Bright Horizons Cramond Early Learning and Childcare

My daughter loved going to this nursery. She started it in 2021 when she was 16 months old ,and graduated in 2025. The staff did everything possible to make her transitions as smooth as possible. The nursery teachers are very creative , supportive, and understand child's needs very well. My daughter always felt included and safe. Their hard work boosted her learning and confidence. Their communication with parents is also excellent. The administration team is also great ,supportive, and keen to resolve any issues and. Bright Horizons at Cramond is a very clean setting, and its location is a bonus ,as children can enjoy great walks into nature. Their meals are fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this nursery!

(My slight negative is the food - sometimes the snacks provided, we felt weren't great, but that's a small opinion and might not be the case for all).

The nursery is bright spacious and clean, the staff are all very welcoming and happy to see my child every day. All staff make an effort to know my child and not just the staff that is in their room. Management are always smiling and ready to help with anything I need.

Bright Horizons Cramond Centre have provided our daughter with outstanding care and we can't thank the staff enough. Children's learning experiences are tailored to their abilities and interests and I have enjoyed hearing about everything my daughter learns throughout the time she has attended. The nursery is always welcoming and friendly, working alongside parents and carers to ensure our voices are always heard. Staff provide daily feedback, which is always appreciated. Our daughter has been very happy throughout her time here. We couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Cramond highly enough!

During her time at nursery, they introduced the family app which we found to be a great way to keep track of what our daughter has been up to as well as recording pick-up times and other information. I would so look forward to seeing some new photos in the app of what my daughter had been doing during the day! I’d like to thank the team for all their efforts over the years and recommend this nursery to other parents in our local area and beyond.

My son has attended the nursery in Edinburgh for over a year now, and we are very impressed with the resources available and the level of care. The staff seem to know each other well, and you get the impression they all work very closely, which really helps with the transition between rooms when they get older. From admin staff to management, everyone is friendly, and we are very happy our son is in a safe and nurturing environment.

I love that I can get daily updates via the app whilst he is at nursery as well as development reviews throughout the year.

The nursery has a great atmosphere and really welcoming staff. The children have lovely outdoor areas and creative activities during the day. They get to know the children really well and the daily updates are always fun.

Everyone at the nursery is so welcoming and friendly and do whatever they can to make our little one safe, happy and settled. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery, for their child.

Excellent environment, motivating staff and happy children! We had both our daughters at the nursery, since 2016. We feel the nursery have prepared our daughters for school and made it a smooth transition.

The experience of the nursery has been good, given the current situation with the pandemic and managed well in the circumstances. My son appears to be developing well and I am confident he will be ready to start school this year. The app is good for seeing pictures and getting feedback on my son’s day.

Our son is settling in well and has good relationships with key workers. The facilities are very good and the nursery is spacious. They are quick to respond to concerns and questions. Food is very good and nutritious.

We have been so impressed with all the staff in the nursery, they are so caring, attentive and professional. They regularly go the extra mile to help both our children thrive and have nurtured their development. They are brilliant at keeping us up to date via the app and we get lots of useful feedback at pick up.

We are really happy with how our daughter has settled in and are so impressed with the range of activities that are provided. We can see her changing day by day and feel that her time here really has supported her growth and development in a positive way. The family app is great and I really look forward to hearing how she has been spending her days and the photos are a lovely way to keep us updated.

Our daughter has settled brilliantly and the staff have done an amazing job, even in light of all the restrictions recently. Nothing is too much trouble and our wee girl is thriving. She runs in, demanding breakfast every morning which I think sums up how great the nursery is.
