through every room. All the staff have been great. Every person knows the children to greet by name and I have not had a single issue or worry during his time here. Every room transition has been made
easy by the care of the staff and he has been happy going in every day.
My son is heading to Primary School in September and I believe his entire experience in Greendale, ending in his pre-school year there, has prepared him in every aspect for his next step.

Greendale Private Day Nursery provides outstanding childcare service's they have professional staff and exceptional facilities.


From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease that our wee one will be well looked after and developmental needs will be met. They are warm and welcoming and always greeted

with a smile.


The facilities are modern, clean, and well-equipped for a day of fun.


Communication is excellent, with regular updates via the app and feedback about our wee boy's progress.


Could not recommend them enough!

I don't quite have the words to express how much our family loves Greendale Private Day Nursery, and how wonderfully they have looked after our two children. Both children have started Greendale from 9 months old and moved through each room to preschool, Our second child went into Greendale at 9 months
old, during Covid, we were so anxious about how he would adjust, as he had not been able to socialise with other babies in the usual way. However, from his first day there, he was surrounded with warmth and care, fun and play. He is now ready to start school this September, and we will miss all the amazing, kind, generous and patient staff. As parents, we appreciate the good communication and how well-organised it is. But the most important thing is that I feel that I can totally trust them all to look after our kids - thank you Greendale

My one year old son started nursery back at the start of January this year, understandably I was so anxious about it all but the staff in the baby room have been fantastic throughout the last 6 weeks. My son has settled in fantastic my and he now is very comfortable and happy there. The food menu also

2 of our children have attended Greendale Private Day Nursery since my first return from maternity in March 2021 and our eldest has also attended the pre-school.


We can't sing Greendale's praises enough. They are not just a daycare, they are an extension of our family; stepping in even on our "non-daycare"

days when life throws a curveball.


Management know each and every child, parent and carer by name. They know what's going on at home and celebrate new milestones in our family's life, like new babies but are also there to offer support for the not-so-nice times as well.


Our children thoroughly enjoy their time at Greendale. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Greendale Private Day Nursery is the most professional, cleanest, children centred nursery! My daughter has been attending for 1.5 years. All the team are so lovely, friendly and approachable. It is testament to the care received, how excited my daughter is when she arrives in the morning!

All 4 of our children have attended Greendale.
The staff are so lovely, friendly and welcoming.
The care that goes into making sure each child is well looked after is second to none. I feel Greendale have given all of my children a great start in social skills and free play making them more than ready
for nursery.

The team at Greendale do a fantastic job and has taken care of my son with the utmost care and professionalism over the last two years. I love Greendale Nursery, the staff are amazing and my boys are so settled here. All the staff know them both and I feel they have a personal relationship with them and care for them very much. I just wish I could afford to have them in more, however the daily rates (as with most providers) make this
impossible.

My little girl started nursery back in early 2021 and she's about to finish preschool this June.
I absolutely recommend this nursery and preschool. It's difficult to articulate just how amazing they've been with her... consistently.
She's super shy, and struggles with change. However, with each
transition and new room, the ladies have taken a personalised approach, ensuring she is as comfortable as possible.
My daughter has come so unbelievably far during her time at Greendale. She has really come out of her shell, and is finding her own voice outside of the home. She's made some amazing friends and created special bonds with the staff who are always patient, kind and engaging.
Without the support, nurturing and care provided by the staff at Greendale, she would not have thrived within this environment. She looks forward to attending preschool and then nursery every day. She's even asked me to wait in the car for her when I've come to collect her as she doesn't want to leave.

I just want to appraise your nursery, it’s absolutely fantastic, the staff are incredible and we love our son being there! We are so happy we chose this nursery and thank you for everything so far!
I would like to comment on a staff worker there who is extraordinary at her job, she is amazing with
our son and you have an extremely good staff member there (nursery assistant) even though all the staff are incredible. Just wanted to give some feedback on how good she is.
