Bright Horizons Cramond Early Learning and Childcare

Excellent, my son is very happy with the nursery.

I have recommended Bright Horizons on a number of occasions - my son has so much fun and has developed leaps and bounds since starting the nursery - the staff in the rooms deserve particular praise for their individual care and support of the children in their care.

I really appreciate they have a qualified chef that prepare fresh food for my boy, also everything looks immaculate, clean always.

My son has been attending the Bright Horizons Cramond nursery for more than 3 years now so he has pretty much grown up there. He is a happy and enthusiastic wee boy and part of that is down to the nature of the nursery. It is a lovely environment where certainly my child has been allowed to blossom.

We have used Cramond nursery for our two sons from when they turned one year old. The level of care is exceptional and the staff are very good at tuning into the children as individuals and ensuring they feel happy and secure as well as providing activities that they really enjoy. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the nursery.

My kids attend Bright Horizons Cramond nursery full time, 5 days a week. The youngest started when she was 4 months old. As a result of the ages of my kids, I have had one on one engagement with staff in all the nursery rooms.

The high standard of care and love shown to my kids by the nursery staff has been outstanding. Every member of staff right to the manager and even the chef and non-admin staff are always welcoming and polite.

The nursery rooms are warm for the kids with a lot of indoor activities.

All meals are prepared fresh daily on site by their amazing chef. Their food menu is one of the best that I have seen. Nappies and wipes are also provided.

Regular reviews are also done to let me know how each child is getting on in terms of developmental milestones and we agree on areas where each child might need more support/encouragement.

The kids are regularly engaged in outdoor activities.

The nursery is okay and my child has excelled so far. I believe attitude and feedback from staff could be improved upon as it is of an unsatisfactory/unprofessional standard.

This is a fantastic nursery with a very family feel. The staff are lovely and are great at helping the children develop and learn through amazing activities that they do every day.

My daughter looks forward to spending time with her friends here. And because she's happy and well cared for, I know I don't have to worry about her wellbeing.

Never had an issue. I feel my Child is completely safe and judging by his face when he sees his key workers, he loves it there! Lovely building too. Wonderful meal plan for the children and lots of activities.

I am very happy with the care my child receives at this nursery. All the meals are freshly prepared on site and included in your fees. Nappies are also now included as well. My son is happy and has settled well in the two different rooms he has been in. There are also additional classes like Jo Jingles and Tatty Bumpkin which you can opt in to. The staff are friendly and approachable too.

So far my experience of Cramond Bright Horizons has been very positive. When it's your first experience of a private nursery with your child its hard to know what to expect. initially, my son found it hard to settle in but the staff were very patient and supportive with him and us. There's a good staff to child ratio and relatively small room size for babies which makes me confident he is getting the attention he needs. The food is of a high standard and variety. There is a good selection of activities and plenty of time outside. If I ever have any issues the staff are always very approachable and understanding and take on board my concerns.

My child has developed a lot since he started going to Bright Horizons nursery in Cramond. Very happy with the service. All the staff are friendly and most of all seem to relate well with the children. Can't complain.

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons at Cramond. Both my children have attended the nusery and the latest addition, due in a few months will also be joining. My youngest is still attending in the baby room and it is clear that she enjoys it. There is a great ratio of staff to children and it is obvious the staff love their jobs.

The kids do some brilliant hands-on activities and get to spend a lot of time in the garden. The nursery building feels welcoming and safe. The quality of the food is also a real bonus, it always smells lovely if I pop in to collect near tea time!

My wife and I had complete confidence in the nursery throughout the time that our boys were there (July 2015-September 2017). We thought that the staff were very professional and the facilities, activities and resources were excellent in every respect.

Great nursery, staff are friendly and caring and provide a happy environment for children to play and learn. The food is cooked on site and is fresh and healthy. The nursery also has two outdoor play areas and the children go out to play most days.

My daughter has attended Cramond Early Learning and Childcare since 9 months, she is now four. The nursery has played a huge part in her development and how much she has improved, my daughter has a good relationship with all staff in the nursery who in every room provided fun and educational activities from babies to pre-school. All areas of the nursery are based on the needs of the children with so much more, the nursery and staff always go that little bit further to provide the best quality care for my child.

I absolutely love the nursery the staff are warm and friendly and make you feel welcome. There is always lots of fun and educational activities going on for children and parents to get involved in. The management have an open door policy and are always very approachable.
