I think the change in management has encouraged change, development, initiative and engagement with the employees and the setting seems to be more structured with the learning and development of children. Updates and interactions via the app are more frequent and good for tracking progress and development. My child continues to learn new skills and feels supported in her development, she is happy and enjoys her time at nursery.
